Sehr schönes Hotel mit einzigartiger Roof bar und Schwimmbad. Leider ist die Bar abends nicht geöffnet, man kann jedoch unten etwas trinken. Da es an der Sraße liegt ist es jedoch laut. Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, schon ziemlich abgenutzt, aber die Betten sind gut. Das Fitnessstudio ist schmutzig, es gibt keine Handtücher oder Desinfektionsmittel. Außerdem wurde das Wasser seit Tagen nicht aufgefüllt und die Toiletten im Lobbybereich wurden nicht regelmäßig geputzt.

Very easy to get to from the airport. Very modern design. Rooftop Pool is a bit small and the bar shut at 5 pm just before the sunset. Some entertainment would be welcome as it’s a taxi ride into Palma centre.

The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, particularly if you have a car as you’ll need to pay $15 euro per day and the parking garage is impossible to find. The worst was that we had a major issue with a water leak in the ceiling that persisted for three days damaging all of our bags and clothes. It was pretty frustrating. All in all, it was an over-priced stay that was very inconvenient.

The hotel and the room were very clean and smart and the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent! Very convenient for the beach and easy for travelling to the airport or into the town centre. We were able to park the car underground (out of the heat) and there was EV charging available. There was a great selection of foods available for breakfast.

We stayed in a level room with terrace, was a lovely room, terrace walked out to the pool , road is a bit noisy but didn’t effect our stay. Having the access to level lounge made the stay that extra bit special. Staff went above and beyond and really made us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the tranquility of the spa. All in all 9/10.

Bed linen clean and fresh, comfy bed, good pillow, hot shower...that's the basics for a good stay. Rooms are beginning to show their age with laminate carpentry fraying at the corners, damp showing on the shower ceiling, mold in the corners of the shower sliding door. Corridor noises carry a long way due to the acoustics of the building and the lack of a good lower door seal meant being woken by other guests. Our shower was dirty with hair shavings in large quantities on the shower wall and something congealed on the wall at waist height at the other. We didn't complain, time was limited so i used a hand towel to clean away what should have been done before we arrived. Small complimentary water provided on arrival, but not replaced thereafter...requested water from reception but was told this wasn't possible. Requested a late checkout, this was also not possible - despite the hotel having low occupancy. Have stayed here several times since it opened and service used to be better, will look elsewhere next time. To finish on a positive, the location is good for Portixol, the Cathedral and the right side of town for the airport.

Tres bien situé, équipé et grande variété au buffet du petit dejeuner de qualité. La piscine offre une vue incroyable. L hotel est tres bien isolé de l extérieur mais pas de l interieur et la colonne centrale fait caisse de resonnance la nuit. En revanche, les chambres etaient mal nettoyees, des traces d utine plein le sol en marbre de la salle de bain, des serviettes de bain effilochees. Ce n est pas normal pour un hotel de ce standing... Mais on a vu une femme de menage, telephone collé a l oreille, plus concentree sur ses vocaux que sur son travail. Dommage, car tout le reste de l hotel est tres serieux.

It was good! The location is great! The beach is just in the other side of the street and you can easily walk to the city center. The pool has a great view to the beach, the only problem is that it closes kind early (8PM) when the sun still shining. The worst part it was the air con in the room, it didn’t work properly. We went to the reception to complain and they said someone would go there check but nobody ever showed up because we kept with the same problem so I slept terribly both night we were there because it was just so hot during the night and I couldn’t sleep with this temperature. So because of this problem I couldn’t enjoy much my trip once I was exhausted both days and that’s for sure I reason to don’t get back to this hotel.

Good breakfast. Depressing view over a 6 lane highway and a grey concrete building. , Granted a tad of ocean in between. The rooms are very minimalistic, but not in a very nice way, it feels like they have forgotten the furniture and interior in general.

Nice modern hotel with a verry nice pool bar at the 7th floor. Its on a busy road but that's not verry noticable from the room. There is a bit of wear and tear from the years but clean and maintenance is ok. The family room was excellent as it had an extra on-suite bedroom. There is a beach and restaurants on a 5 min walk.

