Very nice hotel, very precise and easy check-in at reception one floor up from ground. Very clean and modern. Found some restaurants not too far away. Scenic area. A bit high priced - but that is CH! Breakfast at 10 CHF per person was worth it.

Hotel is nice and in comparison to prices in Lucerne is a deal. That being said, the pillows needed to be changed years ago. One of mine was basically in 2 pieces and was only useable folded in half. Trash was still in the trash can from the prior guest and I could tell that was a female based on some Bathroom floor hair. Breakfast was great, staff was great and I’d probably still stay here again.

Vi valgte dette sted pga pris og den praktiske beliggenhed. Hoteller er absolut ikke en oplevelse i sig selv. Det er ok, men bærer præg af at det ligger ovenpå en garage for busser. Det gør at der på gange og trapper lugter ret fælt af gummidæk. Værelser er små, badeværelset virkelig små. Morgenmaden er fin.

In de gangen vd kamers hangt de geur van de autogarage onder het hotel. Dat vonden wij minder aangenaam. Doordat het heel warm was in de kamer en de ventilator onvoldoende verkoeling bracht, waren we genoodzaakt om met het raam open te slapen. Hierdoor ondervonden we ook hinder van het geluid van het verkeer. Jammer.

We stayed here one night with our 2 dogs on our way from Elba back to Diever (th Netherlands). Checking in went easy. The woman at the desk was very friendly. She helped us to connect with the wifi. The room was very big for 2 persons. As the window was towards the highway (at 150 meters) we expected lot of noise, but that was not the case. So we slept with the window open. The breakfast started already at 6 which was a big pro. And the breakfast was very good as well. We can really recommend this place. Maybe in October we will go to Italy again. This hotel will definitely be a good option halfway the journey.

Beautiful mountain view from some rooms. However, ground floor of the building is a bus garage and it's noisy and not a good location for a hotel. Amenities in the room are minimal. Overall, I'd say it's a 2-star not a 3-star as shown here.p
