Place is ok and in my opinion overpriced. Breakfast was great tho. Palma is a dirty area of Mallorca. Not my vibe.

Had a great stay! The hotel is fresh, clean, and the breakfast is amazing. The room was modern, clean and very nice. We did buy an upgrade to see the ocean. The area around is very touristy and heavily german young party people. We stayed and preferred the hotel amenities and the rooftop pool and bar almost every day, unfortunately they had to close one of the pools when we had three days lefy which was a shame as this was our favorite hang area. Also the staff was very mixed in hospitality. Several was amazing and gave great service, and some was not very friendly. All in all we loved our stay and can highly recommend the hotel!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall and left with a positive impression of the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the town center. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, the coffee from the pool bar was excellent, and we really enjoyed the Bali daybeds and the many sun loungers around the pool areas. The facilities were generally clean, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. We felt the staff should be more consistent in enforcing the hotel’s own rules, especially regarding smoking on balconies and in the pool area, reserving sun loungers and Bali daybeds for long periods, and guests bringing outside food and drinks into the pool area. The egg station at breakfast was also a bit inconsistent. On several mornings, the fried eggs had clearly been sitting out too long and had become rubbery, while the omelets were undercooked and still raw in the middle. Finally, during our 7-night stay, the pool was only cleaned once. After just a couple of days, there was already noticeable sand and debris in the water. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel. With a little more attention to these details, the experience could be even better.

It was a wonderful stay. Close to the beach

This hotel does not disappoint. Nadine at the reception was very kind, welcoming us with a drink as our information was entered into the system. Since we arrived in the morning and check-in was at 15:00, she offered to keep our bags in the locked baggage room while we went into town. We rented normal bicycles from the hotel for 15 EUR per bike per day. This was so much fun and quicker to get around. The bikes could be locked with a chain to a light post on the street. We also got towels from the hotel that we took to the beach to swim. The room itself was very clean. Water pressure was very good and hot water was quickly available. Air conditioning works very well. Breakfast options were many to choose from. You can eat indoors or outdoors. The hotel has several swimming pools, two of which are located on the top floor with an excellent view. There is also a bar at the top next to the pool. The ATM in the hotel was handy. We requested a later check-out and that was not a problem. Either Uber from the airport it will cost around 18 EUR and takes around 10-15 minutes. With the bus (number A2) it costs around 3 EUR each way, and takes around 20-30 minutes. The bus closest bus stop to the hotel is 4 minutes walk (really close) and is called “Amèrica ctra. Militar”. Direct bus connections are once per hour. There are other connections too but you would have to change buses. The best restaurant we ate at is 6 minutes walk from the hotel (Bar Andaluz). Authentic Spanish!
