I didn't get the room that I booked which was annoying. The staff were lovely but ineffective dealing with problems. Had to wait for pool towels all the time. Breakfast area awful and a shambles. The pools were freezing, even the heated one. There were plenty of beds though and the pool are is lovely as are the rooms.

Struttura nel complesso splendida,ma hanno stonato,una perdita di un flessibile nella doccia mai ravvisato dalla donna di servizio e quindi mai riparato e il fatto che il consierge alla reception ha provato a farmi pagare il conto della camera 2 volte.Senza mai scusarsi dopo aver viato che invece era stata pagata all’arrivo.Per il resto bellissima esperienza e personale cordiale e gentile.

It's 2025 and the property doesn't have working WiFi and needs a revamp as it's looks very old and dated. Everyday our room card was deactivated and had the inconvenience of going down to reception to get it activated and was told that close contact with mobile phones can deactivate it. One card was always in the room so unsure how a mobile phone could deactivate it... on a positive note the maids were always lovely and pleasant

Excellent service and good restaurants aloow guests to stay inside the hotel or nearby if they want to. Good location, sufficiently quiet but with enough shops and bars in the area. My main problem was with the noise from surrounding rooms, which affected sleep and rest, due to insufficient sound insulation, combined with the fact that the hotel caters to family with young children.

Bellissima piscina e spiaggia davanti all’hotel. La nostra camera era spaziosa e con un bellissimo balcone sul mare. Buona e ricca colazione. Gli altri pasti li abbiamo fatti sempre fuori nei tanti locali lungo la spiaggia. Personale molto gentile. Un po’ troppo affollato e rumoroso negli spazi comuni, sembra più un villaggio che un hotel a 5 stelle.
