Séjour de 5 jours dans cet hotel plus que convenable. Chambre propre, personnel agréable et accueillant, nourriture de qualité (cuisinier qui fait des pizzas maison excellentes devant vos yeux !) La position géographique de l'hôtel offre un cadre agréable et relaxant. Nb : pour ceux qui sont véhiculés, les places de parking sont rares en haute saison ! Je conseille cet hôtel !

El único problema es que las personas se reservan las hamacas tienes que madrugar para coger una porque los demás huéspedes dejan la toalla reservándosela y nadie hace nada aunque ya haya un cartel donde pone que eso no se puede hacer.

Pool was overlooking the sea. Fantastic view. Food was better than ok but not fantastic. However, its was the best value for money for families such as ours half board. Would definitely consider all inclusive next time !

Dès l’arrivée nous sommes éblouis par le hall d’entrée qui donne une vue splendide sur la mer. L’hôtel est propre et très bien entretenu Nous avons été accueilli avec de grands sourire et le service a été à la hauteur pendant tout notre séjour . La nourriture servie au restaurant ( buffet ) est très variée et correcte . L’hôtel organise des dîners à thème tous les soirs avec la possibilité de manger au bord de la piscine En plus d’une piscine pour les grands et une autre pour les petits, il y a une multitude d’activités qui sont proposées pour les enfants et ce sur toute la journée et la soirée (club de jeux avec animateurs, salle de jeux….) Les spectacles de la soirée sont magnifiques ainsi que ceux en bord de piscine l’après midi Le personnel aux bars de l’hôtel est très aimable et serviable et toujours avec le sourire Nous avons réservé une chambre « vue mer » et nous n’avons pas été déçus.La vue est sublime , à couper le souffle ! L’isolation sonore, la literie et le ménage sont très correctes . Plusieurs plages sont accessibles à pieds non loin de l’hôtel avec un chemin accolé à l’établissement Je garde avec ma famille un merveilleux souvenir de vacances dans cet établissement et ce qui est sûr c’est que nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour agréable mais, il aurait pu être parfait si: La piscine était plus grande car trop de monde au même temps. L’Animation existait car elle fut de qualité médiocre. Les surveillants de piscine étaient compétents.

This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s.

We had a very disappointing experience in Room 124. There were ants everywhere, and the poorly maintained bathroom led to flooding. The air conditioner appeared to be working but wasn’t cooling at all. Windows and sliding doors were dirty, and the bedsheets clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The reception staff felt robotic and unwelcoming. For the price we paid, the quality was far below expectations. The only positive was the great location—but even that doesn't justify the cost. This hotel is seriously overpriced and not worth it. I highly recommend others to push for lower prices or look elsewhere.

Bien en general. No nos gusto la habitación que nos dieron, era una planta a ras de suelo que daba a la parte de atras con las basuras, descarga mercancías etc... La limpieza mediocre, ni siquiera hacian bien la cama. El comedor correcto sin mas, la comida bien la limpieza mal. De un año a otro ha ido a peor.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment bien, agréable, reposant. Les chambres sont propres et agréables. Relativement calme. Le restaurant est varié et bon. Et le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. La vue est extraordinaire, depuis le hall d’entrée jusque dans les chambres. On pense déjà à réserver un autre séjour pour l’été.

Disgusting property with hair in the shower, dirty & worn out towels, bedsheets with holes. the 1st allotted room was stinking so bad. in the 2nd room the washroom was disgusting, didnt even dare to enter. there was hair in towel. bedsheets were stinking. coudnt change the hotel because reached around midnight. It was the worst experience which ruined my travel experience. I am so surprised how is the hotel still running!

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – keine vier Sterne wert Bereits bei der Ankunft war der erste Eindruck leider sehr negativ. Im Zimmer lagen überall Haare auf dem Boden, auf dem Bett was auf eine mangelhafte Reinigung hinweist. Der unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer und das schmutzige Badezimmer haben das Ganze noch verschlimmert. Leider wurde die Sauberkeit auch in den darauffolgenden Tagen nicht besser. Ein weiteres großes Problem war der Lärm: Laute Nachbarn, die regelmäßig am Balkon geraucht und dabei lautstark kommuniziert haben, machten an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken weder früh am Morgen noch spät in der Nacht (teilweise bis halb zwei!). An Ruhe war einfach nicht zu denken. Auch die Küche war enttäuschend: Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, insbesondere die Gläser machten keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Das Essen war zwar halbwegs in Ordnung, konnte den Gesamteindruck aber nicht retten. Ich verstehe nicht, wie dieses Hotel auf vier Sterne kommt – verdient sind sie aus meiner Sicht definitiv nicht. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen und werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!

