The hotel is in an excellent location very close to many of the city's attractions, the parking is very small (5 cars) overall ok

It smells bad. There is no sound proof and I can hear conversations from the next room as if they are in the same room. I couldn’t sleep because somebody was talking to almost all night. There is no elevators, either.

We enjoyed this hotel. However there is no AC in the room in h the hot July weather. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbour’s snore! But the hotel is conveniently located and clean.

For 2 star hotel conditions are acceptable, but in Spain in august without AC is terrifying, no central cooling, thanks god that the window was openable. A lot of mosquitoes, be prepared. Coffee on the breakfast is really far from italian or brazilian type.

Voor een twee sterren hotel een kleine maar goede kamer. Wel bloedheet, verwarming kon niet lager. Ook zeer gehorig. Bedden prima. Sanitair klein, maar goede douche.

Nous pensons que le prix du parking est excessif. L'accueil était excellent. Rien d'autre à signaler.

Fui a Bilbao a presentar mi libro y sufrí la desagradable experiencia de que me robaran el móvil en la calle. En el hotel no me permitieron entrar en la zona de recepción para utilizar su teléfono, de modo que fue un tanto complejo conseguir hablar con la operadora para bloquear el aparato, puesto que la recepcionista tenia que ir marcando en el fijo que estaba dentro las teclas que yo le iba diciendo desde fuera. Me pareció una norma de seguridad excesivamente estricta en una situación de urgencia y desesperación como la que yo tenía, pero finalmente lo conseguimos, aunque no me lo pusieron fácil. Creo que en ocasiones como esa debería poder hacerse una excepción. No tiene ascensor y la habitación estaba limpia, pero muy chiquita. El garaje imposible. Minúsculo y complicadísimo de maniobrar para encarar la rampa, casi en L y muy empinada. Nada recomendable para conductores poco experimentados o con claustrofobia. No repetiría la experiencia.

La habitación muy antigua y los muebles en no muy bien estado.el parking, muy pequeño y de difícil acceso. Y el ascensor menos mal que cuando llegamos funcionaba, al día siguiente ya no. Todo un poquito deficiente. El personal muy amable y muy servicial pero el inmueble necesita una pequeña reforma. No han faltado lujos, solo que los muebles estén en mejor estado y yo quitaría la media bañera, pq a determinadas edades le antar par entrar y salir del baño es un poco peligry

No hay mucha opción de desayuno, el resto muy bien. Simpáticas, amables y rápidas limpiando, además respetuosas.

One word, Roaches.

So great. It is new and clean and well and nicely outfield. You can do laundry but most importantly, the bus down town is in front of the house. A super market is vis a vis as well as a nice cafe. This is definitely a recommendation. Thanks the staff for the hospitality.

My experience was horrible from the check in to the check out . Soon as I arrived at the hotel , it looked like a homeless shelter or hostel . The building is very old once you walk in you can’t help but see the dirty carpet and dirty reception . No one bothers to clean as it looks . The check in was rather quick and then things start to go downhill when they tell me the hotel has no lifts whatsoever and all rooms are on the first and second floor . I was told I had to take my own luggage ( a 30 kg luggage suitcase plus a 10 kg hand luggage . Nobody helped me. After a long flight , this is the last thing I want to do . I even mentioned the risk of someone falling in the stairs and injuring themselves whilst attempting to carry heavy luggage by themselves in a narrow staircase . As I’m making my way to the room I can’t help but see how dirty the hotel is . They have stains on the carpet and the walls are literally peeling in every way possible , the hotel lacks of air con and natural light . It felt so crowded and there little space in between rooms to the point you actually share balconies and there no sense of privacy . The room allocated to me was dirty beyond belief . It was so small and the decoration makes it worst . I had to move the bed slightly to plug my charger and it is clear no one cleans behind what the eye can see . I couldnt sleep all night because it was noise coming from everywhere and someone kept banging on the wall as I’m watching tv .

Lyhört. Hörde allt vad de gjorde i rummet bredvid. Hårda sängar. Sunkiga heltäcknings mattor i korridorerna och i rummet. Stort renoverings behov. Det som var bra var läget och frukost var ok.

Reserve 3 habitaciones para una noche. PAra compañeros de trabajo. Les he preguntado que les pareció el hotel y escribo lo que han puesto: El hotel bien, las habitaciones muy pequñeas. Pero como era para una noche todo bien.

No heat or ac. Had a ceiling fan and had to open the window which let in lots of mosquitos. Room was dated. Bed was old. Walls were thin. Ceiling fan was old and had a remote glued to the wall. The buttons on the remote did nothing so the overhead light was on all night unless I pulled the key card to cut all power to the room.

Nice hotel, a few minutes walk from a main train station, staff are very nice.

The staff were some of the most friendly and kind staff I have ever had at a hotel. I went for the Europa final (was really busy) and they were extremely accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt günstig mit guter Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Guggenheim Museum und die Altstadt kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Hotel kann eine Renovierung vertragen und ablageflächen im Bad wären wünschenswert. Das Personal allerdings ist superfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Accueil agréable, personnel sympathique et disponible mais la chambre est très sommaire, équipée de manière minimale et surtout très bruyante. Nous entendions les ronflements des voisins ou la télévision allumée des chambres voisines la nuit. Pour une nuit, cela fut suffisant mais nous ne serions pas restés plus longtemps. L’hôtel se situe dans le quartier très populaire et assez mouvementé de Bilbao, beaucoup de communautés ethniques vivent et se rassemblent ici. Ce n'est pas très loin du centre névralgique de Bilbao à pieds mais ce n'est pas le quartier le plus agréable ni le plus joli.

Hôtel pratique rapport qualité prix dispose d'un parking privé places limités réserver avant. Autour de l'hôtel une boulangerie pour prendre son petit déjeuner sur la place. Beaucoup d'autobus pour se déplacer sans avoir besoin de la voiture 1,50euros le trajet

Très bien reçu, la chambre trois places est suffisamment grande pour passer une soirée. Très bien isolée du bruit de l'extérieur. Le seul petit bémol c'est que l'on entend un peu les visiteurs des chambres d'à côté. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Interesting hotel with photo theme. Breakfast was not good. Juice and cereal both ran out. Nobody offered any help.
