Hotel was right in the middle of city centre and accessible to everything. Downstairs you can shop or find restaurants everywhere. Super convenient. Hotel was nice too. Room was good, maybe slightly dated. Wished their pool and sauna hours of operation was longer. Overall, nice hotel to stay at that is accessible to everywhere, which was very convenient.

Beautiful and centrally located. Robust breakfast, room was large and open with air conditioning (life saver). Rooftop pool and bar were amazing. Really loved this hotel. There was some construction happening on my floor, but it didn’t bother me. My initial room key didn’t work to open my door so concierge quickly switched me rooms. Had a wonderful stay!

Great location - walked everywhere. Rooms are typical - comfortable and modern. Very nice, helpful staff. We did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that but the rooftop bar is lovely.

The rooftop patio is excellent and worth a few visits. The rooftop pool on the other hand, could use some cleaning where the infinity edge drops off. Very convenient place, central to lots of cultural activities. Trains in and out are also easy for foreigners to figure out.

Fantastic location near great shopping and restaurants. Close easy access to Metro and Gaudi's Batlo house. Great breakfast and pleasant /helpful lobby staff. Great rooftop bar/restaurant. Wish there was a spa and wish robes were provided, would definitely recommend.

Great location and great staff…( specially the front desk team and doormans ). Unfortunately bathroom shower walls (lower area) were brokenk, it had several holes in the lower borders… also in the morning room was very noisy due to a remodeling wok that was performed in the pool deck… that was near to the room.

The stay was overall mediocre. Although the location was fantastic and food tasty, we was disappointed to find two cockroaches in our room in the first night. We immediately requested to move rooms the next day, but unfortunately did not enjoy the stay as much as we wish we did. It’s a shame because we came to Barcelona for our close friend’s wedding and had a lot of friends staying in the hotel. We’d likely not stay here again.

Reception staff very helpful. Beautiful and confortable lounge. Room was not as nice as expected. Probably we were in an older wing, since the rug of the hall changed while we were walking towards our room. Overall, the room was clean, but the shower seemed needed better maintenance, Since you can see some mold in the walls and corners.

We found a huge cockroach in the bathroom spend a few minutes killed it with boiling water at night. Reported to front desk with no response. They did not do anything with us. This happened on 12/28/2024.

We stayed at Hotel Condes de Barcelona for over a week end of December 2024. While the hotel initially appeared clean and comfortable and in a great location, the stay was marred by two separate encounters with COCKROACHES (Room 568) and an unacceptable lack of response from the staff. Early AM, a cockroach was seen in the bathroom and ran into a crack in the wall. I reported this to the hotel staff later that morning, and they dismissed the issue because the insect was no longer visible, despite my explanation. Two days later, we found another cockroach in the foyer- I documented it with photos and videos, then reported it to the night manager. He assured me the information would be passed to the day manager. This experience tarnished what should have been a memorable vacation and left me deeply disappointed in the hotel’s hygiene standards and customer service. While I would have preferred a private resolution, the lack of response compels me to share my experience to warn others.

The hotel and staff are awesome. Location is great as well as close to so many nice restaurants. The only downfall was the bed. It was horrible and extremely lumpy. I thought it was only us, but as we checked out, two other independent couples complaint about it also. You will not get a good night sleep. We told the front desk and unfortunately, it is not their fault, they said there was nothing they could do about even though many people complained about them.

Walking distance to everything (shopping, dining, attractions). I stayed in two different rooms during my stay. The family room is spacious but it needs serious renovation and the mattress is squeaky.. However, standard room was very good. The rooftop restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good. Staffs are very friendly.

The breakfast way over priced…… The roof top staff were rude. Hotel is continently located . They recommended a car service to pick up from the port and take to the airport. It was a taxi. I spoke with other taxis afterwards and I was way over charged. I would stay again because room was comfy and it is right in the middle of a good part of town.

When I checked in, I asked if I could stay on the same floor as my friends and relatives as we had individually booked for 5 rooms. However, I was told by the receptionist, Eduardo, rather impolitely that I paid less than them, there’s nothing for me. When I checked their prices, the difference is not that much. The rudeness and impoliteness is not acceptable! Perhaps the management[ needs to re-train the staff for better service! Thank you!

I stayed 4 nights and had an amazing time. The hotel is in a great location, close to the stores and in a very safe area. Customer services was stellar, everyone was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel has a breakfast buffet, good enough to grab a bite if you’re in hurry. There are several restaurants and options to eat within feet of the hotel. The room was very clean, comfy and spacious. Be aware that the hotel is next to a busy street and blvd, but the noise wasn’t bad. I’ll definitely be back.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. One room was exactly as we booked and great. The other room had a lot to be desired. It was not the room category we booked. The room had a tub/shower combo which was very slippery. The room only had one sink and was very cramped even though the description said two sinks. Bathroom could use a good cleaning as there were stains on the walls that could easily be cleaned off. Location was very good as was breakfast buffet. Front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly. We will find another hotel next time we are in Barcelona as we did not get what we paid for.

The location of the hotel was great, and the front desk was wonderful. But the rooms are spartan in nature and quite small, and not that clean, and the breakfasts were horrible … we actually got a refund for ours and used the credit for drinks and food from the restaurant on the rooftop.
