Fue solo una noche, pero he estado muy a gusto. La habitación tenía una vista increíble frente al mar. El lobby y las zonas comunes se ven un poco descuidados y se nota mucho la diferencia entre la renovación de la habitación y los espacios comunes. The staff are wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here although I wouldn't recommend using the steam sauna. It's outdated, has a moldy smell and the paint is peeling. The tiled area in the sauna area could use a refresh. Other than that the rooms were clean, updated and the beds were comfortable.

It’s the small stuff that matters sometimes. Toilet paper was super thin and rough. Didn’t get any water bottles nightly, only upon check in. We had to buy our own. No tv channels worked. A big reason we booked the hotel because they offered parking. Upon arriving they said it was full but the parking lot was half empty. We had to find parking on the street nightly because it parking lot was “full”. To top things off the morning of check out there was no water. I had to go to reception to ask for bottles of water to brush our teeth.

Schönes Hotel mit zwei schönen Pools. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Omelette wird direkt den Augen zubereitet. Bis zum Ballermann 6 sind es 3 Kilometer zu Fuß oder 10€ mit dem Taxi.

Hôtel parfait, personnel gentil et bienveillant qui essaie de s’adapter pour que nous puissions se comprendre sans trop de problème. Les équipements sont top, chambre avec vu sur piscine et mer, le buffet varié et de bonne qualité que ce soit pour le petit dej et le dîner. Seuls petits bémols, la piscine intérieure que l’on nous a décrite comme ‘ chauffée ‘ la salle est effectivement chauffée mais la piscine est très fraîche, et l’insonorisation légère pour l’intérieur de l’hôtel (couloirs , chambres voisines) en revanche aucune nuisance sonore ni sur la rue ni l’aéroport qui est proche et ça c’est un très bon point. Proche de tous et c’est vraiment appréciable, tout comme la distance avec l’aéroport qui est géniale surtout quand nous passons un court séjour duquel nous voulons profiter au Max 😀

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms, very comfortable and clean. Brilliant location, so close to the beach and the view from our balconies was fab. The outdoor pools were closed (being November, understandable!) but we used the indoor pool. It's small but good. The breakfast buffet was good value and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay and made the best of it. The hotel is in a great location, many food locations nearby, airport nearby, and the pools are great. Check in was great, we got in earlier so we had to wait till the rooms were ready. They held our bags and we went to explore and then sit at the pool. Rooms were nice. My main issues were AC was not strong enough. It was not blowing cold air and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Also, encountered some ants and bugs in the room and on bed. Honestly it doesn't bother me much but believe that is due to the humidity in the room since the AC was not ideal. Also, in order to get in the shower, we had to climb over the toilet. Not ideal. Lastly the bed sheets, mainly the blanket was not comfortable and very itchy. Between that and the humidity, sleeping was rough. Breakfast was nice but they start closing before 1030 so make sure you are early. Overall, would I stay again? Yes, however, I may look for another hotel to see if there is a better one since it's very competitive out there.

Vänlig personal och mycket trevlig och serviceminded. Personalen var en stor del i att vi trivdes så bra. Bra service att kunna vara kvar på hotellet efter utcheckning (sen flight) Lyhört mellan rummen. Städningen var ojämn, vissa dagar okej andra inte bra. Stor frukost. Hade önskat en mer varierad lättare lunchmeny, exvis omelett. Lunch öppnade först kl 13.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants and also just a minute walk to the beach. The only gripe I had was that the AC in my room wasn’t very strong. I had it on the coldest setting and it never really got below 74 degrees or so until the wee hours of the night. Might have just been my room and other rooms are fine though. Also, don’t come here expecting a young crowd. I’m 38, and I saw maybe 5-10 people around my age or younger in 3 nights of staying there. Most guests were well into their 60s or 70s

The hotel was fantastic. My room on 6th floor was very spacious, clean with wonderful views from the balcony. It’s 5mins from the airport. Very safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. A Spar is 5 feet from the front door for you to purchase drinks + food. The pools are incredible with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast has plenty to offer as does dinner. Staff are incredibly friendly & always willing to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here & looking forward to going back.

