accueil parle exclusif en espagnol ,ils parlent en Français quand ils veulent ,concernant la chambre ,la climatisation est bien situé au dessue de la tête de lit donc on se reveuille le matin avec un coup de froid et mal de tête ,la femme de chambre n'a pas passé pendant 3 jours donc les draps et les serviettes n'a pas été changés manque automatiquement de papiers de toilettes et le sol était salle pour tous ça on a été obligé de signalé à l'accueil ,porte serviette de la salle de bain mal fixé donc elle tombe tous le temps ,la catastrophe qu'il n'y a pas un placard qui a des cintres pour porter nos vêtements ils sont entassés et ils sont partout dans la chambre ,l'animation n'est pas terrible ,ne donne pas d'ambiance , j'ai laissé ma voiture couchée dehors dans la rue parce que le parking était petit et complet (environ 20 place ) le lendemain j'ai retourné à l'accueil pour voir s'il y a une place disponible ,j'ai trouvé une à15 euros la journée j'ai payé 90 euros pour 6 jours sans avoir une facture et quand j'ai demandé la facture elle m a dit non vous avez la clé ,moi je parle pour notre chambre no: 511 je vous invite d'aller la voir ,l'ascenseur fait des bruits ,les chiffres pour voir choisir les étages sont effacés sauf chiffres 2 et 4 ,j'ai signalé au femmes de l'accueil de les peindre , le seul plaisir c'était l'accueil de restaurant et le chef responsable et tous les personnelles de restaurant sont agréable ,des repas convient presque à tous les gouts

Right on the beach (across rail tracks), and very lively (adults & children), with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Available parking was already booked when I arrived (early), so call ahead to reserve a space.

great place to stay. 15 metres from the train station. lovely enclosed pool so shade somewhere all day, enormous breakfast, varied and good quality evening meal. I was there during the Spanish countrywide electricity outages and the staff went out of their way to help guests who couldn’t travel onwards to spend the night in the lounges which was exceptionally gracious- well done

Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr dreckig , wenn man die Klimaanlage anmacht riecht es nach Abfluss.Im Bad ist schlimmel in der Dusche. Wasser läuft im Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. Auf Beschwerde reagierte die Managarin mit das ist nun mal ein älteres Hotel, Zimmerwechsel hat sie zwar angeboten hat aber nie stattgefunden. Sie grüßte seit meiner Beschwerde auch nicht mehr sondern warf ihre Haare von Rechts nach links, das konnte sie ziemlich gut. Der Poolbereich ist sehr klein und Tauben hausen dort. Die Liegen sind voll mit Taubenkot. Wenn man Pech hat sch****** dir eine Taube in dein getränk während du am Pool liegst. Der Boden ist ebenfalls voll mit Taubenkot. Abends Baden die Tauben im Pool. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr unfreundlich , wir hatten all inclusive und jedes Getränk war zu viel. An der Rezeption waren sie nicht fähig ein Taxi zu rufen, ein guten Morgen gab es auch nicht. Das Essen war manchmal ok, die Stimmung im Speisesaal schlecht. Viel zu laut und zu hektisch. Während man isst kamen sie mit riesen wagen und räumten lautstark das Geschirr ab. In der Hotelbeachreibung steht das es einen Miniclub gibt. Der besteht aus Automaten , billiarttisch und Tischfußball, alles kostenpflichtig und nichts für Kinder unter 10 Jahren. Die Animation und das Abendprogramm lässtzu wünschen übrig. Ich kann nichts positives über dieses Hotel sagen. Auch wenn es ein älteres Hotel ist kann man eine gewisse Hygiene beibehalten.

We had one week all-inclusive stay .. hotel staff were friendly.. rooms small but clean .. ( no speaking English channels). Food was ok for 3 star .. only complaint would be with all inclusive you got these small plastic containers for all drinks whether it fizzy orange, beer or cocktails.. with I felt were unpleasant and for paying extra to go all inclusive.. while if you paid cash u got nice glasses and cocktail glasses .. was a shame

Les plus: parking gratuit en face, chambre moderne, petit déjeuner correct, proche de la rue commerçante et plage Les moins: le sol au bord de la piscine est sale ainsi que le balcon de la chambre, animations piscine « avec les moyens du bord »

Excellent séjour, hôtel propre, parkings gratuit très proche et nous avons très bien mangé (pension complète) buffet varié et bon .

