Mooi hotel en zeer aardig en behulpzame medewerkers. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid, maar kom niet met een te grote auto, omdat het indraaien naar de parkeergarage benden heel krap is.

Great location, clean hotel and all round ok. However, staff not the most accommodating and the bar was closed for most of the stay. Only open one evening. Pool usage is for one hour a day and must be pre booked.

For the price, the location is fantastic. You are 30seconds from one of the main shopping streets and a couple of nice coffee shops. Overall, the hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a broken AC on arrival, but it was fixed within 24hrs. They gave us a fan as soon as we told them about it. The night porter was friendly and helpful when we arrived after midnight. Room needed a few paint touch ups, however this did not change how comfortable we were. You can only book the rooftop pool for an hour a day, it would have been better for 1.5hrs as by the time you get up there and get comfortable, you don’t have much time relaxing. Restaurant is clean and the breakfast selection was great. As I said, the location alone makes the price reasonable. We also used the parking for €20 per night, you can only park a small car in there. We hired a Skoda Octavia estate and I just about managed to get in and out without scraping it!

Great base to explore the city- next to lovely some great authentic shops. Pool on the roof was great to save us from the August heat. Very quiet and elegant.

Lovely staff and really nice room, only problem was there’s no lift so we had to drag 4 heavy suitcases up and down stairs the girl at reception did offer to help but we felt bad and did it ourselves, hotel is in a great location! I would return to this hotel it’s really nice.

Large room with comfortable bedding. Only thing lacking was having take stairs to your room. Breakfast was well presented and self serve. Enjoyed the coffee and croissants each morning along the Spanish ham very tasty

Loved our stay at MHOUSE Palma, a great location and easy to walk everywhere. Rooftop pool was great and accessible most days if needed, staff were very accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities if required - fully stocked mini bar etc. Note that the restaurant isn't open on Sunday and Monday eve but otherwise a great spot for a cocktail or cold drink in the courtyard. Overall a great stay and would recommend. :)

La position géographique de l'hôtel sur Palma est excellente, la propreté et le service très bien. Deux bémols: le patio (qui est magnifique) est très fréquenté le soir ce qui fait que l'hôtel est très bruyant enfin la piscine n'a rien à voir avec les photos de l'hôtel, on pourrait plutôt parler d'une grande baignoire.

Das größte Highlight meines Aufenthalts war zweifellos die äußerst professionelle und freundliche Einstellung von Herrn Dimitry an der Rezeption, dem ich von ganzem Herzen für das wunderschöne Zimmer danken möchte, das ich erhalten habe. Die Sauberkeit ist makellos, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch auf den Fluren, und die Liebe zum Detail ist in jeder Ecke des Hotels spürbar. Alles ist tadellos gepflegt, und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und einladend. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant hat, sondern nur eine Bar. Doch dank der hervorragenden Lage direkt im Herzen des Zentrums von Palma de Mallorca gibt es zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. lovely hotel in the centre of Palma with Boutique vibe and friendly staff , I had a double room for solo use that was nicely appointed and very clean with excellent bathroom , only comment is there was no view and below the window was a generator of some sort that fired up and ran every 20 mins or so it went all night by night 3 I had kind of stopped noticing it but not the quietest room I've ever stayed in , but the location in Palma definitely made up for that.

Slarvigt städat, vi saknade toalettpapper flera av dagarna då de inte fyllde på och vi fick säga till flera gånger. Minibaren var tom när vi kom och först efter två påminnelser fyllde de på den dagen efter. Dålig service i baren och vi fick bara halva beställningen. Dammigt och smutsigt på toaletten, vattnet rann ut i rummet när man duschade.

Emplacement parfait. A la fois au centre des attractions touristiques mais en retrait dans une ruelle tranquille. Très beau et propre comme hôtel. Le personnel est bilingue, voir trilingue et très courtois. Le déjeuner est excellent. Que du positif 👌

Lovely decor, great location, extremely friendly staff especially the lovely Santi on the bar and the reception staff, the breakfast was good but maybe just a little overpriced. Our room was comfortable enough but faced directly on to a graffitied wall as it was on the ground floor. We didn’t really use the pool as it was very small and we went to the beach most days. At almost 1000 for four nights stay with no breakfast included i think it was a little overpriced to be honest but nonetheless a nice hotel.

Hotel perfectly located for old town walks and and well connected with airport public bus a1. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The staff went over and beyond to make our short stay memorable. Receptionist was lovely and spoke immaculate English. Very friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. Breakfast ample. Bar reasonably priced with very good cocktails. We stayed in a junior suite which was designed with style, simplicity and functionality in mind. I would not hesitate to stay there again though in high season I anticipate it might be outside of my price range.

