Reception was luck warm, room not too clean, bathroom sink in metal feel like you are in a kitchen, bathroom floor was not too clean, bathroom really small without bath mat and very slippery. The hotel was noisy during the night and the bed was so soft that you get stuck into them . Not great for your back. The breakfast is very limited, dinner room was not clean with fries on the floor from the day before, no fresh bread, disgusting coffee, no yogurt and limited food option. I would not recommend it

Iron and Ironing Board ✔️ 7. Walk-in shower (not a shower in a tub or disabled bathroom) ✔️ 8. Mini bar ✔️ 9. Room Service (not Uber Eats) ✔️ but don't fulfil our order 10. Good lighting ✖️ 11. Queen Bed (not 2 singles pushed together as a King)✖️ 12. Soap (bar of soap) ✔️ 13. Full-length mirror ✔️ Ordered room service on Sunday night, but it never came. The room has min space, mostly just a bed.

Amazing smell in the lobby, room was small but super cute and comfy. Clean, beautiful and staff were very nice. Breaky was tasty.

Clean room, excellent staff. The heritage room was small and ensuite was adequate but the big plus was the building, the facilities, pool, gym, snooker room etc and the fantastic grounds gardens and history. Didn't spend much time in the room. Good breakfast included.
