Väldigt rent och snyggt, mycket att göra på hotellet och fantastiskt goda bufféer.

Room was neglected. Strong smell of mold. In both our rooms. The reply we got was "We just opened two days ago". This is irrelevant.

Super localização, com acesso directo à praia. Boas instalações, quartos amplos, ginásio 5 estrelas (o melhor que já estive num hotel!), boa comida em qualidade e variedade. Único senão - os horários dos serviços de refeição são sagrados - nem 1 minuto a mais; aliás, começam a retirar as coisas a partir dos 5 minutos antes da hora de fecho. Achei super deselegante e nada simpático; não é assim que se faz - o recomendado é fechar a porta da sala de refeições no horário marcado, avisar quem está ainda a comer que vão fechar o buffet e só então começar a retirar as coisas. Não vi ninguém a refilar, talvez porque a maior parte dos hóspedes são alemães e 21h para eles já é hora de estar a dormir, mas lamento, estamos na Espanha, somos mediterrânicos, não temos medo da noite. Não gostei dessa parte da experiência. Além disso, tinha direito na reserva a 1 garrafa de espumante no quarto, que tive de ir pedir especificamente; quando a trouxeram, não trouxeram copos - achariam que eu ia beber pela garrafa ou pelos copos da casa de banho?...

A 10 night trip with various family members dropping into our holiday. The IT at check in was slow- in fact the computers always seemed slow. David was wonderful at reception as was Marina. Always a queue at reception I think due to the IT but very personal service when speaking to the reception staff. Bridgette was friendly and funny at the beach bar where we visited at the end of our beach days for a pre-dinner catch up. The resort is typical of the area, but the beds are not really comfortable- and the cover does not even reach your chest. The see through bathroom doors were not so fab- and they also have these in the public rest rooms too! We overlooked the road which was fine as the noise did not permeate the sliding doors- although the hotel doors could do with slow closers. It is not in the hotel blurb but they do have a laundry which we would have used if we knew about it previously. The aircon was not efficient and the shower leaked so much! We had a leak from the ceiling too but this was sorted very quickly by the brilliant chamber maid. The food in the hotel is amazing- the fresh cooked food, salads were fantastic with the theme nights not respecting our waistlines! 😀It would have been nice to be shown to a table but the waiting staff never stop moving! The chefs cooking are friendly and welcoming. We stayed half board. The entertainment at the bar at the front of the hotel was excellent in that my dad could have a sing along.
