Mallorca in May !!! Hotel Bellver is very well-located in the heart of Palma, facing to “ paseo marítimo” . The hotel was so nice .My room was basic but had everything I needed for my stay,it was clean, with an acceptable bathroom. The pool and restaurant area were very pretty with a beautiful view to the city, and staff super friendly.We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Mallorca.

Das Hotel hat einenStandart von einem abgewohnten 3 Sterne Hotel,furchtbar es funktioniert in den Zimmern nichts das Badezimmer ist alt ,die Wanne ist so hoch das es gefährlich ist es gibt keinerlei Haltegriffe oder Ähnliches und da es keine Dusche gibt muss man da rein. Es gibt zwar ein Bidedt aber das ist nicht benutzbar genau wie der Safe ,alles alt und funktioniert nicht. Es gibt keine Hotelbar nur im sogenannten Restaurants eine Theke, furchtbar!

Jättefin frukost och trevligt poolområde med bra bar o restaurang. Jättetrevlig personal och bra service. Åkte med en vän och vi hade fantastiska dagar i Palma, skulle gärna komma tillbaka och rekommenderar varmt detta hotell.

Good property in good proximity from Palma Town Centre. Excellent breakfast selectiom and staff very friendly. Pool area got very busy and drinks were quite expensive in the hotel, but lots of other bars and restaurants within walking distance if having a lazy day :)

Good hotel in great area but be aware roadworks going on for 2 years pedestrianising outside the hotel. A shame there is no bar to have a drink in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel but the parking was the worst. You need a hotel plastic card that did not work. Had to change card 5 times during my six dat stay. Better to use the public parking that is 4€ more expensive.

Room was quite dated but the rest of the hotel facilities were very nice. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main city. The hotel can provide discounted parking at a secure car park underneath the hotel for €20 per day.

The room was very old with some cracks in the ceiling and bad soundproof, as I could hear everything from the upstairs guest. The bathroom was clean. The housekeeping kept disturbing and coming into the room without even knocking the door. I was getting changed and they just came in which was very uncomfortable. I asked the reception to knock the door before coming in but it kept happening. The staff was friendly otherwise.

Hotellet har toppenläge precis vid hamnen oxh med gångavstånd till det mesta. Härligt poolområde med toppen service i poolbaren. Väldigt bra frukost med stort utbud. Rummen var däremot väldigt daterade och skulle behöva en ippfräschning. Undermålig städning av rummet och på balkongen. Vi har dock trivts väldigt bra här ich kan absolut tänka oss att åka tillbaka.

Nice hotel conveniently situated for all the main tourist areas and the Marina. Very polite and efficient staff. Room was a good size a little tatty and could have been cleaned more throughly but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower water pressure not great but water nice and hot, towels large but a little thin and hard could do with replacing. The room was a little warm as the air conditioning was set to heat mode which couldn't be changed I'm guessing as it was still winter season? We opened the patio door which cooled the room. We were on the 11th floor and at the side of the building but you could still hear a fair amount of road noise as the hotel is situated on a very busy road. Overall we had a really nice stay and as long as you're on a high floor a good nights sleep.

When we got there, we were asked to pay an additional fee for a second person even though the room was listed as a double room. When we got to the room, it looked nothing like what was pictured, old beat up furniture, stained upholstery, old bathroom, not cleaned in detail, Cracked tile and spaces in the wood flooring, the freezer in the mini fridge was frozen and over flowing. Just overall not good. Falsely advertised. Looks as if they may have updated some rooms and used those for the photos. Definitely would not ever stay again. I have some photos to post but realized the others I took were uploaded directly in the chat with hotels.com when I was trying to report this upon arrival

Vi bodde där i två nätter och hade utsikt mot havet. Lite slitet och det märktes på möbler och i badrummet samt balkongen. Utsidan på hotellet skulle också behöva tvättas och målas. Stort rum och sköna sängar men det är rätt lyhört både mellan rum och ut mot gatan.

Super Frühstück, es fehlt nichts. Die Lage zur City recht gut. Der Lärm der Straße ist nicht zu überhören. Nun kommt, wohl seit langer Zeit, noch für eine lange Zeit, der Straßenbaulärm hinzu. Das Haus ingesamt muss modernisiert werden.

