L'hôtel est super bien ya le stationnement à-côtés et gratuit, as 3 grandes piscines, le point négatif le personnel ne parle pas français ni a la réception ni l'équipe d'animation

Fint hotell med ok standard. Veldig fint bassengområde og det var ikke problem å få solseng. Der var også et eget basseng for personer over 18 år. veldig mange aktiviteter (tennis, fotball, squash, padel, minigolf), barneklubb. Underholdningen på kveldstid fra veldig bra, vanligvis synes vi dette ofte kan være litt harry på sånne hoteller men vi tilbrakte nesten hver kveld her. Teamet i barneklubben og underholdningen (samme folkene) var fantastiske og tok deg utrolig godt av gjestene. Veldig rent og fint, rommene ble vasket hver dag og hotellet var rent ellers. Solsenger ble vasket og desinfisert hver kveld og det ble tatt vannprøver av bassengene regelmessig. Som de fleste store resorter lå dette litt utenfor sentrum. Det var i underkant 1 km å gå til Muro sentrum og stranden, men inn til Alcudia var det 5 km. Hotellet hadde egen shuttlebuss men denne gikk bare de 1 km ned til Muro og ikke inn til Alcudia. Det var svært vanskelig å få taxi, spesielt fra sentrum og tilbake til hotellet. Der var lange køer på offentlige busser og de var ofte fulle. Dette var egentlig det eneste minuset, men dette er utenfor hotellet sin kontroll. En tilbakemeldig er at shuttlebuss kunne kjørt helt inn til Alcudia.

Enjoy our family long weekend stay. Like there was an adults pool as we had no children with us. Only comment would be bar snacks there as we had to go over to other pool. Didn’t have to be much just something light? But everything else was great. Thanks for helping us make treasured memories!!

Onsite supermarket was well stocked and well priced. The adults only pool/bar was amazing. The evening entertainment was a bit naff. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice. Good location. Easy to walk to beach etc. the biggest drawback was due to the proximity to that lake, there were mosquitos everywhere.

Et godt familiehotel som er lidt slidt, med børneklub og daglige aktiviteter for både store og små, der er underholdning hver aften som kan være "lidt støjende" .Hotellet kan næsten klar det hele for dig, billeje, udflugter, vasketøj, læge, manicure, supermarket. Hvis du mangler noget eller har bruge på hjælp, så henvend dig til receptionen og de vil forsøge at løse det for dig. Maden er en bladet oplevelse, vi havde all inclusive og har være glade for. Morgenmad, middagsmad, snackbar og aftensmad. Maden i restauranten forsøger at være bæredygdig og derfor til tider er lidt ensformigt. Hotellet Der er 3 poolområder og du kan ALTID finde et sted for at slappe af, der er et poolområde for +18 som voksne kan ha meget glæde af, hvis de vil ha noget ro. Hotellet er et familiehotel og derfor er lidt slidt som følge af det. Der er 2 minusser, 1) der er en del myg til tider og der anbefales brug af myggespray 2) man kan ikke lade sin elbil på hotellet og det er lidt af et problem, da det er de primær biler man kan leje på Mallorca for tiden. Og jeg har haft personlig svært ved at kunne registrere mig, på en af de mange app´s som man skal bruge, for at kunne lade en elbil på Mallorca. Bedste hilser "646"

Some staff need training in reception and restaurant. Food fine and certainly plentiful although no frills. Restaurant a bit hectic and noisy at peak times. Pools really great - the best part! Especially the quieter Breezers fresh water pool. Entertainment ok. Impossible to get taxis from the hotel which was a problem trying to get to the hidropark. But there’s a free bus to the beach. It’s actually only 15 mins to walk to the beach anyway. You can’t really compare it to more upmarket hotels but lagotel does the job and we had a great holiday. So if you aren’t really fussy it’s ok.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est propre, une femme de ménage nettoie les chambres et la douche et toilettes tous les jours. Une location de voitures est nécessaire si l’on veut vraiment découvrir toutes les régions de l’île, comme nous l’avons fait. Je recommande cet établissement pour une famille avec enfants ou sans car il y a des activités pour tous.

