The Junior Suite was a great option with large rooms, sitting area, balcony kitchen and very spacious bathroom. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed on a daily basis too. Meals were of a good standard if a little samey and the dining area was clean and well staffed. There was a spa, a gymnasium and there was entertainment on every other night. The pools of which there are 3 were all clean as were the surrounding areas and there was a lifeguard on duty every day. There were ample sunbeds but a distinct lack of parasols making getting out the sun a problem when the pool was busier. The hotel is right on the beach and there are lots of sunbeds for hire there at reasonable rates. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would certainly consider returning in the future.

A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May. Dining room offered a large selection in breakfast options including freshly made omelettes. If you left hungry it would be your fault not the hotels. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Modern and spacious hotel, excellent location. Two large swimming pools and pool bar. Suites have a seperate lounge and bedroom. Excellent buffet with all inclusive and great gluten free options including beer.

We stayed here for 10 days and generally had a nice time with very good weather . The property lacks greenery and landscaping and it needs maintenance on the walkways with broken floor tiles and very uneven surfaces that is a definite trip hazard . The food provided uses cheap cuts of meat and was well presented to look at but was NEVER hot no mater when you arrived to eat . Food off the grill was hot but the food on the Center serving buffet was always Luke warm . Which is a concern when pork and chicken are being served . Breakfast was the best meal of the day but still served Luke warm ,the porridge and cooked items I had I put in the microwave to heat them up .The variety of food is excellent but served at the wrong time for us from Britain, cheese , ham and salami and tuna at Breakfast not lunch or dinner . Cheese served once on an evening out of the 10 days . Puddings are the same every night sponge cakes with different coloured synthetic cream on plus whole fruit and three types of ice cream . The waiting staff work very hard and are always smiling . Housekeeping staff also excellent and the rooms kept very clean and are spacious ours was a sea view suite on the 3rd floor with An excellent view . The bed was very hard but enormous and the sofa was also very uncomfortable. Good sized tv with English channels. Pools very cold salt water but very loud music played in the afternoons which spoiled it for us .

I've stayed at this hotel before. The staff are great. Rooms clean and spacious. Dining facilities and food options excellent. The problem is dishonest management. The are undertaking a massive refurbishment of the around the swimming pool and outside bar. This is on-going and from 2nd January the main pool will be closed. Drilling noises and banging will be restart during the day. My advice is you have a booking for the first two weeks of January cancel immediately and get a refund

Hôtel vieillissant, la propreté de différents élément du self, couverts, verres laisse à désiré. Nous étions en all inclusive, pourtant pour une serviette pour la piscine il faut laisser une caution, la piscine intérieur n’est pas dissociée du spa, donc 14€ par personne (en all inclusive sinon 20€). Nous y étions en Décembre, l’eau des piscines extérieur et la mer très fraîche. l’ascenseur pour monter dans les chambres est très bruyant, ça grince fort et très lent, c’est pas très rassurant et notre chambre était située à proximité donc nous l’entendions dans la chambre. Pas de brosse dans les toilettes et une forte odeur d’urine déjà présente. Les glaces pour les all inclusive à l’extérieur vers les piscines sont dans un beau petit congélateur kinder et quand tu ouvres, ce sont des yaourts congelé avec un bâtonnet dedans. Toujours à ce bar extérieur, nous voulions un mojito jamais de menthe, le choix des cocktails est très limité. Le seul endroit pour pouvoir en déguster est au bar intérieur du soir, et même en all inclusive c’est payant ! Le personnel est moyennement accueillant, mais nous sommes quand même tombé sur certains très gentil. Pas de petit panneau dans la chambre (ne pas déranger) donc les femmes de ménages passent un peu à l’improviste. Je recommande cet Hôtel si vous n’etes pas trop regardant.

This is our 3rd visit to Eurostars Las Salinas in December and we just love it. Plenty of space. Never feels too busy. Staff are great. Hotel is great. Lots of lounger options. Great breakfast options. Lots of different areas to sit, inside and out.