Hotel Bellver is in a great location and is competitively priced. However. The rooms seriously need refurbishment. On the city side of the Hotel the double glazing is inadequate to stop the road noise. The marina side rooms are better but there are road works in front of the hotel that have been going on for over a year and have another year left! During winter, the AC system only gives out heat so on warm winter days. Of which Mallorca has many!, you have to open windows and suffer more noise! The bathrooms are really outdated.

Muy mal servicio en recepción llegamos a las 3 pm y la habitación no estaba lista. Pregunte cuando estaría y me dijo no lo sé. Y pregunté me avisan Uds y me dijo “oiga no podemos avisar a todo el mundo. Venga a preguntar de vez en cuando”. Una falta de sensibilidad hacia el cliente increíble. Fui dos horas después y ya había otro turno mucho mas amable y me dieron la habitación sin problema

Check-in was a nightmare. I checked in 3 hrs prior via the website. I arrived at 1300 and not room was allocated to me and I had to wait until 1400 to get a room. When I return there masses of people waiting to check-in and only 2 of the 4 stations open. Sadly, I had to highlight the pointless need to checkin online and was then dealt with separately and a room allocated. The queue for others was long and the process took a good deal of time. The other positions should have been opened to deal with the surge.

The staff are unreal here. The service for drinks and food was exceptional. Tips- the balconies are really low. If you have a fear of heights or don't like being high it's definitely better to get a lower floor. Great hotel and would recommend.

Super Hotel in guter Lage zum Hafen. Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 20 min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Servicepersonal ist großartig und freundlich. Vor allem Angelo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und beim Abendbuffet. Alles in allem top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Property was great but the staff was rude at times. They gave me a room with an extra bed and when I asked them to change they asked why is the extra bed a problem. I had to try really hard to get the room changed and even then it was done like they were doing a favour to me.

When we went to check in at the 2pm time stated the hotel would not let us and told us that hotels.com were wrong and the check in time was 3pm. We sat and waited this extra hour with our bags and then the room was still not ready. The staff on reception were rude and rolled their eyes at us. Disappointing to say the least. The lifeguard around the pool again was rude when we asked why the pool was shut early. This hotel is a little out of town and we ended up getting the bus into the centre. Bang average hotel- I would avoid staying here again.

We have stayed here quite a few times. The hotel in in a good position on the Paseo Maritimo. Unfortunately there are ongoing roadworks outside but it didn’t worry us too much. It’s easy to access restaurants and the centre of Palma from the hotel. Our room had a super view of the marina and theCathedrial. It was clean a good size with a good bathroom.

Traumhaft gelegenes Hotel mit Blick auf den Hafen von Palma: Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Person. Schöner Pool, auch mit Meerblick. Nahe der historischen Altstadt und Cathedrele. Gut zu Fuß, aber auch mit Bus, Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, erreichbar.

Nice modern property, rooms are standard but perfectly functionaly. Breakfast is varied but found the hot food not very hot. The location is great for sightseeing approx 20/25 min walk but there are buses and hop on hop off bus stop close by. Only negative is that they are currently doing major road works along the main road that runs around the marina so can be a bit noisy when sitting by the pool.... Thoroughly enjoyed

Property was clean, breakfast was so good!!! Food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner could be better but there are restaurants all around. Our room was very tiny but clean, we also enjoyed coming into a cool room after the heat outside. 100% will stay there again, front desk staff not so friendly, may be language barrier, the pregnant lady we saw at check in was very nice, others, not so much.

Lovely hotel right opposute the marina and convenient for exploring Palma. The rooms are a little tired but perfectly clean and serviceable. The pool area is nice and pool towels available. We had breakfast included and there was a good selection available!

Just shocking! My son (13 years old) ordered fish and chips for dinner (cost €24) and received uncooked fish half frozen inside (see pic). Luckily we’ve noticed but this could have easily give him a bad food poisoning. When we said something they just re-cooked the fish. Still charged us and no care!!! When I went to complain at reception I was told there is no manager around and no one in charge is available????? So again no care. We’ve also had to change rooms during our stay because of an awful smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. We’ve complained - someone came to spray something in the room which did not help at all. It was literally like being in an awful public toilet! When we complained again - no manager, no one to help. So I left messages to be contacted by email - 4 days later and nothing! Awful!! DEFINITELY NOT A 4* HOTEL. Shocking service and restaurants chef can’t cook but still happy to charge. Could do with better clean too

Facilities in the hotel were good. The only let down was the quality of the food which was poor for a 4☆ hotel. We didn't have breakfast but the bar meals were just poor
