Bra läge, ganska liten pool jämfört med antalet människor . Bra service , trevlig personal, bra städat . Väldugt nära stranden och bra kommunikationer med busshållplatser strax utanför. Jag kan rekommendera hotellet.

We really loved it here! Close to the bus-stop with the buses that goes everywhere and very good area. Rent a bike from the hotel and explore the beaches nearby. Such a lovely experience

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in dit hotel. De kamers zijn fris en licht, de combinatie van het zwembad en het strand op korte loopafstand is perfect. De kamers op de eerste etage aan de zwembadzijde hebben een extra groot balkon met ligbedden en een parasol. De dames van de receptie zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de dame van de animatie is enthousiast en vriendelijk en zorgt voor een vrolijke en gemoedelijke sfeer. Ook het personeel in het restaurant is vriendelijk en werkt hard om het alle gasten naar hun zin te maken. We hadden halfpension geboekt en zowel bij ontbijt als diner is er voldoende keuze. De lunch hebben wij een aantal keer gebruikt bij het buitenterras/bar bij het zwembad. De kwaliteit van het eten is goed en het is betaalbaar. Er zijn sandwiches, burgers, salades, pizza’s en pasta’s. Voor 2 personen inclusief drankje betaalden we rond de €20,-. Ook kan je voor €15,- per persoon lunchen in het restaurant van het hotel. 2 aandachtspuntjes: - In de omschrijving stond dat er een fitness was maar die is er niet. Buiten was het al in de ochtend boven de 30 graden, dus daarom extra vroeg opgestaan om buiten te kunnen sporten. - Er wordt, in vergelijking met Nederlandse begrippen, nog veel gerookt in Spanje. Dit mag op het buitenterras, in hetzelfde gedeelte waar ook geluncht wordt. We mochten onze lunch niet meenemen naar een ander deel vh terras, waardoor we tussen de sigarettenrook aten. Ondanks dat een dikke voldoende voor Alua Leo!

Bel hôtel, bel accueil, et la chambre tout comme les lieux communs étaient d'une propreté impeccable. Internet OK. Belle piscine avec un bar. Parking sécurisé sur place (4 Euros par jour). Petit déjeuner extraordinaire (comme sur une croisière). A quelques pas de la plage, restaurants, boutiques... Un arrêt de bus est à 200 mètres de l’hôtel, ce bus permet de se rendre directement à Palma . Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Everything was great - comfy beds, nice room and bathroom with big powerful shower and the large terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers was a real hit. Hotel did not switch the air-con on until mid way through our holiday and the room was very stuffy. The only let down for the hotel was the swimming pool - it was very large and inviting, but always absolutely freezing cold - there was never anyone in it for this reason. I love swimming and one main reason that I chose this hotel was for the big pool, which I didn't use.

Et fint hotell like ved stranden og restauranter, samtidig litt tilbaktrukket. Flott basseng område og mange solsenger. Meget god frokost med stort utvalg. Rengjøring på rommene kunne med fordel vært bedre. Sengene ble redd opp, men ellers lite gjort på den uken vi var der. Buss til Palma er rett utenfor døren, veldig enkelt. Alt i alt et meget godt alternativ.

Good location close to promenade, shops and the best area of seafront. Reception service wait too long. Very good reception service once wait over. Good luggage and courtesy room service. Wir waren bereits zum 21. bzw. 18. mal in Ihrem Haus. Dieses mal erschien uns das Bedienpersonal im Speise-saal überfordert. Am Grill, direkt zum Zugang zur Küche waren, sowohl die 2 weibl. als auch in den letzten 2 Tagen, die männl. Person vollkommen planlos. Ich habe noch nie so lange angestanden, um mein Fisch oder Fleisch zu bekommen. Das hat es früher nie gegeben. Bei der Ankunft wurde der Wäschehalter auf der Terrasse bemängelt, da ein Dübel aus der Wand gerissen war und dieser dadurch leicht herunter hing. Eine "Reparatur" war unfachmännisch, da der ausgerissene Dübel einfach wieder in das Loch gedrückt wurde. Beim nächsten Wäsche aufhängen riss er natürlich wieder raus. Im Juni hatte ich das gleiche Problem. Da wurde allerdings fachmännisch gearbeitet. Weiterhin mussten wir feststellen, dass mehrfach das Zimmer um 14.00 Uhr und einmal sogar um 14:45 Uhr nicht gemacht war. Dies hat sich in den letzten Jahren schon gehäuft. Wir sind von 10:00 Uhr bis ca. 14:00 Uhr zu Fuß unterwegs und freuen uns auf unsere "Siesta". Dabei ist es angenehm, wenn das Zimmer bereits gemacht ist und wir nicht vom Zimmerservice dabei gestört werden. Wir muss nachgebessert werden. Als Anfang Oktober div. Reisegruppen im Hotel ankamen, brach das totale Chaos aus, da zum einen keine Kaffeetassen mehr vorhanden waren und beim Abendessen keine Teller. So was darf in einem 4**** Hotel nicht vorkommen. Wir hoffen, dass es nächstes Jahr wieder wird wie früher. Lesley und Rudi Schäfer

