A basic hotel which was good value for money and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A decent size room and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Only complaint was that our air-conditioning didn’t seem to produce cold air, it was warm air, but we did have sliding doors to our balcony to let in fresh air. We were in room 505 which was immediately opposite the lift, so that might be a room to avoid. Also room 515 was literally next door to the lift. I think the numbers run in the same order near you the lift for each floor.

This property is affordable. It is fairly close to public transport and quite close to interesting areas where there is shopping, groceries and restaurants. There is no coffee maker in the room or lobby. I can't eat gluten so the breakfast option was not good for me. Only one front desk person was really nice. It would be good if there was an option to have the room done once every two or three days.

Abelux is located in a nice part of the city, not far from the Old Town. Make sure you have a map (my map app wouldn't update and airport info didn't have a paper map) so I wandered around for much longer than necessary. Helpful locals got me there eventually. Reception staff are very efficient. Breakfast is cheap at €6 - basic but plentiful. I stayed in a 5th floor room with balcony. I was very appreciative of getting a balcony on a high floor. I think the hotel washing machine was above my room, so there was noise from early on. Cleaners were also very loud chatting to one another. Can hear everything that goes on in next room, as walls are thin and there is no sound insulation. Street noise wasn't an issue for me (I live in a city centre myself). Room has mini fridge which is great for storing drinks etc. Power points by both bedside tables. Laptop-sized safe; I did need help getting it set up despite instructions in room. Bathroom is spacious with a huge shower (rain shower plus regular one). Basic toiletries provided. There was no recycling bin that I saw in the hotel, so I took my rinsed items to the street recycling bins. I never want daily room cleaning, so usually had the "don't disturb" tag on my door. Bizarrely, the cleaners left clean towels outside my room every day. Generally, I only want the room spruced up when towels need replacing. Overall, I was happy with my stay - room rate was VERY reasonable compared to other hotels.

Close to shops and even closer to places to eat. About a 15 minute walk to the very touristy part of Palma. If you have rented a car, you will have an incredibly hard time parking anywhere, but especially near this hotel. If you're walking/biking, this is a good place to be. Very, very clean. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're staying in Palma and not driving.

Hôtel piteux … 2 étoiles il ne faut pas s’attendre à grand chose mais quand même ! Chambre à peine propre, sdb en décrépitude totale, ciel de douche arraché (dans 2 chambres différentes) , poils dans les wc et le lavabo, Clim HS, ne soufflant que du chaud … fenêtre extérieure ne fermant pas , fenêtre de SDB ouverte pour l’aération, donne sur une conduite technique interne, sale, dangereuse … Petit déjeuner, assez mauvais dans l’ensemble, que des viennoiseries moles ou décongelées, des jus à base d’eau, quelques doutes sur la fraîcheur globale … Hôte d’accueil avec une chemise de l’établissement tachée et déchirée … mais plutôt professionnel au demeurant Je ne recommande pas du tout … pour quelques euros de plus allez ailleurs À noter: très mail isolé, les murs sont en papier, et c’est une catastrophe !

Ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage auch relativ leise. In ca. 300m ist man in einer Fußgängerzone mit vielen Lokalen, in denen auch Einheimische essen und die leckeres und günstiges Essen anbieten.

For a budget hotel, this was fine. Nothing flash, shower was a little dirty in the tile corners if you’re being picky. Did the job for somewhere to just rest your head. A wee bit out of the main centre, I’d say it’s more of a 20-30 min walk

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel simple. Nous avons aimé les services de ménage quotidiens, la douche et la chambre spatieuse, En revanche nous avons moins apprécié le lit (mou et oreiller dur) et le manque d’insonorité Un peu cher pour ce que c’est, mais ce sont des prix relativement bas à Majorque à cette période…

Pour une nuit en arrivant tard c’était parfait. Effectivement le seul bémol c’est le manque d’insonorisation.

Hotel sencillo pero con lo suficiente para pasar unos días. Desayuno correcto, con lo básico. Habitación amplia, con terraza, limpia. La única pega es que el volumen de la tele está limitado

Stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend. Found the hotel very clean and comfortable. As other reviewers have said the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the other room but for the price of the stay it's great value! Would definitely stay here again!

Great shower, comfortable bed, good breakfast, all basic but good value; balcony door didn’t lock though, which I didn’t like as a solo female traveller.

The property was simply worn down. The room walls were dirty and there was merely about 12 inches from the foot of the bed to the room wall. The AC in our room barely worked, never really cooling the room down below 75. The location was far way from the sights.

While this was an affordable option, the air conditioning did not function at all in the room. Unfortunately the gentleman at the front desk was not surprised by this at all. It was also too late to rebook, so we had to make due.. but it was pretty brutal. Service was decent other than the multiple shrugs of shoulders after asking about the ac.

False advertising of the rooms. Very tiny…hard to walk around the beds. I booked the double room and in every picture they had a balcony. I received a room with just a window. When I spoke to the front desk they were condescending and dismissive. Unable to help in anyway as a manager was not in the building. Staff suggested I somehow should have known that the pictures were misleading and I needed to specifically state I needed a balcony when booking as there is a limited number. The next day when the manager was in I got the same story on repeat …. Don’t book this hotel. Outdated, dinghy, noisy , misleading and poor management.

Solid 2 star property. You get what you pay for. Location is good, staff are great, rooms are just ok. Breakfast is not good: no warm food and limited choice.

Ottimo hotel per una sosta veloce a palma, non in pieno centro ma raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10 minuti

Hotel is good value for money. It is quite basic inside but has everything you need for a few days in Palma. Quiet area - main sights are within walking distance.

Ambiente molto pulito, camere e bagno anche. Check-in e check out ultraveloci e poi sorpresa: breakfast incluso che sinceramente non sapevo. direi che per qualche giorno a Palma è eccezionale, 10 minuti a piedi con calma e si è in Piazza di Spagna. Se ritornerò a Parma, questo sarà il mio albergo.

The hotel is an area that seems to be less touristy. Which is what we like. It is about 25 minute walk to the coast which worked well for us as we saw a lot of the city during the walk. Also a short walk to the train station which takes you to Soller. That was a great excursion. The hotel was fine and seemed to be a good value.

It is a ten-minute walk to Plaza de España, the transportation hub.

Everything was as expected. Regarding breakfast it would be nice to keep the cheese and meat separate. It might also reduce the crowd at the coffee maschine if there is a kettle for boiling water :)

I sleep better on firmer mattress. the mattress is more of a memory foam mattress. it was cold, but there was an extra blanket in the closet. heater fan was loud and had to turn off. there is a desk to work from and internet. breakfast was a little challenging because of the heavy carb options. but it worked. if i was a vegetarian who did not eat bread, it would be difficult to eat. staff was kind.

Mycket serviceminded personal. Råkade ut för kraftiga störningar på Wi-Fi. Det var inget fel på frukosten, men ett mindre utbud och jag saknar något varmt att äta. Detta beror naturligtvis på priset och jag skulle definitivt boka hotellet igen

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ein gutes Hotel. Frühstück einfach, aber alles vorhanden.