Das Hotel und der Strand ist durch eine Bahnlinie getrennt, aber vor dem Hotel ist gleich eine Unterführung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, was super war, nur durch die Bahnlinie etwas laut. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Wir hatten ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel.

Hotel bien propre et bien entretenu. Bon c'est 1 peu l'usine à touristes avec ruée sur les buffets, mais vu le prix du séjour qui est très correct, il n'y a pas grand chose à reprocher. Toutefois, n'ayant pas de parking privé, à Malgrat de Mar c'est la guerre aux places ! Et c'est le seul bémol de notre séjour.

La limpieza regular. El armario y los raíles del balcón llenos de polvo y pelusas. Los empleados muy amables.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba.

Très bon repas en all inclusive bravo au cuisinier, chambre avec aucuns meubles ! Et sale ! J’ai trouver à mon arrivée une serviette sale derrière la porte de la salle de bain ! Linge très vieux et pas absorbant ! Cet hôtel vaux son petit prix mais pour la propreté c’est inacceptable

La limpieza no la conocen las chicas de limpieza ningún día fue limpiada la habitación menos las camas y una sola vez nos limpiaron el suelo y pk lo pedí 3 veces el baño sucio a la llegada hasta el final ningún día fue limpiado tampoco las baldosas del baño aún tenía mosquitos muertos y pelos por todos lado

Chambre non faite, une fois le nettoyage réalisé vite fait. État déplorable. Odeur salle de bains de remontée d’égout insupportable.

Der Chef beim Essen ist sehr freundlich Die Reinigung in den Zimmern eine Katastrophe putzen überhaupt nicht wechseln nur die Handtücher und den Müll Der Weg zum mehr ist ekelhaft man muss durch einen Tunnel der stinkt nach Urin und dort sind viele Penners die da rum liegen

Las habitaciones son bonitas y está renovado,la comida es buena y el personal del restaurante y el bar son muy amables ,pero la gente de la limpieza son muy incompetentes!! cuando llegue estaba todo muy sucio, pedí en recepción que me enviaran a alguien para limpiar y me fui a dar la vuelta ,la señora fue y dejo todo igual de sucio, pedí el servicio otro vez y me quedé en la habitación para que lo agan bien y llego la señora con una escoba y sólo barrio el piso y se fue me enfadé tanto al punto de que tuve que bajar al supermercado y comprar productos de limpieza y ponerme a limpiar yo por la razón de que andaba con mi hija de tres años y no podía permitir que estuviera en el sucio ,aquí les dejo unas fotos para que me digan si creen que estos es normal?

La limpieza de las habitaciones es Ok. Pero de las tazas del desayuno... Dos días me encontré la taza sucia (restos de yogur o café...) y estaba en el montón de tazas limpias listas para usar...

Se oye todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones , las paredes parecen de papel ..

En general la comida está bién, variada y abundante. El personal agradable. La habitación era una económica estaba bien la cama pero a pesar de un tamaño pequeño no habia armario para ropa, solo un espacio diminuto con 3 perchas y en el baño tampoco había mueble para dejar cosas de baño.

large single room, recently decorated with secure access to shaded shared terrace with table & 2 chairs (although none in room) stayed during power outages with no lights & water from 9pm until 07.45 am the next day so difficult to prepare for 06.30 departure (which never happened of course). the food is truly wonderful with quality ingredients at dinny& breakfast (pulled pork one night, lamb ribs another, fresh tuna, etc. the hotel coped with the power outages wonderfully well and are to be congratulated in this. they also allowed up to 25 “ex guests” to camp out in the lounge overnight as there was nowhere else for them to go - very compassionate