Staff was very nice. Pool was great, plenty of umbrellas and clean. Breakfast with many options. Overall good but not sure if worth the price. One thing that surprised me was charging 3 euros per day to use the safe in the room in case you wanted. Room cleanliness could be improved, some areas were dusty and there was a used water bottle left in the balcony. They did not provide conditioners in the room, only shampoo. You can ask in the reception but all the times I tried they were out of it.

Het hotel was nogal basic om een vier sterren hotel te zijn. Zowel de kamers als het restaurant zagen er op foto veel degelijker uit. De badkamer was helaas niet goed onderhouden, er zaten veel schimmelvlekken in de douche. De kamers werden wel dagelijks schoongemaakt en we kregen propere handdoeken. Het eten was basic maar oké. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Hotel gelegen op wandelafstand van het strand. Jammer dat het zwembad om 19u sluit.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and modern. However there are literally no amenities provided in the rooms and you have to leave deposits with reception in order to obtain any of them. I stayed for four nights with a friend and we were shocked to find that we needed to leave a £20 deposit just to have a kettle in the room, as there were no coffee making facilities in the room. We also inquired about an iron and ironing board which is pretty standard in all four star hotels and they said we needed to leave a £10 deposit but that none were actually available at the time. There were also deposits required for beach towels. My friend and i both work in a four star hotel in england and we were shocked that none of the amenities that are considered standard at the four star level were provided by the hotel. That being said, the staff were very helpful when we wanted to arrange a rental car and taxis. And the breakfast buffet was much better than i expected. There were also some really affordable and relatively healthy options for lunch from the pool bar which was a nice surprise. If the hotel were able to provide all the expected amenities in the room, i probably would’ve rated the stay a five. Our only other issue was the air conditioning/heating unit locks overnight at whatever level you had it at in the evening and is unable to change, so you have to make sure you set it at a good temp in the evening, or else it can get quite warm overnight.

I travelled for work and used the facility shower and sleep. I was all day out for work and had to return back at the hotel for shower and a change of clothes before dinner with clients. Het hotel was nogal basic om een vier sterren hotel te zijn. Zowel de kamers als het restaurant zagen er op foto veel degelijker uit. De badkamer was helaas niet goed onderhouden, er zaten veel schimmelvlekken in de douche. De kamers werden wel dagelijks schoongemaakt en we kregen propere handdoeken. Het eten was basic maar oké. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Hotel gelegen op wandelafstand van het strand. Jammer dat het zwembad om 19u sluit.

Everything was great - comfy beds, nice room and bathroom with big powerful shower and the large terrace with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers was a real hit. Hotel did not switch the air-con on until mid way through our holiday and the room was very stuffy. The only let down for the hotel was the swimming pool - it was very large and inviting, but always absolutely freezing cold - there was never anyone in it for this reason. I love swimming and one main reason that I chose this hotel was for the big pool, which I didn't use.

Por un error al realizar la reserva, la persona que constaba en la misma era distinta a la que debía alojarse en el hotel, nos dimos cuenta enseguida y contactamos inmediatamente con Hoteles.com para notificar la incidencia, nos aseguraron que se ocupaban de todo y procedían a la modificación de los huéspedes. Para evitar problemas, también lo comunicamos directamente al hotel, que nos aseguró quedaba constancia del comunicado y añadían el nombre del nuevo huésped a la reserva, ésta se realizó en septiembre y mi sorpresa a la llegada al hotel el 16-10-24 fue que se habían dado instrucciones al personal de recepción que a la llegada del huésped, éste tenía que contactar con la plataforma para solucionar el problema, de lo contrario no podía disponer de la habitación, por supuesto, ya pagada. Yo pregunto, como es que se esperó a tener al huésped en el hotel para comunicar algo así, habiendo tenido tiempo suficiente para evitar la incidencia. Por supuesto no se pudo solucionar ya que el teléfono que se me facilitó comunicaba constantemente, después de muchísimos intentos y al no obtener respuesta por parte de la plataforma, consideré pagar otra habitación ya que era la única solución que me daban desde recepción, pero por supuesto a un precio superior al contratado, por lo que no accedí. En fin, han cobrado la habitación igualmente, no se ha hospedado nadie y se escudan en que las normas son las normas. desde luego, muy poco profesionales y resolutivos.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay on a B&B basis. All staff we cane in contact with were very polite and helpful. Maria served ilus and was super helpful when it came to requesting a change of room from a pool view to the airport view. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food and facilities were execllent and definitely will be returning at some point.

