Hotel Best Cap Salou

This is a very family centred hotel, lots of kids & pools/slides etc for them. Rooms clean & two double beds so good for a family. I was not keen on the restaurant. It was very busy, quite noisy, food not amazing, but did cater for gluten free with bread, cakes biscuits & separate toaster so good for coeliacs. As were the 4 neighbouring restaurants which was nice. If you don’t have kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s about 15 mins in a taxi from the heart of Salou so you need a taxi. No prom/walkway to get there other than local roads. A small beach at the rear of the hotel was nice. Overall a nice short 5 night break. If you want more going on this little resort is not for you , you’ll want the bigger resort next door of Salou.

Buen hotel para ir en familia, especialmente si vas con niños pequeños. La piscina de toboganes esta genial y cuenta con acceso desde el hotel a una cala chiquita pero sudiciente para disfrutar de la playa tambien. La comida no esta mal, lo peor aparcar.

nice Hotel. and friendly staff. very good beach on the hotel ground, nice pool and water park 1) Food in the big buffet is only okay. too much consideration is given to the fact that there are many English people, so almost no Spanish food, but beans, burgers and fries. you have to be at the restaurant when I opens if you want a nice table and not stand in line to get in. 2). the hotel lets people reserve sun chairs in the morning without using them, people are stingy and take chairs, tables and parasols and then leave them for several hours. 3). There is no control at the indoor hot pool in the spa area, so 12-15 year olds make water bombs and spray so there is no peace and it is difficult to be there with small children

Todo perfecto. Teníamos media pensión, fuimos todo el día a portaventura y no llegamos para la cena, todo y que al día siguiente cerraban la temporada nos dejaron cambiar la cena por la comida del día siguiente. Las instalaciones están muy bien y tiene acceso a una calita. Todo genial

Tre stjärnor,bra all inclusive,flask öl ,läsk och vin till lunch& middag. Perfekt för barn med Splash land. Egen strand .Bra sand . Perfekt att åka till efter hög säsong. Ca 3 km till SALOU och Port AVENTURA åt andra hållet. Lokal buss stannar 5 min promenad till flygplatsen. Cap salou.

El gymnasio debería estar abierto desde antes, abre a las 10:00.

El parque de agua para los pequeños muy bien, la playa perfecta, falta variedad de comida en el restaurante. Como no reserves el parking con el hotel. Es imposible aparcar, bueno hemos estado ahora y es una locura totalmente.

El personal de limpieza no da abasto y las habitaciones no están limpias. Pedí un día que me pasaran la mopa y me dijeron que si lo harían, no lo hicieron y tuve que pedirlo en recepción. Masificado. La comida buena. El señor que sirve en el bar de la piscina sin toboganes por la mañana muy amable y profesional, lastima no recordar su nombre. El suelo de las piscinas no es apropiado y resbala mucho para los niños. Personal de animación muy bien.

El acceso a la cala una maravilla, el hotel tiene esa baza. Pero por lo demás nefasto: gestión deficiente, mucho ruido en el hotel en general, pero sobretodo con niños correteando por los pasillos, cuya limpieza no es que sea cuestionable, sino inexistente. El resto de la habitación sucia, manchas en las paredes de origen desconocido, pero certeramente desagradables, arena en el suelo desde la entrada... no hay por donde cogerlo. Como toque final el enganche donde engancha el pestillo de la puerta roto, dando una sensación de inseguridad constante... El bufet correcto, variedad y razonablemente bueno, pero sabiendo lo limpio que estaba el resto, no pondría la mano en el fuego. Una experiencia para aprender.

À notre arrivée l'accueil par Gemma à été juste très antipathique, d'accord il y a du monde mais aucuns sourires et des réflexions pas très agréable. Buffet répétitif est pas très bon, nous avions pris la formule all exclusive mais du coup nous sommes souvent allés manger en exterieur. Le ménage de la chambre est juste sommaire. Du sable en voici en voila dans toute la chambre. Pas de brosse a toilette, draps pas changé une seule fois en 1 semaine. Animation peu mieux faire. Piscine pour les petits tres bien Piscine sauna très sale et grande piscine beaucoup de sable aux alentours et donc dedans. Jusqu'à se baigner avec un mégot de cigarette. A choisir nous ne reprendrons pas cet hôtel.

