No lift from the parking lot so 20 stairs to climb which is inconvenient. No parking on street for check-in -also inconvenient. Buffet is more limited than comparable resorts up the coast.

Piscine fermé ( pas précisé a la réservation) salle de sport payante . Musique trop forte dans le hall .

Staff were amazing, the only issues were around the food and late night noise. Morning breakfast didn't have much variety. At night they have entertainment which can be very loud, this could be rectified by using sound absorbing materials in the main atrium. One little note which would improve the rooms would be a n information leaflet containing important information such as Buffet opening times, things to do, phone numbers Etc. We WILL be staying here again.

No working WIFI, and no solution provided until 4th day and that solution resulted in the same thing. No working WIFI. Hotel gym is a paying gym with no A/C. Otherwise good.

Good location south of the town and port areas. Could walk along the promenade both directions, so visited the natural park area too. Great little Spar shop across the road and plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance if required. Room clean and beds comfortable. Spacious lounge and kitchen area with plenty of facilities (although no kettle so boiled the water for a cuppa). Room temperature good. Guests generally not British. This didn’t matter to us, however it meant the entertainment understandably geared for the Spanish, also in our opinion it was quite poor - just a host playing recorded music to be danced to in the evenings around Christmas and one night ‘Bingo’. Additional activities in the daytime as normally offered but we didn’t require these. Note: the dining area was a little on the cooler side and the central hub was particularly cold with many guests keeping jackets on. Food was far less luxurious than we’ve enjoyed elsewhere, however there was sufficient choice for a shorter stay and the salad bar was good. A change in layout would improve the process. Indoor pool was a little disappointing, only small and had lots of bits in the bottom. Reception staff not unpleasant but the maids were much more friendly. Due to time of year there was plenty of free parking on the streets nearby so we didn’t need to use the hotel-charged underground parking. In summary, for the cost, we were satisfied with our 4 night stay.

El hotel tiene una piscina interior, otra exterior con toboganes y acceso directo a la playa. El apartamento es muy amplio y luminoso, como en las fotos. Fue una estancia agradable. Seguro repetiremos.

Très bon séjour à l'Hôtel Bahia Serena. Idéalement situé, c'est un vrai bonheur. Propreté impeccable. Juste un bémol : concert dans le patio de l'hôtel... musique très très forte et quand on travaille tôt le lendemain, pas facile.

The room although clean was awful and I desperate need of repair. The wardrobe doors were broken and I struggled to open them. The shower had no fixing on the wall for the shower head, holes suggested that it once did. Breakfast was poor, but the coffee was OK. The glasses for the orange juice were mostly dirty. I won’t be back.

Hotel que cumple con todo lo necesario para vacaciones o fin de semana. Tanto para adultos como para ir con niños, ya que está acondicionado para los dos tipos de grupo. La limpieza está cuidada. El buffet, variado y bueno, todo con buen sabor. El desayuno sin sorpresas Personal muy agradable. Es la segunda vez que vamos y deseando volver.

Ottima posizione ..ma ..Comincio nel dire che al nostro arrivo entrando in stanza ..abbiamo trovato sporco e con asciugamani non cambiati ..detergenti e saponette aperte..lavandino con ancora bicchieri da lavare, e con bottiglie iniziate e lasciate a metà da chi era prima di noi. La vasca da bagno aveva pezzi di ruggine. Rist ristorante con piatti a disposizione per il cliente” sporchi “ ..Cena deludente. Colazione buona .

Nos ha resultado una estancia muy aburrida. Hemos tenido que ir a Hoteles cercanos porque la Animación prácticamente no existe. El buffet y la limpieza muy justitos. No es recomendable.

We stayed here for one night in April. There is an underground car park below the hotel that actually has decent sized parking spaces and turning areas - a marked contrast to Granada the day before! Check in was lovely and very helpful. Our room was an apartment with a separate lounge/kitchen/diner and there was plenty of room to be able to stay a week or even longer. Outside we had a large balcony with table and chairs. Decor was dated but everything worked. Breakfast was self service with plenty of options and the hotel was literally a minutes walk from the beach. A lovely stay.

The decor was reminiscent of the 1990s, which might have been acceptable if the nightly rate hadn’t been an exorbitant €231 — and this was reportedly the lowest room category, at the end of August no less. I will definitely not be returning.

La atención del personal muy buena el hotel un poco deteriorado le falta mantenimiento limpieza muy bien y la comida no ha estado mal pero podía haber sido mejor. La situación, instalaciones y las vistas buenísimas. Además de tranquilo y sin ruidos.