No geral os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestáveis. Existem pequenos detalhes que deviam ser bastante melhorados, nomeadamente quando chegámos ao quarto não haviam toalhas. E o chuveiro tinha as borrachas pretas da humidade e sinais de desgaste. Alguns acessórios que no duche também já estavam bem desgastados. O pequeno era bastante variado. Considero que seja mais um hotel para famílias com filhos pequenos e não tanto para casais.

Séjour globalement correct, nourriture du petit déjeuner infâme, chambre mal isolée, problème récurrent avec les voisins de chambre qui fumaient des substances illicites mais malgré tout la réception a fait le nécessaire pour nous aider. Le personnel est très gentil mais le gros point noir c’est la nourriture et le ménage des espaces communs.. ne vous aventurez pas dans le jaccuzi ou la salle de sport.. et le ménage dans les chambres est approximatif

Our experience at EIX Lagotel was honestly quite disappointing. While the location and pools were decent, the negatives quickly overshadowed the stay. Breakfast was chaotic — extremely loud, overcrowded, and the doors to the outdoor seating were kept closed despite the packed dining hall. I asked for a white-only omelette, and the cook just poured some premixed liquid from a large plastic container into the pan. It clearly wasn’t just egg whites — honestly, it felt more like silk or custard than egg. Very off-putting. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable, with strange pillowcases that had two open sides. We had to ask for extra just to sleep properly. The in-room safebox was unusable — no instructions, no key, and I assume it required a deposit, but no one explained. Soundproofing was terrible. One night we couldn't sleep until 2 AM because our neighbors were having a loud party. The kids club had very limited hours and was completely closed on Sunday without warning. Tennis courts and lake boats shown in the promotional photos simply don’t exist. We also found cockroaches — a few on the balcony and one inside the room. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. On top of that, they required a €5 deposit every time our kids wanted to play ping pong, and a €40 deposit just to borrow beach towels. For a supposed 4-star family resort, this all felt excessive and unfriendly. We won’t be coming back. Too many issues

In die Jahre gekommene Hotelanlage. Sehr dünne Wände, man hört die Nachbarn durch die Wände und man hört wenn ober einem geduscht oder das Wc betätigt wird.

Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Toll fanden wir die tollen Pools und den kostenlosen Transfer zum Strand. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig, das Bett nicht sehr bequem. Es gab viele Mücken. Das Essen hat uns geschmeckt, aber die Atmosphäre im Restaurant erinnerte eher an eine Kantine als an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Ein bißchen ruhige Musik wäre zum Beispiel schön gewesen.

Food excellent with great pools. Travelled in April, so hotel a little quiet, suspect a lot livelier during the Summer. Although a little out of the way, the hotel's frequent free bus to the beach an absolute boon. Disappointed with the view from the room on Poolside side of the hotel - new sports complex spoiling the view a little. Overall a very good hotel.

My 3rd stay at this hotel for our annual cycling holiday. Pros - for cycling, great variety of food for half board, self service laundry, being able to bring bikes to the room. Cons - mosquitoes and poor Wi-Fi. On this trip only, the mattress in my room does need to be changed. Some of my group complained the level of cleanliness in the bathroom was below par. Service levels in the restaurant and reception were always were always friendly and warm

Asked for a high floor with lots of light as i suffer from claustrophobia, got the tinyest room like colditz , never slept for 3 days reception said there were no other rooms proved to them that there were other rooms online with various websites including there own , they just laughed and shrugged their shoulder's as if to say tough luck . I was prepared to pay extra but they just turned me away . Stay away from this diabolical Hotel.

Ein super Hotel und absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Bei uns waren fast nur englische Gäste im Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren wirklich immer sehr bemüht und freundlich. Eine recht große Auswahl bei jeder Mahlzeit und das Essen war sehr lecker. Zimmer war ebenfalls sauber aber teilweise hellhörig. Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder. Großes Lob und Dankeschön an die Mitarbeiter im Hotel - vor allem an die Köche :)

Everything was ok, breakfest good, room excellent, rezeption absolutely friendly.

