On the negative side: We booked a family room, and both the bedroom-bed and the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. They were just wierd, hard, bouncy and uneven - probably just cheap and bad quality. Also, the room had no door for the bathroom, so we had to light up the room were the children where sleeping (or brush teeth etc in complete dark), just bad planning for a family room and child friendly resort. Furthermore, we did do some laundry through the hotel. The reception promised us it would take 24h but it took 48h. To be fair, we didnt have to pay for the service after our complaints. On the positive side: the buffet restaurant was 10/10 amazing. We never had lunch there, but breakfast and dinner were great. Really good food, great personell and suprisingly good sound acoustics (given that there are many children present, this is important). The pools were nice. There were free parking available just outside the hotel. It was very clean. I appreciated their app, it gave me a notification when my room was cleaned by room service. So in general a great hotel, too bad the bed and sofa-bed weren't the same standard.

The restaurant and the managers of restaurant called Peppe and Andres, and Desree from drinks section were superheroes of the hotel. Other than the price we pay doesn’t even close to half of the expectation. Super disappointed with the price performance versus quality.. exaggeratedly expensive! And the horrible reality of the mosquitos!! We even can not walk to restaurant from room ! Forget about sitting by the beach or pool.or enjoy the scenery! I wish i could have chance to leave in the middle and ask for refund!
