We love Cavtat so good location. But breakfast was so so, cleaning of room very poor, they do not have thier own beach. Sure there is a beach outside but does not belong to the hotel. Great morning yoga. Gym ok. The pool is not deep at all.

There was no information about the hotel facilities in the room - no map of the grounds or anything. We had to find out by asking and I am sure we missed out . There was no other food available apart from the buffet so when the weather was bad which it was, we had to eat in the buffet and we were not all-inclusive. The kettle in the room had no plug next to it, there were no tissues or instant coffee sachets. Generally quite dissapointing.

The hotel staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were good although the swimming pools were a little cold, well equipped gym to work off the excesses from the all inclusive food offerings. The food was plentiful and the drinks kept flowing, all in all a very pleasant experience.

Was looking forward to luxury. Hotel was so not luxury. Double rooms are ALL single beds pushed together. Two separate duvets and a gap in the middle so you can’t sleep together. Very uncomfortable and not ideal for a couples holiday. Indoor pool / changing area / sauna was so disgusting unloved… dark no lights on, grime and limescale on the floor… no we obviously didn’t use it. Breakfast was packed. So staff needed to be quicker on clearing tables and restocking. But no urgency at all. Plus food was very low standard eggs were rubbery or burnt most days. Cleaners for the room basically did nothing everyday minus replace the towels… if they even bothered showing up. We went a few days without and had to request them although we’d been hanging the please clean sign out. Bar isn’t nice. Looks like a boring lobby where they’ve pulled a few old sofas in front of the bar. Also all sofas, breakfast room chairs, chair in the room were really grubby and stained. Literally such a poor standard in this hotel.

Pool was too cold. Many parasol's didn't have pins,. so they couldn't be raised. Guests were keeping the pins to ensure they could use a parasol the next day. Very geared to all inclusive guests, so for example we couldn't buy an ice cream on site. Some staff at reception were great, others were not helpful. We couldn't get a second key for our room.

Spacious room with good size bathroom and a balcony, large busy hotel however did not feel overcrowded. Lovely staff very nice and helpful. Good activities during the day and at night. Spa, indoor swimming pool, a small shop. Very good pool, shame people take all the sun lounges by leaving a towel on them and not using them! Food was also good and varied.

The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull. We had one drink and left. 3 star is a more realistic grade.

Excellent location. It has a great boat ride into debrovnik and back allowing you time to visit Dubrovnik for many hours if you like and the total cost was only twenty euros per person. The indoor pool was helpful when raining. The out door pool is a huge area. The evening entertainment was good music for families There were lots of kids here so if you want a quieter spot then this one is not the best.

This property is run down and poorly managed. Nickled and dimed for towels, the obstacle course, etc. Towel room open 2 hours a day at a beach resort! Check in was miserable. Can’t adjust your own AC unit in the room.

Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. NB! Innflyvning til flyplassen går i nærheten av hotellet, men dette var ikke spesielt plagsomt. Det tar 5 minutter til og fra flyplassen i bil. Fellesarealene inne på hotellet og rommene er noe slitt, men renholdet var bra. Vi var der i to netter - innholdsrik og bra frokost og middagsbuffe med gratis drikke. Hyggelig bassengområde med vakker kveldssol.

Området kring poolen skitigt och även vid gångar till stranden låg det skräp såsom tomflaskor och glas. Rummen OK, men konstigt med textilmattor? Läget vid stranden är jättefint, det tar inte många minuter att promenera till restauranger. Taxi från flygplatsen tar 5-10 minuter och kostade ca 12 euro med Bolt. Cavtat är jättefint och vackert.

If there is a 6 star to give to this facility,I would gladly rate it as a six star. We love this place with its beautiful view overlooking the sea and the rest of the nature around us. When we arrived our rooms were 29 degrees celcius (90 Fahrenheit). Even though the booking said it had air conditioning the hotel would not turn it on until many guests left die to the heat. Half of the outlets did not work. Bedding was stained and when we asked for clean bedding they only rearranged so they thought we couldn’t see the stain. Towel heater was on in the bathroom and none Of the staff knew how to turn it off. Front staff was not empathetic or genuine until the manager came in shift. Not a great experience for the cost of the accommodation. Great location though.

Great location and staff. Very near many great restaurants and beaches. I have to say, though, they have the worst mattresses I have encountered at any hotel. Typical European twin beds pushed together to make a larger king bed. I always fall between the beds while sleeping. The food was good (not great) and there was plenty of it. Many options too. I am appreciative for the work the staff must endure to put on three buffet meals every day. What must be a monumental effort to do this is greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff does a very good job, and I am sure their effort seldom receives a proper acknowledgment.

