+ Väldigt fint och trevligt poolområde + Bra poolbar med lunch + Fin utsikt + Smidigt och nära att ta bussen in till centrala Palma Rummet vi hade var absolut helt okej, speciellt för priset. Dock inget nyrenoverat, normalt slitage & lite ovårdat (t.ex fläck på duschdraperiet & fläckar som inte går att städa bort). Men mysigt rum ändå! Rummet har en helt ok AC & safe-box! :-) Majoriteten av personalen är trevliga & hjälpsamma! :-) Kommer absolut åka tillbaka! Förvänta er ingen lyx men absolut bra standard! :-)

Very nice hotel with nice bar and pool areas. The room was very clean and modern and the view was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 20 Euros for late check out at 5pm was fantastic. It is a bit of a walk to local food places, but worth it as the food in the hotel was not the best ever, which is a shame.

Very comfortable stay. Parking nearby was easy. Good breakfast. Lovely outside space for drinking, eating and relaxing. Only downside was no complimentary tea and coffee in room with the kettle!

Der Ausblick auf den Hafen war echt spitze. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da unserer Sohn sofort das Zimmer putzen wollte und wir auch Ameisen hatten, empfanden wir die Sauberkeitverbessetungswürdig.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort und hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit Blick auf eine Nachbarswand. Das Meer war nur Seitlich ein wenig zu sehen. Mit Meerblick hatte das rein gar nichts zu tun. Das Zimmer war zudem dreckig (Haare auf dem Boden). Das Frühstück war auch sehr überschaubar von der Menge. Zu Stoßzeiten kam der eine Koch nicht hinterher und viele Sachen wurden nicht nachgelegt. Der Weg in die City war machhbar jedoch auch nicht um die Ecke. Ca. 30-40 min zu Fuß. Für den Preis würden wir es auf keinen Fall wieder buchen.

Terrible property with terrible accommodations and terrible service. The bed does not have a real mattress. Rather, it’s a thin and uncomfortable piece of foam that gave us terrible neck and back pain. The pillows were also uncomfortable and underfilled. On our second day there, we discovered an ant infestation and killed about 30 ants. The staff was extremely unhelpful; we did not receive any compensation nor even a new room with no ants. The staff was also stingy with the towels and would limit how many new towels we could get during our stay.

Det var en kæmpe fejl at vælge det her hotel . Først og fremmest skal det overstreges, at jeg rejste sammen med min veninde, og vi arbejder begge to som receptionister, derfor ved vi, at man kun skriver en dårlig anmeldelse, når den virkelig er fortjent. Hvis vi starter med ankomstdagen, så blev vi overrasket, at man skulle betale for pengeskabet pr. dag. Derudover skal man KØBE håndklæder til poolen. Vinduerne var så beskidte, at det var næsten ikke til at se ud af værelset. Der var ikke ledning til telefonen på værelset, så man kunne ikke ringe til receptionen og der hang løse ledninger over det hele. Værelset lignede slet ikke det på billeder. Morgenmaden var en katastrofe, da vi tog en tur forbi. Røræg var sorte og klumpet. Så vil ikke anbefale at bestille det. Vi måtte ikke låne 2 skåle fra morgenmaden op til værelset, da vi self fandt på en anden løsning til morgenmaden, da deres var katastrofalt. Så tag jeres skåle med!! Og så noget af det bedste: vores sengetøj blev ikke skiftet i en uge selv om vi bedte om det, og der blev ikke støvsuget. Man skifter sit sengetøj oftere i sit hjem end på det her hotel åbenbart. sidste dråbe var en håndværker der begyndte at borre og næsten rive væggen ned lige ved siden af vores værelse kl. 21.30. Personalet ved poolen var søde, men ikk bestil mad i baren hellere. Den burger resulterede i tynd mave resten af dagen. Alt i alt en katastrofal oplevelse, og vi har ikke fået tilbudt nogen penge retur. Og så er der kun en all around sæbe.

