Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dothan North by IHG

Overall was good. However, the bread and bagels were stale (I could not eat them).

Very comfortable beds. Clean, fresh smelling room. At breakfast, a smiling staff member and breakfast attendant walked through the dining area greeting guests and inquiring if everything was good. How nice! Pool area was clean and pleasant. Overall a very clean hotel.

Check in lady was awesome. Cleaning staff etc. with ALL employees very respectful and welcoming. Breakfast was a disaster. They were OVERWHELMED. Line waiting for breakfast bacon. Bacon had the greatest taste!!! Ran out of eggs. Served egg whites only. No pancake service, but machine Was there. I would stay there again. Nice hotel

The drape in our room was broken. We were able to bring it down for the night to block out the light, but in the morning had no way of bringing it back up to let the daylight in. The ice machine on the third floor was not in use so I had to go to the first floor for ice. The potatoes at the complimentary breakfast were still hard, not cooked through. The staff was somewhat friendly so that made up for the property not being up to par.

Affordable, great breakfast and accommodating staff! Great stop on our way to spring break!