I am appreciative for the work the staff must endure to put on three buffet meals every day. What must be a monumental effort to do this is greatly appreciated. Was looking forward to luxury. Hotel was so not luxury. Double rooms are ALL single beds pushed together. Two separate duvets and a gap in the middle so you can’t sleep together. Very uncomfortable and not ideal for a couples holiday. Indoor pool / changing area / sauna was so disgusting unloved… dark no lights on, grime and limescale on the floor… no we obviously didn’t use it. Breakfast was packed. So staff needed to be quicker on clearing tables and restocking. But no urgency at all. Plus food was very low standard eggs were rubbery or burnt most days. Cleaners for the room basically did nothing everyday minus replace the towels… if they even bothered showing up. We went a few days without and had to request them although we’d been hanging the please clean sign out. Bar isn’t nice. Looks like a boring lobby where they’ve pulled a few old sofas in front of the bar. Also all sofas, breakfast room chairs, chair in the room were really grubby and stained. Literally such a poor standard in this hotel.

Spacious room with good size bathroom and a balcony, large busy hotel however did not feel overcrowded. Lovely staff very nice and helpful. Good activities during the day and at night. Spa, indoor swimming pool, a small shop. Very good pool, shame people take all the sun lounges by leaving a towel on them and not using them! Food was also good and varied.

The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull. We had one drink and left. 3 star is a more realistic grade.

This property is run down and poorly managed. Nickled and dimed for towels, the obstacle course, etc. Towel room open 2 hours a day at a beach resort! Check in was miserable. Can’t adjust your own AC unit in the room.

We're leaving a 1 star review on this hotel for the following reasons: 1. We've been sold the sunset view room for a premium, when we arrived, the room was facing the indoor pool; 2. While asking for a room change, the staff haven't been able to accommodate us in any way. We felt like they were lying in our faces saying there were no more room available in an hotel composed of hundreds of rooms; 3. The room and the isolation is one of the worst we've seen, we could hear the other room speaking and having a party as if we were with them and the reception wasn't answering the phone to do anything about it. The location is amazing, but the values of the hotel staff and the overall service is disappointing.

The staff turned me away at 1 am saying there were no rooms. I then booked a room on Expedia. They made me wait until confirmation was received, i had been traveling over 24 hours at this point. The bathrooms are horribly designed. Its like a pool shower, no walls, water can get everywhere. In the AM it looked nice but far overpriced.

Pool was too cold. Many parasol's didn't have pins,. so they couldn't be raised. Guests were keeping the pins to ensure they could use a parasol the next day. Very geared to all inclusive guests, so for example we couldn't buy an ice cream on site. Some staff at reception were great, others were not helpful. We couldn't get a second key for our room.

It is a great property! Great place to relax, walk, swim, eat! For any age! The only complaint was getting the room cleaned when sign was put out! May be they were short staffed! It is a big hotel. All in all a wonderful place to stay! Reasonable price! I would stay again.

The hotel was amazing in terms of location, beach, swimming pools and the dining options. The only reason I would rate it low was due to facilities, such as they did not have iron and when asked it was against their policy to provided an iron. Furthermore, I called the reception multiple times to remind for the pillows and they failed to bring it over, when I went downstairs, I was told that the housekeeping was closed.

Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. NB! Innflyvning til flyplassen går i nærheten av hotellet, men dette var ikke spesielt plagsomt. Det tar 5 minutter til og fra flyplassen i bil. Fellesarealene inne på hotellet og rommene er noe slitt, men renholdet var bra. Vi var der i to netter - innholdsrik og bra frokost og middagsbuffe med gratis drikke. Hyggelig bassengområde med vakker kveldssol.

Great location and decent food. Closer to airport than we realised ( good thing for transport), but not a problem with noise. Modern property, large open seating area lacked atmosphere on same level as reception. Only one bar on this level. Restaurant on lower level, snack bar on lower level out near the pools. Self serve drinks at restaurant/ snack bar during open hours. Outside this time, seemed only one bar on upper level by reception. Drinks- all inclusive below standard - soft drinks especially - I opted for water mostly:-/. Two good size pools, a covered pergola surrounds the large pool ( great for shade). Our room lovely, simple and modern, comfy beds, pillow choice ( nice). Location - loved it, small road in front of hotel, small, but lovely pebble beach just across the road, water shoes required( typical Croatian beach). Nice to swim, was inflatable obstacle course week were there, taken down 7 Sept. A few bars/ eateries there, nice for a change to watch the sunset. Within flat walking distance 15 - 20mins Cavtat town. Beautiful stroll, quiet road by the sea. All in all, good quality accomodation for the price, great location

Excellent location. It has a great boat ride into debrovnik and back allowing you time to visit Dubrovnik for many hours if you like and the total cost was only twenty euros per person. The indoor pool was helpful when raining. The out door pool is a huge area. The evening entertainment was good music for families There were lots of kids here so if you want a quieter spot then this one is not the best.

