Hôtel Alt Quartier DIX30

Great if you have pets. We have stayed several times with our cat and Labradoodle. We love the modern design of the hotel, courteous service, and cleanliness, as well as convenient free underground parking.

Simple and easy registration process. Calm lobby. Room clean and functional. All widgets work well (TV remote, USB charging ports etc.). Clean garage. Available EV charging ports on site. Nespresso coffee machine in the room. I was there for a scientific meeting. Adequate meeting room and washrooms. Food (caterer) for lunch was great. Will return for business or leisure.

Nice hotel, clean and confortable room, friendly staff. One very small inconvenience, the waiting time for elevators.

Helpful staff. Underground parking. Pet friendly! This place will definitely be a staple when we are back in town.

The hotel advertises that there is a spa but it is the building next store that is not included in your stay. Other than the lack of communication there, the room and hotel was great!

We have stayed at ALT hotels in various cities & provinces, the location in Brossard DiX30 far exceeds the high standards set in previous locations. Excellent location to explore the Eastern townships and with the new REM line now operational - downtown & old Montreal is just 20mins away. Free and ample parking was a bonus. Well recommended.

Breakfast Sandwich was excellent. Parked in the garage next to the hotel elevator. Desk staff were excellent!

Friendly and efficient staff. All clean, rooms, hallways, elevators... everything. Nespresso coffee in the room!!

Animal hairs all over the place

Staff is always very courteous and room is very clean. We did notice that the cleanliness in the elevator especially floor area was not at normal standards for the hotel.

We’ve stayed here several times but there was a stale smell in the room and the curtain chain was stuck/broken. First time encountering these issues. Will come again but hoping this feedback is helpful!

The room was incredibly clean, probably one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on and I have stayed at some pretty expensive resort resorts in Europe so that is saying something. The area around the hotel is incredibly nice so you can walk around shop and eat, it’s very lively, which is fun. A few things to note: the hotel room TV only works with the lights in your room turned on. (so if you are tired and wish to watch TV in bed late with the lights off, that is not possible. It is lights on or no TV.) so it’s slightly inconvenient for a late night when you wanna watch something. The billing was a little confusing, the price we were told, and the amount they held were vastly different, and was not explained to us. For a small inconvenience of lacking a fridge in the room resulting in a room change, they accommodated us free, breakfast coupons. To which the next day, the same lady who was present when we received the coupons was almost attempting to bill us instead of taking them. (By asking for my room and credit card information at the desk, a little strange when someone is handing you the “Free Breakfast Coupon” that you provided them with.) After accepting them she did not seem too happy and gave me a half empty coffee. Which was bizarre because the coffee machine in the room each filling was able to fill a cup. Either meaning she had spilled a ton of the coffee from the instant coffee machine or she had intentionally poured it out… Strange.

Good location and easy parking, the bed was ok, however the walls are super thin between rooms, you can hear everything, like someone at 3am talking non stop for hours on the phone. The pillows are deceiving, they look like they would be good, but the moment you put your head it deflates and its a thin little nothing.

The bed was very comfortable, very clean hotel and well located with lots of restaurants and shops. I wished they had a swimming pool and that the front desk would have given me more information about where everything was in the room as I check-in. It was my first time at an Alt hotel which is different and more on the small scale and had hidden features. I did like that they rushed my room to be ready 2 hours early as I arrived and that sent a text to communicate with them. I texted them with my questions . I really enjoyed it.

The shower head is pointing straight towards your face can’t adjust the angle and height.

There was a lot of construction which was hard to navigate to find the hotel. No mini fridge in the room which would have been nice to have. Otherwise, everything was very good.

We didn"t like that there was no fridge in the room, that the washroom was not completly close. When one of us was going to the bathroom there was no intimacy. But, i liked that it was clean, well decorated, close to the stores. The personel was sympathic.

We want an extra bed and they charge us for the extra bed. We reserve 2 beds.

Great hotel, not far from Montreal. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

We left early due to construction noise. The whole outside of the property was under construction. We weren’t told in advance so we lost one day. That did not make us very happy to pay for a room with all the major construction outside.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was not far from the highway, and there was free underground public parking right beside the hotel. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. They all spoke both French and English. The hotel itself is surrounded by a large plaza, filled with many different types of shops and restaurants. It’s about a 20 to 25 minute drive into downtown Montreal via the highway in bridge. I definitely would consider staying at Hotel Atl again in the future!

Great restaurants at walking distance nearby. Also nice if you like to shop. Close to REM train to get into Montreal.

Noisy at night with snow removal trucks and garbage collectors.

Construction was crazy and hard for parking but not the hotels fault.

Only one chair in room, no king beds, small shower, blinds not curtains, no free coffee in lobby, average value.