The rooms were cleaned every day, but the sheets were only changed every 3.th day which were kind off disgusting because the weather was very hot 35-38 degrees so we were sweating a lot. The beds have a very hard madras. There is a very small fridge in the rooms. The air conditioning in the room were difficult to set so the temperature were right. The hotel breakfast were expensive, but there were a lot of options which were nice. The hotel is located on a mountain, so you will have to walk for an hour to get to the center of Palma, or walk for 50 minutes to get to Cala Major beach. You can take the buses but that means that you have to walk down the hill and that takes about 10 minutes. You can take a cab to the center of Palma and that cost Around 10 euros. The pool area were clean and the staff were super friendly. You can only pay by card at the pool area if you want something to drink or eat. The food at the pool area is expensive and not that good. You can walk til Porto Pi shoppingcenter, but it’s only big store brands like H & M and there are few places to sit and have something to drink and eat, so we recommend that you take a bus or a cab to the center of Palma instead. If you want to shop you have to go to the center of Palma. The staff is super friendly but beware that not all them speak anything but Spanish. There is only a little shop across the road from the hotel and it has basic thing like sun cream, drinks, some clothes, chips and so on.

The room they gave me the first night, the terrace door does not close, the glass of the terrace door is detached and is held with a piece of cardboard and the curtains are not opaque and do not reach the floor and at 7 in the morning Tomorrow I couldn't continue sleeping due to the light coming in, I asked for a change of room and the guy at the reception laughed at me for my complaints. The second room didn't get as much light (luckily) BUT IT SMELLED LIKE A SEWER. A disaster, I will never return to this hotel. the worst I've ever been to that I can remember. La habitación que me dieron la primera noche, la puerta de la terraza no cierra, el cristal de la puerta de la terraza está despegado y está sujeto con un trozo de cartón y las cortinas no son opacas y no llegan al suelo y a las 7 de la mañana Mañana no pude seguir durmiendo por la entrada de luz, pedí cambio de habitación y el chico de recepción se rió de mí por mis quejas. La segunda habitación no tenía tanta luz (afortunadamente) PERO OLÍA A ALCANTARILLA. Un desastre, nunca volveré a este hotel. Lo peor que he estado en mi vida que puedo recordar.

really nice hotel, friendly staff. beds were comfy and the air con in the room was very good. our wifi was patchy, i think that’s because of our location in the hotel, it was better near the pool and in reception. near transport into the centre and a shopping centre nearby

We had a great time overall and for the cost we were really impressed. 4 days was perfect there! Food was ok but I’d say to try and eat out where you can - it’s better for meat eaters! Everything was clean, room was pretty good too and you could tell it had been updated - there were some paint touch ups that could have done with some attention but overall it was good! Oh and air con works but isn’t the best! As a stay overall here was very impressed and the staff were generally friendly and helpful! Thanks so much!

The rooms were cleaned every day, but the sheets were only changed every 3.th day which were kind off disgusting because the weather was very hot 35-38 degrees so we were sweating a lot. The beds have a very hard madras. There is a very small fridge in the rooms. The air conditioning in the room were difficult to set so the temperature were right. The hotel breakfast were expensive, but there were a lot of options which were nice. The hotel is located on a mountain, so you will have to walk for an hour to get to the center of Palma, or walk for 50 minutes to get to Cala Major beach. You can take the buses but that means that you have to walk down the hill and that takes about 10 minutes. You can take a cab to the center of Palma and that cost Around 10 euros. The pool area were clean and the staff were super friendly. You can only pay by card at the pool area if you want something to drink or eat. The food at the pool area is expensive and not that good. You can walk til Porto Pi shoppingcenter, but it’s only big store brands like H & M and there are few places to sit and have something to drink and eat, so we recommend that you take a bus or a cab to the center of Palma instead. If you want to shop you have to go to the center of Palma. The staff is super friendly but beware that not all them speak anything but Spanish. There is only a little shop across the road from the hotel and it has basic thing like sun cream, drinks, some clothes, chips and so on.

