None of the ice machines on the entire property were working. My toilet was filthy. Clearly, the bathroom had not been cleaned. I tried to use the phone to call my wife and the phone in the room was disconnected. I decided to watch some TV and guess what? The television did not work. There was no signal. I am very unhappy and disappointed.

Still waiting on a refund, do you guys verify these hotels. First room they sent us to someone else was clearly staying there, towels and trash everywhere and beds not made. 2nd room was an ashtray that smell like someone had smoked a carton per day for years . Third room was not good, stayed there one night because the airline you’d set us up with totally failed. When we left someone was selling Nile’s in the parking lot out of an old cadillac. Terrible

The pool was dirty nothing worked in the fitness gym told the manager about it and he acted surprised liked he didn’t know nothing was working in it. It was just a bad experience but it was convenient one 1 night

Several things didn't work ice machine issues with key gym etc. AC cover in room fell off on me. Staff not helpful. Not rude either. Lots of noise outside the room made it difficult to sleep.

We won't be back. Lobby was clean and shiny. Room was disgusting. Torn drapes, burnholes in the duvet, showerhead hanging from the wall. Filthy bathroom with urine stains all over the back of the toilet. One hanger in the closet. The arms on the desk chair were torn off. Very very noisy. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30. The first time we went there, at 8:30, there were slim pickings. The second time we went at 9, there was even less. I asked the cook to make more scrambled eggs and she refused. I had one toast. Today we had to checkout early for our flight and managed to get there at 7. There was eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, waffles, etc. Apparently it's first come, first served and nothing will be refilled. So if you're not an early riser, no breakfast for you. The sign should say breakfast at 6:30 and if maybe you sleep later you're SOL. The pool was lovely to sit at but the highway noise is so loud it's just not relaxing. There are plenty of hotel alternatives on the same street. Stay at any of them. Not here.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Were there for less than hour, our feet were black, bugs in the room, etc. Staff was unhelpful as well.

The room was sooooo dirty. There were trash, dirt, an old spill, and all kinds of other things on the floor. We mopped the floor so we could take our shoes off without turning our socks and/or feet black from dirt and grime. I have pictures of the filth. The pool was disgusting. It had a layer of green algae all over the sides and smelled like a pond. It had obviously not been cleaned or had any chemicals added to it for quite a while. Also, the microwave in the room didn’t work so we had to go down to the lobby to heat food. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

There was mold and mildew all over the bathroom ceiling. Roaches were in the bathroom and on the floors. Curtains didn’t close all the way. Beds were old box spring beds that were hard and loud. Floors were filthy. Toilet was disgusting. Holes in comforters. Stains on sheets. There was an adjoining door in my room and when I opened the door to see what was behind it, the door to the next room had a hole in it so I could see in the next room. Thankfully it was my family that was in that room. Smelled horrible in the room. Dirty sinks and tubs as well. The place was just horrible. If it was free I wouldn’t stay there again!

The (multiple) rooms I was offered had hair, torn bedding, and moldy baseboards to name a few issues. The employees tell you the wrong hours for when management is available, and when I followed up on a refund request, I was told it had been issued when in fact it had not. Not a great stay and I was there for all of 2 hours just trying to find a room I felt safe in. I’m fine with dingy, but this was disgusting.

The room was dirty, had dead roaches in the room and flying roaches among pther bugs outside of the door crawlong on the walls. The desk chair was full of mold and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were bumpy, lumpy, and just couldnt sleep. We checked out aftwr thw first night since we didnt get to the property until after midnight. There were mosquitos in the elevators and stairwells. It was juat a horrible experience.

The bathroom was disgusting. Hair all in the tub annd on counter of the sink. Only 1 light in the entire room worked. There were baby roaches on the floor by tub. Friends with a room next to ours had to change rooms bc the lights not plugs worked. There was lots of banging and loud noise around 3am. Not sure what was going on. Beds were very hard and pillows were the size of couch pillows. We will not be back!