Fördelar: billigt, mat smakade bra, precis vid stranden, personal är trevlig. Nackdelar: riktigt smutsig simpol (vågade inde ens bada där), allt är slitet, ingen info om hur det funkar med mat och övr. vid incheckning, inga strand/simpol handdukar (de föreslår att ni går och köper egna, vid måltider som är inkluderade i priset var redo att köpa till all dryck (t.o.m vatten för 2 euro). Ingen kaffe i restaurangen. Letar ni efter något billigt är det helt okej alternativ. Uppskattar ni bekvämlighet och känna sig välkomna rekommenderar jag att leta vidare.

La estancia en general bastante bien. Lo único a mejorar y mucho es la limpieza ya que en toda la semana no limpiaron el suelo ni un solo día!!! Había pelusas de polvo y arena por todos lados, fatal!

i have been in hotels in different countries but this hotel was very bad experience for me and my family the activities in the hotel is very good specially for kids but the hygiene levels is 0 i was asking 4_5 times until they clean my room i wait two days until the room cleaner came, also there's no laundry in the hotel there's no service that they take your clothes to clean i was shocked, the food was fine but not very good, in the room there's no kettle or any tea or coffee

Los clientes dejaban la zona de la piscina sucia y es de agradecer el esfuerzo que hacían los trabajadores que limpiaban y dejaban todo recogido todos los días. La comida normal. Los cristales de la habitación aíslan mucho del ruido exterior. Si podemos repetiremos.

La chambre bien. Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas et le refrigerateur n a pas de givreur. pas de glacons pour la glaciere. Pour un voyageur au long cours c est pas ideal. Refrigerateur un peu trop petit... Le television n a pas de chaine francaise ni canal plus. Pas de journal des chaines . Un ventilateur solo serait le bienvenu. Sinon tout le reste ok. Diner et petit dejeuner supers. Acceuil tres bien avec une personne parlant francais.

Está muy bien para familias con niños pero las habitaciones necesitan alguna reforma. En general todo bien.

Typical 2 star large hotel built to deal with mass tourism market !! Only great thing is the waterpark Rooms basic but clean, water was cold in mornings, WiFi not worth using .. rooms did have a fridge but no tea/coffee making facilities 1 pool by the beach but this is where the all inc bar is so very loud, other is waterpark but even struggled to get a sun bed here early May as not many - water very cold but fun Evening buffet great selection but low quality food (as expected for the price) breakfast even worse - did have live cooking station with pancakes (large queue) Entertainment room was awful, under the hotel and they used just dance for the kids disco (gone are the entertainment staff) However the price we paid reflects all the above and we got exactly what was expected !! A one night stay just to use the waterpark Outside the hotel is a selection of bars and restaurants- my advice is don’t be fooled by the little extra you pay to go half board, don’t bother and eat in the fab local bars !! If you want a half decent standard of accommodation got to Cala font or sunclub (with kids)

Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. Thank you and best wishes for everything.

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel am Samstag, dem 4. Oktober, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Abendessen war köstlich. Auch das Essen am Sonntag war köstlich. Allerdings konnte ich am Sonntag nicht um eine Zimmerreinigung bitten. Ich musste mich an die Rezeption wenden, aber ab Montag war das Essen schrecklich. Wir vermuten, dass die ständige Wiederholung auf die Schließung des Hotels zurückzuführen ist, da die Kartoffeln nicht frisch vom Vortag waren und die Gerichte mehrmals aufgewärmt wurden. Beim Fleisch gab es überhaupt keine Auswahl. Das gegrillte Fleisch war zäh und nicht zu kauen. Einmal war mir nach dem Abendessen so schlecht, dass ich die halbe Nacht mit Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen im Badezimmer verbrachte. All-inclusive-Getränke (für Männer) waren praktisch nicht verfügbar, nicht einmal die kostenpflichtigen. Wenn etwas ausging, öffnete das Personal weder eine neue Flasche, füllte sie nicht nach oder meldete, dass etwas fehlte. Dasselbe passierte mit Granita-Eis, Pommes und anderen Dingen. Der Wendepunkt kam, als wir beim Abendessen Metallspäne auf dem Teller meiner Tochter fanden! Auf keinen Fall, und nie wieder! Wäre der Strand nicht so nah am Hotel gewesen und es gäbe kein Kinderbecken mit Attraktionen (der Whirlpool war kostenpflichtig), wäre unser Aufenthalt ein kompletter Reinfall gewesen. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

The service staff were extremely rude ,they were very impatient with children and seemed more interested in chatting to each other than doing their job . Particularly in the restaurant, it was bordering aggressive.

