HM Jaime III

Väldigt fint hotell i centrala Palma. Det enda jag inte riktigt kunde förstå var att det fanns bara en enda hiss att ta sig upp och ner till respektive våningsplan för alla gäster så man fick vänta länge ibland på att hissen skulle komma. Men totalt sett var det ett väldigt fint hotell.

Lovely central location excellent staff only negative was the Spa. Old equipment not working properly and both showers around the plunge pool not working.

Nice situated clean hotel, excellent breakfast but don’t come with a car, parking your car is not only very difficult but expensive also.

Lo único criticable es que tiene un solo elevador y cuando hay mucha gente es difícil subir , si uno está en pisos bajos la escalera sino hay que esperar porque son tres personas lo que pueden usarlo.

Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was more of a cafe than restaurant , and the menu of the day only applies at lunchtime, so a bit of a shame. The room was fine but a ‘city view’ It wasn’t. Our room had frosted glass in the windows to shield us from the view of the back of neighbouring apartments and their washing. Not sure this is 4*

I really enjoyed my one-night stay at the HM Jaime III Hotel in Palma. The staff that I dealt with were all friendly and helpful, the room was quite large, bed was comfortable, and came with a fridge stocked with drinks for free. The restaurant next door (which is associated with the hotel) was convenient and the food and drinks were good. Location was perfect - walking distance to lots of shopping and sightseeing. The only negatives were the noise (lots of banging noises throughout the night - not sure what they were but kept waking me up) and the parking. The parking was a nightmare! Through other reviews I had determined that you could either park on the street for free (impossible on a Saturday) or park in a paid garage "across the street" - I should have asked the hotel instead because "across the street" is like a mile walk away at another hotel. So I parked in a garage actually across the street, had to then move my car, go to this other hotel which also has no parking outside, you are required to go in and get the ticket to get into the garage and since there's no parking outside I literally pulled my car onto the sidewalk to go in and get the ticket, then I had to drive around to go into the garage. Between driving around looking for the garage before checking in & then having to move to the actual garage hours of my day were wasted on the last day of my vacation. My advice: contact the hotel in advance if you need to park. Now knowing that I would stay there again

Very good location, a lot af restaurants and stores around. no air conditioner in winter, elevator doesn’t work almost all the time.

The hotel was good but they had issues with the elevators for most of the days. We had to go up and down the stairs as the elevators were not working

Hotel con spa y muy centrico. Aunque digan que tienen gimnasio, solamente tienen 2 bicis e 1 remos metidos en el spa. El hotel se nota que pide reforma urgente, principalmente las habitaciones. De forma general, no es un hotel 4*, aunque tenga spa.

HN Jaime III er et dejligt hotel, MEN det var ikke klart, da vi kom. Der var håndværkere i fuld sving på trapper og gange. Spa afdelingen var lukket, så vi måtte op på et andet hotel. Vi modtog nogle dage forinden en besked på spansk. Vi forstod den ikke og spurgte, om de ville sende den på engelsk. Den modtog vi aldrig. Værelset var nyt og fint, og personalet var venlig. Alt i alt: Et godt hotel, der slet ikke var klart til gæster … og vi betalte fuld pris som om alt var i orden

Rent rum , allt renoverat

Hotel très bien placé,à 7-8 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale. Les mobiliers sont un peu datés,mais en général la chambre est dans des bonnes conditions. Même avec le chauffage éteint il faisait énormément chaud dans la chambre. Quand on est arrivés on a trouvé des poils dans la baignoires et les serviettes étaient sales. (Tâches noires). Petit déjeuner sympa mais pas beaucoup de choix. Bon hotel en tout cas

Hotel Jaime III is well located in Palma and is comfortable enough. However it’s very, very tired and in need of a refurbishment. Dirty and stained carpets, broken and cracked bathroom tiles, curtains hanging loose were all signs of a hotel that has seen better days. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good but nothing special but acceptable for the price.

Hotellet ligger godt placeret. Men desværre manglede vi håndklæder til to. Vi er en familie på 4 som boede i samme værelse. To voksende børn. Samtidig var der af et lagerne som var plettet efter noget “gammelt” og det samme var sengelindet som en af os sov med.

Leider war das Zimmer 610 sehr laut, da direkt neben dem Treppenhaus sowie neben dem Lager des Reinigungsdienst. Das Bett hatte einige Flecken uns sah sehr unsauber aus.