Great location, lovely pool and views from the fron of the hotel, the food was good at breakfast but just fine for dinner. The WIFI does NOT work AT ALL. The beds are very soft so not comfortable. The AC barely works in the room - I'd worry if we were here when it was hotter as it would be very difficult to sleep. This is not a 4 start hotel.

Really good breakfast and great hotel with great staff , close to the beach in the calmer part. The only ”bad” thing is that you could quite easy hear through the walls which woke me up a couple off times every night. Had a room against the street so when people were shouting from the bar or when cars and motorcykels pushed their engines i woke up

Location was great and staff were fine. 2 stars because we stayed for 2days with a very weak to none existent WiFi in the room. The A/C control unit must be for show because the room stayed warm, never at all got cold or at least cooled down. Overall OK but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Aesthetically from the outside, the hotel has clearly seen better days but that goes for most hotels in this area. Inside it’s clean and of a good standard. We only had breakfast in the hotel and the variety and quality were both good, although you’re spoilt for choice locally with various great places to eat and drink. Service was ok. On arrival, despite completing check-in online it was very disorganised; being asked to sign forms again, to present passports over and over, issues calculating the cost of the room etc. Took a while to get things sorted when we just wanted to get going. For the rest of our stay the experience at reception was better, and in the restaurant it was ok where the chef for the omelette was very friendly but the waiting staff weren’t so much but at the same time they weren’t rude. Generally, rooms were well kitted out and we had the sea view which was lovely. Bathrooms clean and spacious. Plenty of storage although the safe was an old, key operated style security feature which was dated and we didn’t bother using it as the key wasn’t in the room. Great location - less than 10 mins from Palma Airport, 15 mins to the old town centre but plenty to do in the local area and right on the beach. All-in-all, a decent value hotel.

We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you won't be bothered by this.

Stayed here twice, for 4-5nights and both experiences have been excellent. Airport is literally 10mins away, and from the location to the food to the beach view from the pool, you can not fault this hotel. The area is nice and away from the busier El Arenal but only a 15-20min train ride away if you want that atmosphere Very happy and will be defiantly staying here again.

Amazing location very near the airport. On the beach but so quiet. A lovely area. Very few cars mostly cyclists. Hotel is spotless and always smelled so clean and fresh. Reception staff so helpful and the woman cleaning our room was so lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel and the area. Will be back in 2024.

Zentral gelegenes Standardhotel. Zimmer ok, Größe passt. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Flughafen und Palma mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren mir dem Essen sehr zufrieden. The property was very clean and modern. Close to restaurants and shops. Balcony were large and had a great view. The Front desk staff were great & friendly. The options at breakfast and dinner were excellent especially because I am a vegetarian and this is the first hotel I’ve been to a hotel/ resort that had so much vegan and vegetarian options which I very happy for. My only complaint is that coffee and tea was restocked daily only as a welcome gift. The boardwalk and beach was so clean and beautiful which was right across the street. I would stay there again with proximity to the airport it was amazing and excellent service. Thank you for a memorable vacay in Spain.

Das Zimmer war modern und die Aussicht über den Pool auf den Strand war sehr schön. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich hatte Halbpension gebucht und das Essen war durchschnittlich. Es gab viele vegetarische und vegane Optionen, jedoch war das Essen oftmals kaum gesalzen. Etwas schade war, dass mein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug war. Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, sodass es teilweise etwas laut aufgrund der anderen Gäste war.

This is a nice hotel in a great location.. The food whilst there was a good selection of different foods it was always cold !! And I mean stone COLD ! The only time the selection of food on offer was Warm was at 7 pm immediately. The restaurant opened if you went to the restaurant after 7:15 pm the food was always stone cold…. The only way to get hot food was from the selection of food that the chef cooked for you…

Dans l'ensemble le séjour était correct, mais clairement pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. La demi-pension du soir est décevante : nourriture industrielle, répétitive et de mauvaise qualité. Les transats sont réservés très tôt par les clients, difficile d'en trouver de libres. Dans la chambre, certains basiques comme peignoir ou chaussons ne sont pas fournis, il faut tout demander à la réception.