El personal esta totalmente amargado, no ayudan con tus dudas y son bastante secos y bordes. Se no inundó el baño y en recepción su respuesta fue vayase a la habitacion que cuando sepamos quien puede ir se lo mandamos. Eran una autentica cascada de agua. Un caos vamos y solucion las que yo tomé. Quitando algun camarero y alguna camarera de habitaciones, lo demas cero simpatia. El hotel esta pensado para los niños, en ese aspecto mis hijas se lo han pasado genial con los toboganes y las actividades. El bufet normalito tirando a malo.

Familiar. Muy bien situado, nos ha encantado la cala

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cette hôtel, bon accueil, chambre propre, 2 piscines, et très proche de la mer. Nous faisons tout type de vacances (road trip, hôtel club, hôtel..) et là que dire!!!! Des enfants qui se servent des boissons a volonté pour aller les vider dans le sable ou arroser les arbres, ils jouent au foot au milieu des tables ou vous buvez tranquillement votre verre (pensez a bien le tenir en main sous peine de vous le faire reverser sur vous, où sont les parents???) , tout le monde traverse le hall d accueil pied nus et trempé (et oui une piscine de chaque côté de l hôtel), le hall se transforme en piscine patinoire et cerise sur le gâteau les cris et chants des adultes alcoolisés a 1h du matin dans les couloirs des chambres. Bref si vous voulez des vacances reposantes évitez cette hôtel club.

El hotel para viajar con niños es genial, y el tener acceso ala cala también esta muy bien. El centro cae lejos para salir andando pero por lo demás nos ha gustado la estancia ..volveremos otros años .

Emplacement idéal, au calme, plage au pied du complexe, magnifique, piscine centrale au top, allant de 1m a 2m50. Piscine pour les enfants avec jeux est vraiment bien aussi. Par contre personnel ne parlant absolument pas francais et très peux anglais, assez compliqué pour se faire comprendre. Nous avons pris le passe tout compris, nous avons été decus pour les boissons et le snack. Un morito, tequila sunrise ou autre est deja tout fait en machine donc imbuvable, il faut payer pour avoir un "vrai " Pour les alcools fort c'est la meme chose, on a le droit qu'a des sous marques, il faut payer pour tout. Pour le prix payé j'aurais trouvé sa normal d'avoir le droit a des boissons comme tout le monde.

Hôtel très sale, personnel fatigué et pas très accueillant (sauf Mehdi de la réception), buffet très minimaliste, pas beaucoup de choix pour les enfants, et pas de réassort quand un produit terminait; au niveau des fruits il y avait que du pastèque ou du melon. J'ai demandé une banane pour mon fils, il y en avait pas. Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner avant 8h00, donc dernier jour pas de petit déjeuner. La carte de la chambre se désactivait tous les jours, et on était obligés de faire la file à la réception pour la réactiver. A chaque fois la réceptionniste nous répondait qu'il fallait pas la mettre près du téléphone, mais ce n'était pas notre cas car le portable restait dans la chambre. Les consignes affichées au niveau des piscines n'était jamais respectées mais les surveillants s'en fichaient, dommage car on aurait voulu profiter de la piscine relaxante avec jacuzzi mais les enfants sauvages plongeait et nous donnaient des coups tout le temps. Le personnel du bar semblait être dérangé, le personnel du restaurant très à l'écoute. Animateurs ridicules mais sympas. Très belle piscine pour les enfants avec les toboggans. pour les adultes

Par contre personnel ne parlant absolument pas francais et très peux anglais, assez compliqué pour se faire comprendre.