The room was clean. The water heater was set too low, so the water was not very hot. The water did not drain well while showering so the water was ankle deep. We had a late check in and no one would answer the phone and I tried calling 4x. When we arrived a lady was on the phone and talking so loudly that I could not hear the lady checking us in. The room was clean and comfortable. We were satisfied overall for the price.

You get what you pay for. It’s a bed to sleep in, you can kinda shower (but the tub filled up quickly) the rooms and fixtures are very outdated. luckily, the AC worked.

Property was nice. Really nice lobby & pool although too cold to swim when we were there. Only thing was that the rooms had Full beds instead of Queen size. Other than that, staff was great, & breakfast was good too.

Ok for one night. Older motel with room doors facing outside. Close to airport and next to an interstate so very noisy. Room recently renovated and clean. The exception was the bathroom. Toilet was dirty and ceiling water damage with mold.

The property itself is ok but dont stay on the first floor. The tub doesn't frain and you will shower in standing water. The bathrooms a very outdated and need vast improvements. The room itself is fine. If staying at this property i recommend the 2nd or 3rd floors and your stay will be fine.

Terrible place. Staff was rude at check in. A/C in the room didn’t work. The beds were not comfortable at all. Got locked out of the room when we went to go get breakfast because they turned it room keys off 3 hours before check out. Entrance into parking lot is very busted up and could mess up a car if you’re not paying attention. Definitely would never start here again

The lady that answered the phone is very rude and she hung up in my face. The the man at the front desk told me there were no empty rooms when there were several empty rooms. It took 45-1hr just to get checked into my room after being placed on hold for 22 mins literally when I was trying to let guy know I was on my way to check in.

I paid for my room a month in advance, I called at6 pm because i was running late and desk said no problem they would hold my room... I got there at 1145 and they sold my room and all they had left were 1 bed rooms... When I asked why would they do that when I called ahead, the clerk said if i didn't like it i could leave... When I said I already paid in advance, she said she would throw me out if I continued with my attitude!!! I shut up and said just give me the room... When I asked where it was located she told me to figure it out myself!!!! Pathetic service!!!!

We had a terrible experience with front desk attendant Kalpana, she was rude, yelled at us because when we arrived to do our check in she was sleeping. She said she couldn't find our reservation and that we had to wait until 7:30 am to do the check in, we were with two little children that had to sleep in the floor in the meantime, we asked for the manager, she said she was the manager (lie) and the hotel is being remodeled so there was not area to have breakfast and no wifi. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The checkin clerk was an pretentious young man. He said his name was Eric but he said it with a smirk. He was so busy with the polite insults that he gave me the room key to someone else’s room. This could have ended so badly. We walked in one someone. We were given a new room but we were concerned with such a major slip. We put the latch on the door but still. The next morning the same young man had trouble with a guest that required the police. I’ve stayed here plenty of times. It’s cheap & clean. And up until this visit I felt safe staying here. I’ll seriously have to consider if my life isn’t worth $20 more bucks and stay next door.

When I got there the lady at the front desk was so rude, and argued with me for just asking a question. Then the day I was supposed to check out, check out was at 11 and at 8am room tries to come in my room saying check out and waking me up after getting 5 hours of sleep then wouldn’t leave me alone. So I had to check out early when I was trying to sleep. Awful experience.

The location of Quality Inn was perfect I had to fly into Baton Rouge and drive to New Orleans for a football game, hit I 10 and ride, thank God there was no LSU game in town, had issues with television reported to front desk person problem solved by the time I returned

The hotel is going through renovation, telephone did not work, breakfast area was not the best when you can see plies running over the eggs and patties. Small roaches in the room, not the best experience, but for a one night driving through the area it was Ok. I won't bring my wife anywhere close to this one.

For the price it’s a good value. My biggest complaint would be about the breakfast Although the eggs were awful and the sausage was just ok the prepackaged muffins were good. On day 2 we went down at 9:20 l, it’s posted it ends at 9:30, there was nothing but hard biscuits and eggs left I asked the lady working and she told me no that it was ending in a few minutes. Very rude so If you plan on breakfast I would suggest the Waffle House across the street. On the other hand house keeping was great and cereal helpful To bad it just takes one rude person to ruin a review
