The pool area was pleasant, but the lifeguard gave around eight warnings to different guests within an hour, despite the atmosphere being calm and relaxed. It felt unnecessarily strict and took away from the overall experience.

The service at the hotel was slow, both in the reception and the restaurant. The pool guard, luggage person and cleaners were good. The other employees could benefit from a training in how to work fast, be service minded and solution oriented. In total it is hard to see how they rank as a 4 star hotel.

Room was clean. The only problem was the air conditioning which was ineffective. Staff did try to improve it and were faultless. Unfortunately we had to change room. Staff were always pleasant and did try.
