Perfekt hotell för familj med barn! Fin byggnad och fantastisk omgivning. Vänlig personal! Nytt gym, stora pooler, trevlig kids club, god mat, bra frukost och bra barnmeny. Smidig och snabb transfer till flygplatsen. Det enda negativa är att rummen inte är något speciellt (dock skön säng) och att vi saknade närheten till havet. Vi var där i maj och temperaturen var perfekt men kan nog bli väldigt varmt på anläggningen under högsommaren. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell!

great swimming pools and kids club for my grandaughter. Lacking a snack cafe where you can have a light lunch or drink. Also lack of waiting staff around the swimming pools so we had to go and find someone to get a drink or an ice-cream. They need a less formal cafe around the pools.

Köstlich vom Frühstück über Abendessen im La Bodegha del Green bis zum Ausklang in der Bar. SPA hat ein gutes Angebot mit sehr freundlichen und kompetenten MitarbeiternInnen, individuelle Lösungen sind kein Problem! Super Service! Parkgarage gegen Aufpreis möglich, aber wenig Stellplätze. Schade ist, dass es keine Mücken-/Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gibt. Durch die Lage in natürlicher Umgebung gibt es viele Insekten.

Insgesamt schön. Frühstück toll. Abendessen entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Die Poolliegen etwas dreckig. Aber es gab ja Handtücher.Der Pool draussen sehr warm. Im Hochsommer leider keine Erfrischung. Sehr ruhige Unterkunft mit toller Gartenanlage.

The hotel standard is not on 5 Star lever, our room was dated, not renovated for 10 yrs, our deluxe room was overlooking a construction site and no price reduction , the breakfast is just average, the restaurant staff is great, the manager and reception staff is stiff and has no service feeling. For the price you pay I would recommend everyone to stay Hotel Splendido in Sorrel if you want to experience what Sheraton Arabella should be like.

Macht: Wasser durch die Decke - Umzug ins neue Zimmer - viel kleiner und extrem hellhörig - man hörte den Nachbarn telefonieren (jedes Wort) und auch den Fernseher - er weigerte sich diesen leiser zu stellen, da er schon auf leisester Stufe sei und er das Fernsehduell Trump - Biden sehen wollte. Erneuter umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Diesmal mit lebendem Gecko überm Bett. Nachdem der eingefangen war endlich Schlaf (4:20 Uhr) bis die Putzfrauen am Morgen im Gang unterwegs waren und beim Nachbarn klopften und "Housekeeping" riefen - dann war die Nacht wieder rum. Extrem hellhörig, das habe ich noch in keinem 2 Sterne Bunker erlebt. Der Service an der Bar mit Terrasse war übel. 20 Minuten warten, bis mal einer kommt (weil man auf sich aufmerksam gemacht hat) und dann hört man "as soll ich mac hen, ich bin allein hier" - bei 3!!! belgten Tischen....

God service - gode restaurant - sødt personale. Værelset var ikke godt nok, vi skulle flytte 3 gange og de kunne ikke hjælpe med refusion pga vi havde bestilt ved hotels. Dårligt værelse - super søde mennesker

We had a wonderful visit at the Sheraton Arabella. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service of the following friendly staff: Antonia who made eggs was exceptional , she had memorized our favorite breakfast foods and went out of her way to offer foods to my son who had allergies. Also she was super efficient and kind ! Dasha for her super customer service and talking to us so warmly and kindly and for her superior customer service. Also Iona was super friendly , and last but not least Ines remembered all of our names and was so friendly and treated us like royalty ! The customer service was friendly and professional by all staff ! Please make sure the staff mentioned get recognized !

The hotel and staff were amazing. For some reason the main dining restaurant was never open meaning that there was only one option during our stay. Amazing hotel. The hotel is overall really nice, but the service and staff is outstanding. Kind, friendly and very very polite. Perfekt hotell för familj med barn! Fin byggnad och fantastisk omgivning. Vänlig personal! Nytt gym, stora pooler, trevlig kids club, god mat, bra frukost och bra barnmeny. Smidig och snabb transfer till flygplatsen. Det enda negativa är att rummen inte är något speciellt (dock skön säng) och att vi saknade närheten till havet. Vi var där i maj och temperaturen var perfekt men kan nog bli väldigt varmt på anläggningen under högsommaren. Rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell!

Vijf sterren is teveel voor dit hotel. Tafels 's avonds niet ingedekt, minibar leeg, geen animatie, handdoeken die liggen blijven aan zwembad. Het zijn de kleine dingen die de vijf sterren maken. Verder was alles prima.

Excellent hôtel . Endroit magnifique autour du Golf. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Chambre très propre et spacieuse. Très bon breakfast. Petit bémol : parking à 25€ la nuit totalement inadaptée.

Great hotel and great amenities. The pool was gorgeous and it was the perfect place to stay for the night before we flew back home from holidays. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you and the food was fab also. I would definitely stay there again. Maybe I might even try the golf next time with my boys.
