Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in, made more so by the attention by the staff, but also the incredible location and views. We were made to feel very welcome, staff were very friendly and to my daughter's delight, the mini bar was included! We had a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It was simply stunning and worth a little extra for that room. We are planning another trip to Switzerland so we can stay at the same hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. The front-of-house team were outstanding—professional, warm, and always happy to help. When I had an issue with my hire car, they dealt with it so efficiently that what could have been a major problem became a minor inconvenience. The breakfast selection was exceptional. We also loved the bar, where both the atmosphere and the staff were superb. The picturesque terrace overlooking Lake Lucerne was the perfect place to relax with a drink. Can't wait to return.

Our room was in the new wing (newly renovated?) and therefore looks quite new and clean. The hallway was wide with sofas and chairs scattered throughout, which created a inviting and relaxed atmosphere. The personnel was very helpful and accommodating, more so than some 4-star hotels I have stayed in recently in Wengen. The breakfast was of a large selection (but not huge) and of immaculate quality. Minibar was free and well stocked. Free coffee/tea station on the first floor was open all day long. The location of the hotel is very good: a 10-min walk from the train station and right next to the boat dock. Overall, a great gem of a hotel.
