Bel établissement, bien situé sur l'allée des boutiques souvenirs, restaurants,bar.. Parking aisé à proximité hors période touristique ( un parking payant est disponible au besoin). Accueil impeccable avec un service attentionné. Jolie espace SPA réservable à l'accueil pour 10 Eur l'heure (offert pour nous avec la réservation par Hotels.com !) . Gare à 15 mn de marche pour visiter Barcelone sans prendre la voiture ! La nourriture sous forme de buffet est bonne mais un choix restreint... pas gênant mais en dessous par rapport aux hôtels à proximité. Cela reste un hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Idéal pour 3 ou 4 jours.

Hotellage: Mitten im Massentourismus Strand: Weg zum Strand ca 5 min, das ist ok. Strand fällt steil ab mit extrem starker Brandung, nicht für Kinder zu empfehlen. Zimmer: dreckig, runtergekommen, Mobiliar aufgequollen von der Luftfeuchtigkeit, selbst die Türe zum Bad & Farbe blättert ab Bad: Gestank nicht zu ertragen (nach Abfluss & Kläranlage) - Beschwerde brachte nach ca. 2 Stunden & 100l Abflussreiniger Abhilfe. Löste das Problem aber nicht dauerhaft. Morgens kam der Geruch wieder zurück, sodass wir die Flucht direkt zum Buffet ergreifen mussten. Tja, Buffet: Überfüllter Speisesaal, dreckige Teller & Gläser. Essen: eigentlich das Akzeptabelste am Hotel (wobei Nudeln konstant ohne Salz zu kochen ist echt Next Level). Die Atmosphäre im Saal war immer viel zu laut - vergleichbar mit einem Hauptbahnhof in Großstädten. Getränke in SB, Drei Kaffeemaschinen für ca. 150 Erwachsene?! Todo espectacular,el servicio muy amable y Alexis de recepción de 10 super servicial como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida ,la comida la mejor que he visto en un hotel de buffet,hasta el zumo de naranja del desayuno era natural ,las piscinas geniales con muchas hamacas y ninguna toalla en el suelo.Por poner una pega el colchón un poco blando y las almohadas muy altas.Sin duda repetiremos porque nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Agréable séjour en famille, hôtel propre, personnel agréable. Buffet varié et pour tous les goûts. Suite aux avis j’avais un peu peur de l’insonorisation mais nous étions bien entourés et avons passé des nuits dans le calme.

L’hôtel ne correspond pas à un 4* supérieur. Repas très moyen, mobilier abimé dans la chambre (bas de meuble abimé, colonne de douche cassée donc douchette qui ne tient pas, sur un des lit un des pieds cassés, peinture et taches sur fauteuil et rideaux de la chambre, aucune isolation phonique dans la chambre). Nous avons eu un rabais sur le parking voiture de l’hôtel, heureusement car le parking ressemble plus à un champ qu’à un parking. L’hôtel et les services ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Par contre, personnel très sympathique !

La camera quadrupla era un buco, non c'era posto per mettere le valigie. La pulizia della camera era approssimativa. In camera c'era una gran puzza di fogna...è come se la ventola del bagno sfiatasse in camera. Il cibo era discreto, ottima la pizza. Molto bella la zona piscine e l'animazione.

We had an amazing trip at Hotel Europa. Accommodation’s were amazing. Staff was friendly and amazing. Food was incredible. Room was clean and housekeeping was very good. Overall was an amazing trip. Highly recommend!!

Hotel muy tranquilo, bonita decoración, limpio, con un servicio de excelente trato. Lo único mejorable sería el colchón, por poner algo. Aún así hemos dormido muy bien. El desayuno excelente. Buffet variado y con zumo de naranja natural que no había visto en ningún hotel de cuatro estrellas. Super bien ubicado.

Skitten i ganger og på rom. Ødelagte ting på bad, f.eks dusj, vindu kan ikke låses mm. All inclusive, til maten virket ofte ikke brus maskinen. Mye venting pga for få bord i spisesalen.

Très bel hôtel , chambre spacieuse, mais moins agréable côté nord ( vue sur les poubelles) , nous y sommes allés en mai , l hôtel n était pas plein , il devrait donner en priorité , le côté sud car le soir il faisait froid et surtout nous avions réserver 3 mois avant et il devrait récompenser les clients en les mettant au plus belles chambres au SUD,

L equipe d animateurs etait au top, tres dynamique tres talentueux dans les spectacles, et vraiment sympas avec les enfants. Les buffets etaient variés chaque jour. Chambres spacieuses et agreables.

L’hôtel ne correspond pas à un 4* supérieur. Repas très moyen, mobilier abimé dans la chambre (bas de meuble abimé, colonne de douche cassée donc douchette qui ne tient pas, sur un des lit un des pieds cassés, peinture et taches sur fauteuil et rideaux de la chambre, aucune isolation phonique dans la chambre). Nous avons eu un rabais sur le parking voiture de l’hôtel, heureusement car le parking ressemble plus à un champ qu’à un parking. L’hôtel et les services ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Par contre, personnel très sympathique !