Bel hôtel, bel accueil, et la chambre tout comme les lieux communs étaient d'une propreté impeccable. Internet OK. Belle piscine avec un bar. Parking sécurisé sur place (4 Euros par jour). Petit déjeuner extraordinaire (comme sur une croisière). A quelques pas de la plage, restaurants, boutiques... Un arrêt de bus est à 200 mètres de l’hôtel, ce bus permet de se rendre directement à Palma . Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Personal an der Rezeption war arrogant. Hotelzimmer renoviert, jedoch wirkt der Gesamteindruck des Hotels eher in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht ohne Verpflegung aber vollkommen ausreichend. Länger würde ich nicht bleiben.

Gr8 hotel and room options; pool with easy access, showers and shaded garden. Plenty of sunbeds. Outdoor dining option with main restaurant. Good location close to promenade, shops and the best area of seafront. Reception service wait too long. Very good reception service once wait over. Good luggage and courtesy room service. Pool bar service too slow. Pool bar food quality poor and half-an-hour waiting time is far too long. Complaint made. Noted that residents bring in take-aways from outside instead of using pool bar menu. We'll do the same next time.

We really loved it here! Close to the bus-stop with the buses that goes everywhere and very good area. Rent a bike from the hotel and explore the beaches nearby. Such a lovely experience

Hadde rom med balkong i 1.etg Balkong på vårt rom lå skyggen på kvelden, men det var bare bra etter mange timer i sola i løpet av dagen. To stk billige campingstoler på balkongen var for dårlig tilbud til gjester Dette bør være enkelt å gjøre noe med. Gode senger på rom. Separat toalett og dusj bak gjennomsiktig glassvegg på hver side av vask. Godt fornøyd med oppholdet.

Mi solicitud de reserva era para 3 personas. La aplicación me permitió reservar una habitación de 2 camas con cama supletoria ( decía textualmente con cama supletoria para niño). Nos conformamos.. habría que sortear esa cama entre las 3. Llegamos tarde al hotel y la sorpresa fue que solo había 2 camas. El desayuno estaba incluido ( no lo decía así en la oferta) pero de todos modos tengo que decir que es de lo peor que he visto últimamente, el café era cualquier cosa menos café. Et hotel med perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til den solferie, min datter og jeg ønskede os. Der er 150 meter til den fineste strand med strandservice og strandstole/parasoller til leje, og området er roligt, børnevenligt og meget lidt præget af “ballermann”-feststemning, sammenlignet med f.eks. El Arenal. Et andet plus er, at det kun tager 10-15 minutter at komme til hotellet fra lufthavnen. Vi fortrød dog, at vi havde tilkøbt halvpension, for aftenbuffeten var ikke værd at skrive hjem om. Der blev kørt en form for halvsløj all-inclusive-stil, med de samme stegte ting hver aften, pommesfrites, kartoffelmos, udkogt broccoli og forsvindende lidt fokus på friske grøntsager. Morgenmaden var ligeledes uimponerende, med det samme hvide brød, sukkerholdige yoghurt og morgenmadsprodukter, pandekager, bacon og æg etc. hver dag. Vi savnede noget mere “nutidigt” og flere sunde alternativer til det brune, stegte og uinspirerende udvalg. På den positive side er der supergode busforbindelser til Palma mv. lige udenfor hotellets indgang, og rengøringen var også helt fin. Alojamiento bien ubicado y cómodo para moverse, parada de buses frente al hotel. Habitación de buen tamaño al igual que el baño, que es cómodo y con buena ducha. Gr8 hotel and room options; pool with easy access, showers and shaded garden. Plenty of sunbeds. Outdoor dining option with main restaurant. Good location close to promenade, shops and the best area of seafront. Reception service wait too long. Very good reception service once wait over. Good luggage and courtesy room service. Pool bar service too slow. Pool bar food quality poor and half-an-hour waiting time is far too long. Complaint made. Noted that residents bring in take-aways from outside instead of using pool bar menu. We'll do the same next time.

The House keeping was awesome! They were always so friendly. In the restaurant we were never asked if wanted a drink and ignored. Always had to go find them and ask. Air con was terrible. Didn’t work
