Air conditioning didn’t work. Room temperature was hot and the room was smelly. Rugs were not clean.

The hotel has a carpet that needs to be replace. No restaurant, limite breakfast time. The hotel is dark and old. It needs to be update. The internet is a joke

Bodde på hotellet og brukt det som base på dagsturer i Asturias. Vi hadde bil og parkerte i hotellets parkerings garasje. Den er litt trang, men med en mindre leiebil gikk det helt fint. Rommet var stort med god plass. Teppegulvet på rommet virket det derimot som er var en stund siden var renset, men det gikk greit. Frokosten var ok. Parkeringen er lokalisert i samme bygg som hotellet, der porten til parkeringskjelleren ligger rett til høyre for inngangen (ikke innkjøringen til busstasjonen).

Hay donde estacionarse , está cerca del centro , quizás lo único es que está cerca de la estación de tren y se siente los trenes ….

Bon hotel,, mais attention système de recharge de véhicule électrique inutilisable sauf pour les client GALP qui ont l'app qui va bien

Las habitaciones entran en fase de renovación. Las tarjetas para las puertas de entrada a las habitaciones funcionaban muy mal. La calefacción habitación hacía muchísimo ruido.

Good location. Room needs refurbishing. Few personnel. No night amenities such as a bar with light food.

el hotel está muy bien, y bien situado pero muchísimo turismo (inmerso?) el desayuno un caos. tiempo de espera de ascensores, otro caos...

Ninguna pega. Sitio muy limpio, personal muy amable y zona tranquila. El centro está a menos de 10 minutos andando tranquilamente. Muy buena experiencia y muy recomendable

На 4 звезды этот отель не тянет ,так как этот ужасный ,орязеый ковролин из 90х уже давным давно не в моде и не гигиенично,а так в обшем комната семейная очень просторная.Завтрак хороший .

Todo muy bien excepto la alfombra de la habitación sucia y preferiría que no hubiera alfombra. Lo demás excelente

The employees were very friendly, professional and helpful. Overall the hotel is very well located close to restaurants and transportation. My room ( I don’t know if that is the condition of other rooms) was not clean, the carpet had stains there were segments of the wall dirty. That room in the second floor needs some maintenance. Again I have no complains regarding the staff, they were really helpful.

Rooms are outdated. Just right to the bus station and 5 walk to the train station.

No me gusto que elndia de la salida no estuviese disponible el wifi...quise conectarme 10 minutos antes de marchar y no pude

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien, pero en algún sitio se debería advertir para que los futuros clientes lo tengan en cuenta, que hay habitaciones que dan a las vías del tren y , a no ser que te guste despertarte a las seis de la mañana, no es recomendable usar esas habitaciones si quieres dormir.

Modern. Close to station. A bit to walk to restaurants and sights. Huge room. Comfortable.

Contras: 1. Había un olor extraño y desagradable en la habitación. Me recordó a una casa antigua o a una sala de hospital para ancianos. 2. No hay agua gratis en la habitación. Hay que pagar 3 € por una botella de 0,5 l. 3. No hay hervidor con té y café instantáneos gratuitos. 4. No hay ningún mensaje en la puerta giratoria de entrada que indique que hay que empujarla. No hay tirador, lo que sugiere que es manual. Como en cualquier hotel (y en cualquier lugar), este tipo de puertas se abren automáticamente, y parece una puerta automática, así que esperé unos minutos, completamente confundido por qué no se abría. Las ventanas tienen la luz tenue, así que es difícil ver si hay alguien dentro. Después de pegar la cara a la ventana, finalmente vi a la recepcionista, en la esquina del pasillo, haciéndome señas para que empujara la puerta. 5. Hay ruido de trenes. Pros: 1. La habitación era espaciosa, con un televisor grande, una mesa de centro y un escritorio. 2. El baño tenía utensilios de primera, incluyendo un acondicionador de pelo e incluso un peine. 3. El personal fue amable. Considerando la falta de agua y hervidor, no consideraría el hotel de 4 estrellas, sino de 3.

Bien en general… una pega, que si te toca una habitación al lado de las vías del tren… es un poco ruidosa.

Lamentablemente no recomendaría este hotel que es difícil creer que sea de 4 estrellas. La alcachofa de la ducha echaba agua hirviendo literalmente a cada 20/30 segundos. La habitación olía muy mal y parecía que no había sido limpia. Los recepcionistas no saludaban a menos que tomaras la iniciativa y en ese momento saludaban de vuelta. El desayuno repetitivo y un día hasta un pelo me encontré en una de la fuentes de queso. Lo único que hay que destacar es la ubicación y el colchón muy cómodo.

La temperatura en recepción y en la habitación me resultó excesivamente alta, tanto que tuve que poner el aire acondiconado. La habitación era muy amplia, aunque el colchón era algo duro para mi gusto. El personal muy amable y atento.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly people are the front desk. Clean rooms, nice beds. My only comment would be on the restaurant which could be cleaner, specially the chairs. Food is good.