Rent rom og hyggelig personale. Det var fin havutsikt fra bassengområde. Rommet var helt ok, men litt slitt. Et minus var at døren til rommet var lite lydisolert og det var mye støy fra gang iløpet av hele natten. Frokosten på hotellet var ikke bra. Det var kun 10 minutter gåtur til stort kjøpesenter, men vil anbefale å ta taxi til byen, hvis man ønsker en hel dag med shopping. Det var også mulig å leie sykler like ved hotellet og veldig fint å sykle langs havna og strandpromenaden, dette kan anbefales.

In my opinion this is very much an two star hotel not a three star. It’s outside the the city centre (45 minute walk or a c. 20 minute bus ride), and the price reflects this. Clearly significant investment has been made in the pool area which is spacious and clean but the rooms are somewhat dated. Two big issues which mean I couldn’t recommend this hotel: 1. We only had one night where we weren’t disturbed by loud guests at 1-3am. The walls really are paper thin. 2. We had no air con during our stay. The issue was reported several times but there was no sense of customer service. Instead of fixing the issue they just left our balcony doors open all day whilst we were out which was extremely concerning from a safety perspective.

Personalen i receptionen när vi kom var både okunniga och ointresserade av oss som gäster, servicen i poolbaren var generellt bedrövlig, vi kunde först inte beställa mat vid bordet, när vi väl fick beställa tog det över 1 1/2 timme för att få in maten. I övrigt var det ett bra hotell med bra frukost på morgonen och även trevligt och bra runt poolen.

Checked in and received the first example of the front desk not caring at all. Got to my room which I'd paid extra for (to have a nice one) and was thoroughly disappointed. Had the traditional beds pushed together, so really just a single bed (my friend who didn't pay extra got a sea view and a queen sized bed). Went to the balcony to look around and found a used condom in the corner, front desk barely cared and just said they'll send someone to clean it up. The 'Balcony' was more like a mini prison yard with no view. First night another guest walked in to my room as they had been checked in by mistake to my room. I went out for the night then couldn't get back in to my room upon my return, this was due to them changing the code on the key. To top it off, at night there was a huge air vent in the building opposite which made a horrendous noise all night. I'll never return to this place so long as i'm breathing. The only good part in my room was the shower.

The check in was frustrating and the female receptionist with tattoos was very rude and blunt. My studio room had doors off it’s hinges and lights that did not work. It was fine but overpriced for the location and hotel itself.

The hotel room was clean a little basic but with everything needed. Views were fab, a fair way out of main area of Palma an hours walk each way. Taxis organised by hotel very efficient and reasonable. Food in hotel was good particularly the BBQ and fairly priced Staff were friendly and helpful

In my opinion this is very much an two star hotel not a three star. It’s outside the the city centre (45 minute walk or a c. 20 minute bus ride), and the price reflects this. The room they gave me the first night, the terrace door does not close, the glass of the terrace door is detached and is held with a piece of cardboard and the curtains are not opaque and do not reach the floor and at 7 in the morning Tomorrow I couldn't continue sleeping due to the light coming in, I asked for a change of room and the guy at the reception laughed at me for my complaints. The second room didn't get as much light (luckily) BUT IT SMELLED LIKE A SEWER. A disaster, I will never return to this hotel. the worst I've ever been to that I can remember. La habitación que me dieron la primera noche, la puerta de la terraza no cierra, el cristal de la puerta de la terraza está despegado y está sujeto con un trozo de cartón y las cortinas no son opacas y no llegan al suelo y a las 7 de la mañana Mañana no pude seguir durmiendo por la entrada de luz, pedí cambio de habitación y el chico de recepción se rió de mí por mis quejas. La segunda habitación no tenía tanta luz (afortunadamente) PERO OLÍA A ALCANTARILLA. Un desastre, nunca volveré a este hotel. Lo peor que he estado en mi vida que puedo recordar.