The property was beautiful, great views, an abundance of activities and very accessible by water and taxi. The resort was very nice. The food options were minimal but very yummy. The room was nice and we had a wonderful view of the sea! I will definitely stay here again.

Helt okej hotell trots att jag läst en del negativt om renlighet osv men när jag och min dotter var där var det rent och bra. Inget att klaga på vad gäller den delen. Men jag måste hålla med föregående recensenter om att matutbudet på hotellet var väldigt begränsat och tog ofta slut mitt i ruscherna och när man frågade någon i personalen om mer är på väg ut ryckte de mest på axlarna med ursäkten att det inte hade en aningen och att det inte var deras ansvarsområde.... ingen tendens till att anstränga sig och ta reda på det heller... Lite ovan vid hotell där servicen var så låg, och jag är en person som inte anser mig ställa orimligt höga krav men har själv jobbat inom service större delen av mitt liv och det där hade aldrig varit accepterat här. Goda drinkar om än rätt begränsat utbud med all inkl. Bra läge med närhet till mysiga Cavtat och en trevlig båttur till Dubrovnik och gamla stan (som för övrigt är oförskämt dyrt på alla plan). Worst part - coffee they serve for all inclusive is - vile. In general AI drinks taste odd. The only one I liked was Virgin Mojito, at the inside bar near the reception. Nicely crushed lime and mint :). Breakfast and dinner food was good, though not always replenished. Enjoyed Tuesday evening Croatian themed night, with local ‘klapa’ singing and playing folk songs. There were some nice Croatian dishes like zagorski shtrukli, Dalmatian pashticada and njoki, but disappointing choice of deserts - same as the night before; none of Croatian rozata or apple pie.

So staff needed to be quicker on clearing tables and restocking. But no urgency at all. Plus food was very low standard eggs were rubbery or burnt most days. Cleaners for the room basically did nothing everyday minus replace the towels… if they even bothered showing up. We went a few days without and had to request them although we’d been hanging the please clean sign out. Bar isn’t nice. Looks like a boring lobby where they’ve pulled a few old sofas in front of the bar. Also all sofas, breakfast room chairs, chair in the room were really grubby and stained. Literally such a poor standard in this hotel.

No Vegetarian food options. Not even a pizza slice available during lunch or dinner. It's a nightmare for Vegetarians. Even non-vegetarians or meat options were very limited. The hotel needs to improve on food servings.

Just ok. Poorly supplied rooms (no shampoo, body lotion, etc.). Some TV channels not working. All inclusive meals were just ok. Live music on one night was good.

A good hotel but definitely aimed at families, if you want peace and quiet this is not for you. Hotel was very busy, pool areas especially with lots of children in botg pools. There is a beach in front of the hotel where you can rent sun loungers but this was also packed. Spa and indoor pool were great but open to all including children. Check in was slow with a long queue at times. We only ate breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on other meals, breakfast was very busy, they ran out of some items which weren't replenished very quickly. Plenty of good restaurants outside the hotel if just on b&b. Sea view rooms were clean and a good size Not a hotel we would return to as a couple (we only had a short stay) but great for families and children.

Fantastic views , the extra cost of a sea view room is worth it! Stunning views of the sea and mountains. The pool is big and well maintained, there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols but not enough if the hotel is full and it is cramped and crowded around the pool. Our room was ok , the aircon worked well and was silent, there is a kettle in the room but only tea bags and sugar ( bring your instant coffee with you as it is expensive here). The beds are not fantastic, the towels are small. The is more a two star hotel room than a four star hotel. Apart from the staff at reception, the restaurant staff and cleaners never smiled, never looked at guests and simply looked miserable The food is not what I expected for a 4 star hotel , it is bland and the options are limited and not changed from one day to the next. The restaurant looked more like a canteen than a 4 star hotel , the coffee was awful, but the bread was nice and there was lots of fresh fruit however most of it was not ripe! We are used to AI but it is the first time we go out to dinner elsewhere. I would definitely not recommend it and would never go back.