Pros first: Spacious bathroom, good wifi. Cons: train stops at the front of the building. Instead “All in” should say: “Something in with many limitations” The food is always cold. The pool is small and cold. The equipments works occasionally (works only what not broken yet)

Nette kamer, vriendelijk ontvangst. En een gezellige dj die een feestje wilde maken. Ontbijt Buffet was druk, maar keuze genoeg. Kamer was schoon, airco en tv werkte. En zelfs Netflix. Wij zaten in een nieuwe kamer. Alleen voor ons was het bed te hard. Zeer centraal gelegen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Tout le personnel très aimable surtout le personnel de cuisine au top buffet très bien Manque juste du mobilier dans la chambre Nous reviendrons

Muy bien ,la verdad que el personal todos un 10 muy atentos ,aducados y amables . La comida muy buena no hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay buenisimo ,las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas volvere seguro

Genuinely good all round, the bathroom and room showing marks and areas of wear and tear, Staff were nice and gave local information, would probably stay there again.

I had to cancel my stay and send an email to the hotel but didn't receive any answer. It was also impossible to reach them by phone. I was kicked out of the waiting line 3 times.

We traveled for over 15 hours and were really looking forward to this vacation. The room was small but functional. Well mostly. It lacked soap, shampoo and conditioner, and at this hotel they give you those single-use no-brand pouches, most of which are shampoo anyway. Worst part is, one of the beds didn’t have all legs. As such, it tipped over whenever someone tried sitting on it. Ok, it happens. I don’t know if it actually happens, but let’s say it does. A natural thing to do on the part of the hotel is, apologize and give you a new room. Not what happened. The desk receptionist said she would replace the bed. Two hours later nothing happened, and we were still exhausted and had no place to sleep. It was late and I asked the receptionist to change the room. She rudely told us that if they give us another room, they would have to clean two rooms the next day. Then she went on a hunt for a different room and first, gave us a room that had not been cleaned, and then a room that was on the first floor right above their bar, with the disco and all the smoke coming up. She was exceptionally smug about that and said they had absolutely no other rooms available. That part didn’t bother us at all. The reason I bring this is, you know, it showcases the “hospitality” of this hotel staff. We will never stay there and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Rooms are pretty costly, and it’s not “money well spent”.

Tres bon rapport qualite/prix. Nota pour les couches-tôt prevoyez juste des boules quies car avant minuit, on est en espagne et ça fait du bruit (quelque soit l’hotel) à partir de là vous pouvez dormir tranquille. L’hotel est a 3 minutes a pied de la plage, 2 de la gare et de restaurants tres sympas

Ursprünglich fand ich es sehr schön da ich mit meinen Mann gereist bin und das Hotel war auch wirklich schön und die Umgebung auch direkt der Strand viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten in die Stadt zu kommen dauert leider ewig und es fahren auch keine Bolts hier raus es war sonst ein schöner Urlaub aber das Essen hat leider nicht geschmeckt weder mir noch meinem Mann die Pizza war ok das Obst auch das Trinken auch das Kalbfleisch auch aber der Rest war entweder nicht genießbar oder kalt daher sind wir dauernd in Restaurants gegangen obwohl wir all inclusive hatten hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich mehr Geld mitgenommen und erst recht nicht 200€ für 2 Personen mehr gezahlt das Personal war aber sehr freundlich aber wie gesagt das Essen war ungenießbar und kalt…. Sehr schade was aber noch gut war wir hatten Chips für die Bar und mussten nichts bezahlen…..

Hotel sencillo,con lo necesario,habitación y cuarto de baño reformados .Camas cómodas. La atención del personal tanto en recepción como en el comedor ha sido muy buena.El buffet del desayuno muy completo ,en comidas y cenas aceptable. Se ocupan mucho de mantener la piscina limpia,no suele estar muy llena de gente. Muy cerca de la playa,solo hay que pasar por un paso bajo la vía y llegas al paseo.Está pegado a la estación pero la verdad es que no nos molestaron los trenes. La estancia ha sido buena.