Alles super! War mit dem Zimmer, der Sauberkeit vollkommen zufrieden. Darüber hinaus war die Lage grandios.

je voyage beaucoup mais je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel où le rapport qualité prix était aussi médiocre. Heureusement je restais qu'une seule nuit. Bonne situation mais la chambre était un trou noir type auberge de jeunesse, cheveux au sol dans la salle de bain en arrivant le bruit de la clim insupportable car vieille machine

Great city hotel in a central location. The room was on the top floor and hot, with a slight odor. However, the breakfast was fantastic and in a great setting. I’d stay again, but would request not to stay on the top floor.

Great hotel. The hallways were a little dingy but rooms were very clean. The walls are thin. I could hear the tv in every room around us. But great location and breakfast was great.

The location was pretty good. But the hotel it self was very weird. Everything was BLACK and DARK. Scary statues in the dark hallways and just in general seemed like a halloween theme hotel. The hallway carpets were black and dirty. Overall was an ok stay.

Rooms at the rear have such bad views that the glass in the window is smoked. Some of the furniture is getting on a bit but the bathrooms are good and the staff are helpful and friendly. Fantastic location with airport bus right at the door.

No wifi in room. They gave us a repeater that did not deliver and when I asked for further support they did not care. No available seats in the breakfast room so we had to wait 10 minutes both mornings.

Tout était parfait pendant notre séjour de la chambre au petit déjeuner. De plus, je veux saluer le service exceptionnel des personnes à la réception. J’ai eu un problème personnel et ils ont tout fait pour trouver une solution à mon problème. J’ai été très impressionnée.

Das Hotel liegt an einer hervorragender Lage. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Leider sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht freundlich und kundenorientiert. Das Konzept des Frühstücks sollte auch mal überdacht werden.

Hotel brilliant, staff very helpful and pleasant even though always busy. Early breakfast organized easily if you have an early flight facilities in the room great. Super location for everywhere!

Uitstekend hotel met een rustige centrale ligging. De kamers zijn ruim en modern ingericht. Het restaurant en het terras zijn goed. Her personeel is vriendelijk en bekwaam.

Bastante viejo, personal poco servicial, habitación bastante vieja.

Location was very central. Airport bus is right outside the hotel. Room was really spacious. Hotel offered a shower and changing room after collecting our bags after check out.

Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip nach Palma. Super zentral gelegen, man ist schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und am Hafen. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sauber und im 9. Stock hatte ich eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jedem Geschmack etwas dabei. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Lovely breakfast, excellent location and comfortable beds.

The hotel is in a perfect position in the centre for the Cathedral Palace and sea all within ten minutes walk. The bus station and Soller train station less than fifteen minutes walk and the bus stop to and from the airport outside the hotel. The hotel rooms were a decent size with a nice balcony. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. We had a super long weekend

Perfekt beliggenhet til den som liker shopping og uteliv med nærhet til alt av gode restauranter. Buss fra flyplass rett utenfor, og busser til strendene.

Alles super! War mit dem Zimmer, der Sauberkeit vollkommen zufrieden. Darüber hinaus war die Lage grandios.

Muy incomodo. Necesita mejorar las instalaciones y el mantenimiento, solo tiene un ascensor para 9 plantas y no ha funcionado en los 5 días q estuvimos en el, y estando nuestra habitacion en la planta 9. El restaurante para el desayuno resulta incómodo, es pequeño, hay q elegir uno de los tres turnos, esperar cola y darse prisa. Zumos y cafés mejorables.

The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk into city center and if you have sufficient coins the street parking is easy. The "Bistro styl" of restaurant has good food and the breakfast has everything one can wish for.

Nice hotel, good location, bed comfortable. Cooling system a bit noisy in the room, but ok. The bad point was the breakfast. Even if everything was ready, the guy didn’t let us have breakfast 15mn before the official time. Why? So stupid… they should be more customer oriented….

Skulle få silverfordeler som jeg ikke fikk. Hadde bestilt standard rom, som er litt dyrere enn økonomi. Fikk et rom mor bakgård. Små vinduer, stygt gulv. Resepsjon infomertw om at det skal pusses opp i november. Betalte selv 25 euro per natt for oppgradering slik at vi kunne få en veranda. I samme korridor jobbet de med totalrenovering av 4-5 rom. Fangen var full i støv og sigarettrøyk. Toalettet var løst, men det ble fikset samme dag. Frokosten er grei nok, men dårligere enn forventet på et hotell med fire stjerner. Kaffen er ikke god. Bruker nok vann direkte fra springen. Anbefaler å betale for skikkelig kaffe fra bar i frokostområde.
