there was only 2 ice machines 1 on the first and 1 on the thirdfloor. the one on the first floor worked occasionally and the one on the third floor never worked. during our 4 day stay we had to have both our room keys reprogramed several times.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. All of the staff was amazing and so kind! The breakfast was decent. The pool was nice. We had a wonderful stay and will likely be back!

First thing is the room smelled of dogs, I was aware it was a pet friendly place, but it should have not smelled like a kennel (I had to spray air freshener just to stay in there), the dogs across from our room barked all night long, off and on. The pool which I did take photos of daytime & night time was so disgusting and green no one could swim, which our kids were extremely disappointed. I will NEVER stay here again for sure. Also to get to the hotel was hard to figure out which road to turn in on, not clearly marked.

We were do disappointed in this hotel. Initial impression included dirty vibe and you could hear people loudly having disagreements as you passed their room in the hall. First room felt dirty, smelled terrible, and ac didn’t work. So we requested a different room, went up to the second room, same vibe except that in addition there was a LIVING roach in the clear protective cover sheet that goes over the tv guide/hotel information sheet that way laying in front of the tv. Needless to say we don’t stay there. The only positive was that the manager agreed to refunding our non-refundable reservation and was fairly easy to work with.

We were exhausted or we would have left the location. The room was filthy (pee on the floor by the toilet, hair in the shower, floors were nasty, room smelled very bad, so much more). The location was run down and appearance was very lacking. We paid way too much for what we got. We frequent hotels due to lots of travel and this by far was the worst in over 10 years of travel. Again, we would have left and went elsewhere if it wasn’t for being so exhausted. Never will I ever stay there again.

The front desk staff was polite, and definitely overwhelmed. I needed to stop for the night on my way from Tennessee to Florida, and this was the only hotel in the area that accepted pets. The grounds were ok. The elevator was pretty filthy and very slow. When I stepped on to the second floor, I was smacked in the face with the overwhelming scent of deodorizer. The water that came out of the tub fawcet was brown, there were public hairs and grime all over the tub/shower, and the faux side panels of the bed fell off during the night creating a scary loud noise while sleeping. I didn't call for another room because I had already been told this was the last pet-friendly one available and I had my dog with me. The "pet friendly" areas were covered with cigarettes, but there were pet stations available. I met a basic need, but was neither clean nor comfortable. I was glad to get out in the morning.

The place is older and I see that some renovations have been made however our bathroom had no caulking around the tub and there was some mold. The way the window covering is bright light shown in the room from outside all night. Bed was good room temp was good. Did hear lots of road noise right at a corner of two highways so many trucks. Y’all can’t help that. Over it was ok but not to the next level.

Overall the hotel was nice. The room was comfortable. The breakfast that was left was good, but they were out of potatoes and bacon/sausage with about 45 minutes of breakfast hours still remaining and never restocked them. My only real complaint though, is that I washed my hands when I initially got to my room and the sink didn't drain completely. I informed the front desk right away and he wrote it down in a notebook, but then I heard nothing else from anyone. I just used the bathtub for any further sink needs. When I was checking out the next morning, I told the front desk that there was standing water in the sink, and that I had reported it and had heard nothing further, and he just gave me a quick "sorry about that" and told me to have a good day. Problem was small, yes, but could have been easily remedied by hotel staff.

I was very unhappy and disappointed with the manager at this facility. I called and I told them that I may get in early. The lady that answer the phone. She told me if there were rooms available that I could check in early. She never mentioned anything about me checking in and having to pay a $30-$60 fee the check in early. I told the manager I got there early and I wanted to check in and he told me I had to pay a fee and then I said, but you have rooms available and he said well you have to pay a fee and so what I did was, I did not pay the fee. I sit out in the lobby until he decided to let me get in a room I thought that was very unprofessional. Don’t think I’ll be staying here again. Also the rooms didn’t smell very fresh. Also, the hallways didn’t smell very fresh.

Property is in a good area for restaurants and shops. The check-in was difficult because it was very hard to understand, language wise, the front desk representative. The halls were very noisy with children running and screaming plus loud talking after 10 by many adults in the hall. Plenty variety for breakfast, however the gravy was cold. Not certain we would stay there again.

The hotel is clean and convenient. I love hotels that are pet friendly; however, I expect them to make sure that dogs are kept quiet --especially at night. A yippy-yappy little dog barked ALL night the second night I spent at the hotel. Hotel management needs to be alert to such. Plus, extra chairs and tables should be brought in when the breakfast area is full. I could not sit down to eat breakfast at 6:30 a.m. Thanks, Olivia

Housekeeping opened the door to our room for someone that was not a guest and there to cause us harm putting our children and us in harms way we had to call the police to remove person from property. Hotel owner/manager said he or his staff isn't responsible and was not in the wrong?

At no fault of the hotel there’s a lot of construction in front and around the hotel. The barrels and construction makes it difficult to navigate in the area and hard to find the entrance to the hotel. The staff was nice and cordial and the hotel clean and decorative.

Noisy a/c unit, they made it easy to chg rooms, room was clamy, room could use good cleaning, ice machine on 3rd floor not working, 1st floor was working...we were on 5th floor tho. Orange juice machine no working, large glass unit with lots of ice & OJ tho...juice watered down. No napkins at breakfast...we asked for napkins, attendant pointed to paper towel dispenser on wall, said right there. Hotel is adequately updated...our rm could use a thorough cleaning. Nixe towels, bed & pillows. TV is dish, viewing choices limited...would rate 3.5. Very nice ck in ppl. IDK if wed stay again at $146....

Fine for a 1 nite stay and price. room was clean/comfortable but had closed up smell… hotels should open rooms that haven’t been used recently to air/refresh. no safe, no soap/shower dispensers. breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast but no one tending to food area. some empty pans with hour to go were empty and not checked or refilled while there. would prob stay here again if same price cause its just pass thru.

Last minute trip to visit our Uncle in the hospital, everything was as expected. Friendly staff, breakfast was decent-everyday eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, onions and carrots. The hotel was having new carpet installed. The work crew started before 6 am and continued all day and into the evening. There was hammering, sanding and loud noise. Stairwells were closed. Elevator stopped working for a while. Refrigerator in room didn’t work but they fixed it. Vanity light in bathroom didn’t work and they did not fix it and the bathroom was very dim. We had just sat down in the breakfast area to eat lunch and were asked to move so they could lay carpet but the carpet layers were not even there yet. We were there three nights and they never cleaned our room. The check out receptionist was not courteous or friendly.

I do not recommend this hotel. The pictures are deceaving - the hotel is not as updated as it looks in the pictures. When we got there the room smelled like mildew and was very damp feeling. The floor had not been swept (crumbs and trash on the floor) and after pulling back the blankets we discovered hair all in the sheets (body hair) and the comforter had dirty spots all over it - it was very clear the bed was made but the sheets were not changed. I called the front desk to ask for a clean set of sheets. We waited 20 minutes and nothing was brought to us so my husband had to go down to the front desk and ask for them again and then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to get them. The shower had hair all over the walls and tub. Also, the air condition made a loud rattling noise at night. We had friends staying a floor above us and told us their room was in the same state and that the floor in their room was wet. There was also a can of roach powder sitting out at the coffee station. Never an apology or anything from of the staff, not very friendly and not helpful. Breakfast was basic breakfast bar and did not include many things.