The property was really well put together and the staff were great. Really convenient location on the high street in the old town and close to Plaza España for transport connections. Our first room in the hotel had an incredibly noisy AC unit but the staff organised the next day a transfer to another room which fixed the issue.

Alles hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen, angefangen bei der Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption. Das größte Highlight meines Aufenthalts war zweifellos die äußerst professionelle und freundliche Einstellung von Herrn Dimitry an der Rezeption, dem ich von ganzem Herzen für das wunderschöne Zimmer danken möchte, das ich erhalten habe. Die Sauberkeit ist makellos, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch auf den Fluren, und die Liebe zum Detail ist in jeder Ecke des Hotels spürbar. Alles ist tadellos gepflegt, und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und einladend. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel kein eigenes Restaurant hat, sondern nur eine Bar. Doch dank der hervorragenden Lage direkt im Herzen des Zentrums von Palma de Mallorca gibt es zahlreiche Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hotel perfectly located for old town walks and and well connected with airport public bus a1. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The staff went over and beyond to make our short stay memorable. Receptionist was lovely and spoke immaculate English. Very friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. Breakfast ample. Bar reasonably priced with very good cocktails. We stayed in a junior suite which was designed with style, simplicity and functionality in mind. I would not hesitate to stay there again though in high season I anticipate it might be outside of my price range.

I really like the location, right in the heart of the city. I thought the room was lovely and the staff were superb. BuT, i have a gripe: i informed the hotel as soon as i booked that my wife and I are both vegan, and would be very pleased if they could take that into account, during our stay. I even made some suggestions such as mushrooms, tofu, vegan sausages, vegan cheese, berejenas etc... Every breakfast, for 4-days running, we were offered avocado on toast. After the 2nd day, we asked, please can we have mushrooms on toast the next morning, just for a change. The waitress said she'd tell the kitchen. But the next morning, yup: avocado-on-toast. I know that vegans are unpopular, but just look at how we get treated!

The property was really well put together and the staff were great. Really convenient location on the high street in the old town and close to Plaza España for transport connections. Our first room in the hotel had an incredibly noisy AC unit but the staff organised the next day a transfer to another room which fixed the issue.

Slarvigt städat, vi saknade toalettpapper flera av dagarna då de inte fyllde på och vi fick säga till flera gånger. Minibaren var tom när vi kom och först efter två påminnelser fyllde de på den dagen efter. Dålig service i baren och vi fick bara halva beställningen. Dammigt och smutsigt på toaletten, vattnet rann ut i rummet när man duschade.

Wir waren 2007 im Hotel "mission de san Miguel" und waren sehr überrascht, dass wir per Zufall wieder das gleiche Hotel gebucht haben. Jetzt heisst es MHOUSE Boutique Palma. Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Fussgängerzone. Neu renovierte Zimmer und ein schönes Frühstückbuffet.

Lovely decor, great location, extremely friendly staff especially the lovely Santi on the bar and the reception staff, the breakfast was good but maybe just a little overpriced. Our room was comfortable enough but faced directly on to a graffitied wall as it was on the ground floor. We didn’t really use the pool as it was very small and we went to the beach most days. At almost 1000 for four nights stay with no breakfast included i think it was a little overpriced to be honest but nonetheless a nice hotel.

Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Stylische Einrichtung. Frühstück hätte etwas umfangreicher und mit weniger Einzelverpackungen (z.B. Marmelade,Butter) sein können. Auch das Auffüllen der leer gewordenen Speisen hat nicht so gut geklappt.

Loved our stay at MHOUSE Palma, a great location and easy to walk everywhere. Rooftop pool was great and accessible most days if needed, staff were very accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities if required - fully stocked mini bar etc. Note that the restaurant isn't open on Sunday and Monday eve but otherwise a great spot for a cocktail or cold drink in the courtyard. Overall a great stay and would recommend. :)

This was my second stay. The hotel is located minutes away from Placa Espana and the bus station so traveling about the island is super easy. Staff was wonderful and my room was super clean. I will stay again if I find myself in Palma..............I hope I will someday

Overall, the place is nice. Room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy in the morning. Each day I was awakened earlier than I'd have liked because of the noise. Various power tools being used (a jackhammer one day, a powerwasher the next), loud guests in the courtyard, etc. If you're one of these people who wakes up at 6AM everyday it might not bother you, but if like me, you like to sleep in a bit on vacation... its something to consider. This despite sleeping with ear plugs in. Other than that, its okay.