We had an amazing stay at EIX lagohotel. Upon arrival, we met a lovely receptionist called Siana, she was very welcoming. Our room was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised. The room had a double bed and a couch bed which was not expected. The breakfast was lovely, a huge range to choose from and plenty of food. The pool was lovely, 2 bars, and a shop also on site. We couldnt fault it. A special shoutout to Siana who went above and beyond for us over the weekend as we tried to get to a wedding. All the receptionists were so helpful and they deserve to be recognised. Thanks so much.

Ansich schönes Hotel, gute Lage. Essen Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.. Service war immer hinterher und freundlich. Nachteil, 70 Prozent Engländer, abends lange sehr laute Musik die den Innenhof beschallt und Bingo bis 23 Uhr und später ..

you really do get what you pay for. The atmosphere and amenities might suit families with kids, but it’s definitely not ideal for couples looking for a relaxing or romantic getaway. Noise levels, lack of privacy, and underwhelming service made our stay unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort, quality, or any sense of escape.

Struttura valida sia per famiglie che per ragazzi. Servita da nevette e autobus, ma comoda anche per chi noleggia l'auto. Zona strategica per visitare Alcudia, Pollentia e Cap Formentor. Abbondantissima la colazione sia nel dolce che bel salato. Rilassante il lago con paperelle per una passeggiata a km zero.

Das Essen hat uns geschmeckt, aber die Atmosphäre im Restaurant erinnerte eher an eine Kantine als an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Ein bißchen ruhige Musik wäre zum Beispiel schön gewesen.

Ansich schönes Hotel, gute Lage. Essen Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.. Service war immer hinterher und freundlich. Nachteil, 70 Prozent Engländer, abends lange sehr laute Musik die den Innenhof beschallt und Bingo bis 23 Uhr und später ..

My 3rd stay at this hotel for our annual cycling holiday. Pros - for cycling, great variety of food for half board, self service laundry, being able to bring bikes to the room. Cons - mosquitoes and poor Wi-Fi. On this trip only, the mattress in my room does need to be changed. Some of my group complained the level of cleanliness in the bathroom was below par. Service levels in the restaurant and reception were always were always friendly and warm

For the price, this hotel probably exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, tidy, back to the basics, no frills accomodation. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Onsite supermarket was well stocked and well priced. The adults only pool/bar was amazing. The evening entertainment was a bit naff. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice. Good location. Easy to walk to beach etc. the biggest drawback was due to the proximity to that lake, there were mosquitos everywhere.

Basic but completely ok. Suitable for families. Clean. Good bathroom/ shower. Toilet that flushes properly! Room a bit poky for 4. Quiet at nights. Some staff need training in reception and restaurant. Food fine and certainly plentiful although no frills. Restaurant a bit hectic and noisy at peak times. Pools really great - the best part! Especially the quieter Breezers fresh water pool. Entertainment ok. Impossible to get taxis from the hotel which was a problem trying to get to the hidropark. But there’s a free bus to the beach. It’s actually only 15 mins to walk to the beach anyway. You can’t really compare it to more upmarket hotels but lagotel does the job and we had a great holiday. So if you aren’t really fussy it’s ok.

Our experience at EIX Lagotel was honestly quite disappointing. While the location and pools were decent, the negatives quickly overshadowed the stay. Breakfast was chaotic — extremely loud, overcrowded, and the doors to the outdoor seating were kept closed despite the packed dining hall. I asked for a white-only omelette, and the cook just poured some premixed liquid from a large plastic container into the pan. It clearly wasn’t just egg whites — honestly, it felt more like silk or custard than egg. Very off-putting. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable, with strange pillowcases that had two open sides. We had to ask for extra just to sleep properly. The in-room safebox was unusable — no instructions, no key, and I assume it required a deposit, but no one explained. Soundproofing was terrible. One night we couldn't sleep until 2 AM because our neighbors were having a loud party. The kids club had very limited hours and was completely closed on Sunday without warning. Tennis courts and lake boats shown in the promotional photos simply don’t exist. We also found cockroaches — a few on the balcony and one inside the room. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. On top of that, they required a €5 deposit every time our kids wanted to play ping pong, and a €40 deposit just to borrow beach towels. For a supposed 4-star family resort, this all felt excessive and unfriendly. We won’t be coming back. Too many issues
