Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived.. ( Vanity bench top & floor) Very noisy on Friday night, doors banging. Interconnecting door showed light from other room. No lift. No designated parking.

The lady at check in was lovely. The apartment was clean and comfortable although the blankets on the bed were very thin and there were no spare blankets in the wardrobe. Very close to the shops, plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Most disappointed in this "apartment" property. Pleasant staff member Michelle but apartment completely sterile & needing plenty of maintenance. Shower screen loose on wall - unsafe, no plugs in bathroom & kitchen sinks, lamp not working & overhead lights too bright. Bedroom blind only a dark blockout one overlooking carpark, had to be down all the time.Couch very uncomfortable, tv played up re reception all the time. Wifi was fine. Plates in cupboard dirty. Only one small milk supplied for 2 for 2 days. Not up to Quest usual standard. Very disappointed.

When we arrived those on the front desk appeared a bit irritated however redeemed themselves when we had a bit of a chat. Room was a bit grubby and I did noticed a couple of bugs near the bed. Very roomy though.

Very dirty, stained carpet, holes in wall, only one bottom sheet on bed (no mattress protector just straight on to mattress) holes in lounge and chairs. Very out dated. Smelt like cigarettes. The towels smelt too. We have driven 5000 km and this is by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in.

A bit noisy we were in 18b and 18a is obviously usually a shared family space . Our neighbours felt like they were in the room with us . No noise reduction on adjoining door . That would make a huge difference.

Our 2 bedroom was spacious and well equipped with a kitchen a bathroom/laundry. It was showing a little wear and tear from previous occupants. There was a small hole in the plaster in the main bedroom, and scratch marks on the floor of the main bath. Check in was easy and the staff member very professional and friendly. Would be happy to stay hear again.

Quest appartments, Frankston was perfect for our needs. The price was good as one of us had a planned hospital stay during our visit. It is a little dated but very roomy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Physical keys needed to access the entry and room. Couch in the living room was in a very poor condition. Water pressure in the shower was bad. We got woken up by a couple fighting in front of their daughter outside at 3am, not what I expected from a Quest and the money I paid for the hotel.

The property was comfortable and clean. However, the TV had very poor reception and the fire alarm went off for no real reason. The billing was very strangle too. On arrival I paid the full cost of one night’s accommodation plus a $50 bond. On check out I paid the cost of accommodation and was told the original payment that included the bond would be refunded. It has been nearly a week and I still haven’t received my refund. Why not just take out the $50 separately?

Staff were proactive and helpful. I recieved an email stating that Reception staff trying to alert me to the front desk closing at 2100 (I hadn't yet arrived), which I wasn't aware of from the preliminary information. Also, the hot water in the top floor apartment was just a trickle. I was moved to a higher grade apartment (ground floor) at no extra cost, but the hot water flow was still particularly strong. I suspect this is probably common to the whole establishment.

Booked an accessible room; to be provided an upstairs room accessible by stairs only and shower over bath. As someone who cannot walk stairs, it was impossible to access the room. Apparently was provided a refund in full, but cannot see any evidence of refund being processed, other than a screenshot provided by the Quest Receptionist. This was all despite being contacted within minutes of first making the booking to ask why I was coming to Frankston from Sydney. Shake & Stir's 1984 was on at the Frankston Arts Centre, the last East Coast performance being they head to WA.

We were very happy with our apartment. Everything was clean and quiet and it had everything we needed. The pull out sofa bed was a little bit flimsy. The surrounding area had everything we needed (good shopping, eateries, activities) and it was quiet and we felt safe. The staff were very lovely and accommodating! We would happily stay again!

Convenient motel close to the beach. Easy walk to beach, station, and shops. Rooms clean and well equipped, with comfortable bed, opening window and good air conditioning. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Definitely a good alternative to staying in the CBD if you need to be in the bayside area.

1. The kitchen ventilator not working. Called staff. Not helpful. Said would follow up and send someone out. But no one came. 2. The shower fountains fall down and nearly hurt my baby when starting to bath 3. Someone bluntly knock our door said had some bang noise. But we didn’t make any. I suppose the one shall reach the reception.

Price and room was okay, however room was missing towels on check in, room was also serviced when do not disturb sign was up and bags and items we needed in those bags and the entry table were removed from the room with out consent for entry and removal, was very disappointed. Cleaner also left a massive bag of dirty laundry in the room. May also pay to clean the machine and dryer between guests as they were covered in pet hair.