Bien en general. No nos gusto la habitación que nos dieron, era una planta a ras de suelo que daba a la parte de atras con las basuras, descarga mercancías etc... La limpieza mediocre, ni siquiera hacian bien la cama. El comedor correcto sin mas, la comida bien la limpieza mal. De un año a otro ha ido a peor.

No coffee or tea for lunch or for dinner! You could buy in the bar, but not in the dining room. Even though they had coffee machines that was working during breakfast. Thin walls between the rooms made it some times difficult to sleep because of noice. Many of the staff did not speak english. Rest was good.

Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!

This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s.

L'hôtel est très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer et la côte pour les chambres "vue mer". Belle plage à proximité. Le sentier du bord de mer part de part et d'autre de l'hôtel; il va d'une crique à l'autre; d'un côté vers le phare de Salou et La Pineda et de l'autre vers la grande plage de Salou mais il faut être sportif ou patient pour gravir plusieurs fois des dizaines et des dizaines de marches. Il est dommage pour l'écologie que les lumières des balcons des chambres s'allument automatiquement plus de 30 min avant le début du crépuscule et que la salle de restaurant soit trop climatisée.

Dès l’arrivée nous sommes éblouis par le hall d’entrée qui donne une vue splendide sur la mer. L’hôtel est propre et très bien entretenu Nous avons été accueilli avec de grands sourire et le service a été à la hauteur pendant tout notre séjour . Les spectacles de la soirée sont magnifiques ainsi que ceux en bord de piscine l’après midi Le personnel aux bars de l’hôtel est très aimable et serviable et toujours avec le sourire Nous avons réservé une chambre « vue mer » et nous n’avons pas été déçus.La vue est sublime , à couper le souffle ! L’isolation sonore, la literie et le ménage sont très correctes . Pool was overlooking the sea. Fantastic view. Food was better than ok but not fantastic. However, its was the best value for money for families such as ours half board. Would definitely consider all inclusive next time !

Besides the seaview rooms which are amazing, welcome to a mass tourism location. Noisy rooms (you can hear your neigboors as if they were in your room), industrial food (restaurant closes at 10 pm but they start to remove all food at 9:45, we arrived at 9:30 pm one day and was a race to eat!), car park too small and often full (shared with 2 hotels), if you are lucky car park will cost you 22 euros per day, if not good luck to find a place to park on the street (nearest I found was 1.5 kms away) and got a 15 euros fine afterwards (but at least was cheaper than the hotel car park rates!). Broken air conditionning in the recreative area. Nice location (near the beaches) and clean but does not deserve its 4 stars.

Paradise, I only stayed one night, wish I had booked for 3 nights. My room with ocean view from the 5th floor spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel. Next time I come to Spain I will definitely book 3 nights at least.

Lovely and clean room with sea view. Large and breathtaking reception area. Location is fantastic if you want to stay close to the beach (Walking distance, just 5 mins). Swimming pool with sunbeds available as well. Good breakfast with many options. Breakfast can become a bit too noisy and crowdy but that is just how it is when you stay at a large 4-star resort hotel during peak summer time. Thanks a lot. We enjoyed. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We will come back for sure.

Lovely and clean room with sea view. Large and breathtaking reception area. Location is fantastic if you want to stay close to the beach (Walking distance, just 5 mins). Swimming pool with sunbeds available as well. Good breakfast with many options. Breakfast can become a bit too noisy and crowdy but that is just how it is when you stay at a large 4-star resort hotel during peak summer time. Thanks a lot. We enjoyed. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We will come back for sure.

This place is not a 4 star hotel. It’s at best a s star hotel. Rooms dirty, AC but of an issue and the biggest issue potential bed bugs. Day staff pretty robotic, night staff much better. Overall, this is a good place if you don’t care too much about facilities.