Liegt an einer viel befahrenen 6 spurigen Strasse, Fenster schlecht isoliert, daher ab 5h30 nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken. Aber die Lage ist gut, Nähe zu einem Strand 5 min, bis Palma Stadt an der Promende 20 min. Schönes Design, viel Holz, aber im Badezimmer fault es schon. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

At i alt et fint hotel. Vi boede på rooftop og havde god udsigt. Der var dog en del støj fra besøgende når de skulle til elevator. så meget lydt på gangene - larm fra elevator og gæster der ankom sent om aftenen. Vi kunne høre hver gang elevatoren kom til vores etage når vi var på værelset.

Schönes Hotel , allerdings mit Late Check out sehr unkooperativ. Wir hatten eine Business Reise und wegen Late Check out, extra Level Zimmer gebucht ( da sollte es inkludiert sein ) Ich habe es 3 Tage vorher angemeldet , am Tag der Abreise hieß es , leider nein 12 Uhr raus ABER mit Zahlung von 100 Euro pro Zimmer ging dann Late Check out . Sorry, das geht garnicht für ein Business Hotel. Wir werden dort nicht mehr buchen und in die Marriott Gruppe gehen , da funktioniert es immer

+ bra läge, fint rum, bra städat, bra ac, helt ok frukost, bra att vi fick vara kvar hela sista dagen till 19 då vårt flyg gick sent - hade rum vid hissen och den hördes in på rummet när den ”plingade” att den kom till våningen, hörde även folk som pratade utanför, lite väl ohälsosam frukost som mest bestod av olika kakor och fanns inte grönsaker som gurka, paprika o tomat att ha som pålägg, fick fel info från personal i receptionen flertalet gånger om tex att man kunde betala med kort på bussen till Palma men det gick inte, restaurangers öppettider med mera, tog nästan 40 min att få vår beställning 2 glas cava vid poolbaren då bara en personal serverade och de andra verkade bara sitta i baren, liten pool och få solstolar på taket. Överlag är vi ändå väldigt nöjda då vi mest sov på hotellet och läget var toppen, vilket är viktigast för oss.

the staff were incredibly rude, weren't helpful at all. Anything you would ask them was as if you're unconvincing them, they would make up there own law and pretend it was part of the "Spains Policies," mind you I hade been exploring Spain for over a week but I knew they were such bullshitting. They were not helpful with anything, terrible experience. The pool was not nice, and very small. The bar was limited, and food was terrible. Really ruined my trip, wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. were not accommodating at all. Extremely pertinacious and rude staff.

Great location for outer Palma; close, but not too close, to the airport. Terrace rooms are shared with pool area, which wasn’t entirely clear when booking. However, it www a very pleasant experience overall and amazing view of Palma.

Sehr nette Mitatbeiter in allen Bereichen. Level-Zugang ist zu empfehlen, sehr angenehmes Ambiente. SPA Aufenthalt war entspannend nach einer Stadtführung. 20 Minuten Gehdistanz zur Kathedrale bon Palma. Busse ins Zentrum und zum Flughafen direkt vor der Haustüre. Gerne wieder, danke!!

This hotel is situated in a good location right by the beach. About 30mins walk (easy) to the santa maria basilica and 35to old town. There is also a lidl (grocery store) close by. It is easy to get to the airport about 8mins away. There is a bus that you can take to get to the airport for only 5€. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful pool although pretty windy since it is on the roof. The staff were great and i got to stay at the pool even though I had checked out. Would definitely come back.

Nice hotel but felt it was overpriced. Staff were excellent though and room size was decent. Unsure the €15 per day parking charge is necessary though when paying so much for a room. On the plus side, views over Palma Bay are pretty impressive and The Level lounge was well stocked. Breakfast was very good and you can walk to Palma centre in around 20 minutes.

Location great. Room great. Restaurant bar let the hotel down. I don’t like a cooked breakfast on ice cold plates - it’s cold before I take a bite. The bar and restaurant were soulless - no ambience - but like a cheap canteen. The cocktails were poorly made. Staff were friendly and helpful.