Hôtel propre situé à l’extérieur de Palma mais le centre est accessible en bus à proximité. Un grand centre commercial juste à coté avec boutiques, restaurants et cafés. Le château de Bellever est à 25min de marche. Le système de chauffage est un peu juste, mentaux maximum il faisait froid dans la chambre. Le personnel a l’accueil est sympathique et serviable.

nettes sauberes Hotel mit einem guten Frühstück. Es war sehr leise und vom Balkon hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb, aber aus dem Hotel links entlang kommt man über eine Treppe nach unten an die Hauptstraße (Fußmarsch sechs Minuten). Klasse war das Nashorn im Foyer! Fazit: wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

El hotel está muy bien cuidado, las habitaciones son cómodas y las vistas a la bahía muy buenas. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, de muy fácil aparcamiento (y gratis) y muy cerca de un centro comercial. Cae un poco lejos del centro de Palma, pero es un paseo.

Fuimos en autobús desde Plaza de España, N° 46. Te deja en la misma puerta del hotel. Esta en una cuesta enorme, así que para ir andando un poco complicado, pero no imposible 😉. Una zona muy tranquila, con naturaleza, vistas preciosas. En bus se puede acceder enseguida al centro, las Ramblas, la Catedral ..... Un recibidor enorme, en recepción muy amables y simpáticos. La habitación genial, muy amplia y luminosa. La terraza un tanto pequeña, pero con unas vistas increíbles. El baño con jacuzzi. Estaba muy bien. Incluimos él desayuno, qué pagamos aparte de la habitación. Era buffet y la verdad, para lo qué pagamos fue muy básico y sin variedad. La máquina de café un tanto complicada y no era muy bueno.

Very nice hotel with nice bar and pool areas. The room was very clean and modern and the view was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 20 Euros for late check out at 5pm was fantastic. It is a bit of a walk to local food places, but worth it as the food in the hotel was not the best ever, which is a shame.
Very nice hotel with nice bar and pool areas. The room was very clean and modern and the view was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 20 Euros for late check out at 5pm was fantastic. It is a bit of a walk to local food places, but worth it as the food in the hotel was not the best ever, which is a shame.

Great place, the staff was friendly, delicious breakfast and dinner! The only thing to take into account was that the AC wasn’t great, it barely worked, same thing goes to the toilet flush. Very good overall!

The rooms were cleaned every day, but the sheets were only changed every 3.th day which were kind off disgusting because the weather was very hot 35-38 degrees so we were sweating a lot. The beds have a very hard madras. There is a very small fridge in the rooms. The air conditioning in the room were difficult to set so the temperature were right. The hotel breakfast were expensive, but there were a lot of options which were nice. The hotel is located on a mountain, so you will have to walk for an hour to get to the center of Palma, or walk for 50 minutes to get to Cala Major beach. You can take the buses but that means that you have to walk down the hill and that takes about 10 minutes. You can take a cab to the center of Palma and that cost Around 10 euros. The pool area were clean and the staff were super friendly. You can only pay by card at the pool area if you want something to drink or eat. The food at the pool area is expensive and not that good. You can walk til Porto Pi shoppingcenter, but it’s only big store brands like H & M and there are few places to sit and have something to drink and eat, so we recommend that you take a bus or a cab to the center of Palma instead. If you want to shop you have to go to the center of Palma. The staff is super friendly but beware that not all them speak anything but Spanish. There is only a little shop across the road from the hotel and it has basic thing like sun cream, drinks, some clothes, chips and so on.

The hotel room was clean a little basic but with everything needed. Views were fab, a fair way out of main area of Palma an hours walk each way. Taxis organised by hotel very efficient and reasonable. Food in hotel was good particularly the BBQ and fairly priced Staff were friendly and helpful

A really lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The main pool area has stunning views of the local port. The hotel has everything you could need , and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and hope to come back another day.

Terrible experience staying quite hyped, not worth the cost. They are more focussed on promoting outside ambience and facilities such as swimming pool sun bed etc. But rooms are in very poor condition and no amenities provided such as electric kettle Curtain trail, shower head was broken that resulted in flood outside. There was no light in shower you have to depend on outside foyer light. Hotel is scattered in different section, avoid the building on the right. The room was given in a building which was under renovation that make the entrance and lift dirty.