La camera quadrupla era un buco, non c'era posto per mettere le valigie. La pulizia della camera era approssimativa. In camera c'era una gran puzza di fogna...è come se la ventola del bagno sfiatasse in camera. Il cibo era discreto, ottima la pizza. Molto bella la zona piscine e l'animazione.

Assez déçu, je m'attendais à mieux réservation faite plusieurs mois avant le séjour, j'avais demandé si possible étage élevé et vue mer. En fait 3ème étage face au mur de l'immeuble voisin (voir photos). Il fallait aller sur le balcon et se pencher pour voir la mer. En ce qui concerne le restaurant, nourriture correcte mais brouhaha permanente et mauvaise organisation (files d'attentes etc...) La chambre très petite mais avec une belle salle d'eau. Points positifs : certaines boissons (vin) inclus dans le tarif et ensembles des programmes TV en français sur la télévision + Gratuité du parking exceptionnellement. Staff were ok some rude but man manager was excellent. Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate.

Accueil impeccable avec un service attentionné. Jolie espace SPA réservable à l'accueil pour 10 Eur l'heure (offert pour nous avec la réservation par Hotels.com !) . Gare à 15 mn de marche pour visiter Barcelone sans prendre la voiture ! Encore un bon séjour passait en famille. Le personnel est très gentil aussi bien à l'accueil, le bar , cuisinier et personnel de salle au restaurant. C'est mon 6 ème séjour dans cette hôtel et je suis content de revenir à chaque fois.

Hotellage: Mitten im Massentourismus Strand: Weg zum Strand ca 5 min, das ist ok. Strand fällt steil ab mit extrem starker Brandung, nicht für Kinder zu empfehlen. Zimmer: dreckig, runtergekommen, Mobiliar aufgequollen von der Luftfeuchtigkeit, selbst die Türe zum Bad & Farbe blättert ab Bad: Gestank nicht zu ertragen (nach Abfluss & Kläranlage) - Beschwerde brachte nach ca. 2 Stunden & 100l Abflussreiniger Abhilfe. Löste das Problem aber nicht dauerhaft. Morgens kam der Geruch wieder zurück, sodass wir die Flucht direkt zum Buffet ergreifen mussten. Tja, Buffet: Überfüllter Speisesaal, dreckige Teller & Gläser. Essen: eigentlich das Akzeptabelste am Hotel (wobei Nudeln konstant ohne Salz zu kochen ist echt Next Level). Die Atmosphäre im Saal war immer viel zu laut - vergleichbar mit einem Hauptbahnhof in Großstädten. Getränke in SB, Drei Kaffeemaschinen für ca. 150 Erwachsene?! Kein Sprudelwasser zum Frühstück, stilles Wasser schmeckt nach Poolwasser vom letzten Wasserwechsel. Sorry! Pool: ok, aber Fliesen brauchen Ausbesserung. Snackbar am Pool: Möglichkeit eine Kleinigkeit am Nachmittag zu essen, aber Chicken Nuggets, die von innen so aussehen als wären sie schon einmal gegessen. Wenigstens Pommes… Personal: sehr freundlich & bemüht, sie können nichts für diese schlechte Führung. Leider bleibt mehr Negatives hängen anstatt positives Feedback. Établissement très bien situé en plein centre ville et face à la mer. Personnel d’une très très grande gentillesse. Nous nous sommes fait offrir le repas du midi le premier jour par le monsieur de la réception qui était très sympathique. Nous n’avons en revanche pas compris pourquoi nos amis avait chaque jour dans la chambre une bouteille d’eau ou des chocolats alors que nous n’en n’avons nous jamais vu la couleur. Petit bémol pour la cuisine ou les serveurs malgré leur gentillesse nous débarrassait limite l’assiette alors que vous nous étions encore en train de manger dedans . Petit bémol aussi sur les animations. Peut être prévoir une petite scène en hauteur pour que au fond de la salle nous puissions assister au spectacle car malheureusement tout le monde est à la même hauteur et sur les 3 spectacles proposés je n’ai réussis à en voir aucun. Le spectacle des princesses qu’elle déception ! Peut être à organiser en après midi pour les enfants mais peut être pas un samedi soir . Nous sommes parti avant même de prendre un verre tellement ce spectacles malheureusement n’était pas pour tous les publics . Sinon nous gardons un très souvenir de ce séjour très agréable je recommande

Hotel muy tranquilo, bonita decoración, limpio, con un servicio de excelente trato. Lo único mejorable sería el colchón, por poner algo. Aún así hemos dormido muy bien. El desayuno excelente. Buffet variado y con zumo de naranja natural que no había visto en ningún hotel de cuatro estrellas. Super bien ubicado.

Skitten i ganger og på rom. Ødelagte ting på bad, f.eks dusj, vindu kan ikke låses mm. All inclusive, til maten virket ofte ikke brus maskinen. Mye venting pga for få bord i spisesalen.

Staff were ok some rude but man manager was excellent. Only one issue we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they wouldn’t allow us cause we were only staying for two days which I couldn’t understand as it’s based on per day rate.