Nice hotel.Larger than we would normally choose but was quiet as early season. 1 week All Inclusive. Food choices were fine. Lots of selections. Salad always fresh. Always some choice of freshly cooked to order. Omelettes for brekkie cooked to order. I had read some negative reviews about the food but was pleasantly relieved at what we found. Staff worked constantly to keep restaurant clean. Pool area very quiet but again this was early season. Ample sunbeds but a lack of umbrellas made for interesting viewing from balcony in the morning as people dropped towels on beds before brekkie! Pool towels available for €20 deposit and can be changed every other day. We paid to use the spa for a day, the plunge pool was worth every penny ... perfect for sunburn soothing. Room was ample. Bathroom had everything we needed. Sliding doors were a bit of a drag as they didn't slide easily. We gave up with the wardrobe doors and only used 1 side of the wardrobe so didn't have to keep forcing the doors. Toiletries provided. Bathroom towels provided. Evening entertainment was a bit of a washout but think early season didn't help. Bar area need to move their table/chair layout as it felt like sitting in doctor waiting room. Lots of bars and restaurants outside which we still used, even though we were all inclusive. Beach directly outside hotel. Overall a lovely relaxing week in the sun.

Unsere Suite hatte Meerblick, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Speisen sind klassisch all inclusive - jedoch mit Fokus auf britische Gäste. Die Poolbereiche sind schön und weitläufig, allerdings ist in den Pools gechlortes Salzwasser (kein Negativpunkt aber gut zu wissen). Man kann Tischtennis, Airhockey, Billard, Tennis und Squash spielen und kommt zu Tageszeiten immer an Softdrinks, Coktails, Wasser und Bier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ist sehr positiv aufgefallen. Die Zimmer wurden stets gut gereinigt vom Housekeeping. Etwas mangelhaft ist das WLAN im Hotel, das beim Pool schlechten Empfang hat und im dritten Stock kaum noch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, auch wenn man an manchen Stellen merkt das Hotel ist schon etwas älter. Dennoch klare Empfehlung.

Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Angebot an Speisen ( ALL inkl. ) ist sehr auf Engländer abgestimmt und nicht von hoher Qualität. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, sind noch alte schmutzige Handtücher im Bad gelegen. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist super, die Pools sind Geschmackssache, wir sind trotz All inklusive Abends auswärts Essen gegangen und Mittags auch, nur das Frühstück haben wir teilweise genutzt. Bei der Abreise wollten wir unsere Koffer wiegen und mussten pro Koffer 1 Euro bezahlen, sollte bei 4 Sterne dabei sein.
Das ganze Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Angebot an Speisen ( ALL inkl. ) ist sehr auf Engländer abgestimmt und nicht von hoher Qualität. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, sind noch alte schmutzige Handtücher im Bad gelegen. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist super, die Pools sind Geschmackssache, wir sind trotz All inklusive Abends auswärts Essen gegangen und Mittags auch, nur das Frühstück haben wir teilweise genutzt. Bei der Abreise wollten wir unsere Koffer wiegen und mussten pro Koffer 1 Euro bezahlen, sollte bei 4 Sterne dabei sein.

queue at the evening bar were bad - they need more than one person serving at busy times - some staff quite rude - others not. cockroaches observed on ground floor and fly’s on buffet of an evening. room was ok but very dark at end where tv was - asked if we could have lamp but they said they had none spare. music round pool exceptionally loud and need to be mindful of the average age of those being forced to listen to it and play music types accordingly

Our stay at Las Salinas was beyond our expectations. Hotel is situated on the beach, in the quiet area, yet less than 10 minutes from town at one end and shopping centre at the other end. All hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms were cleaned daily, pool area is immaculate. We were all inclusive and food was excellent with great variety daily, all prepared to high standards. Every member of the staff was brilliant, polite, helpful and friendly. Entertainement consisted of couple of hours of either live music, quiz or bingo, which was just about right after long day for quite evening on the outside hotel terrace. Thank you to everyone at Las Salinas for making our holiday memorable.

Good location and on the beach front. Hotel and rooms have had better days and need time and money spent on the up keep of the hotel. Food quality was rather low. Selection poor and just of a general low standard, however other guests still managed to load plates up. Only all inclusive I've been to and lost weight. Staff friendly in the hotel. During our second day at lunch we saw a cockroach in the dining room and reported it to be told the island has a problem with them.

Unsere Suite hatte Meerblick, der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Speisen sind klassisch all inclusive - jedoch mit Fokus auf britische Gäste. Die Poolbereiche sind schön und weitläufig, allerdings ist in den Pools gechlortes Salzwasser (kein Negativpunkt aber gut zu wissen). Man kann Tischtennis, Airhockey, Billard, Tennis und Squash spielen und kommt zu Tageszeiten immer an Softdrinks, Coktails, Wasser und Bier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Soggiorno di una settimana con amici per vacanza di piacere. La struttura è ottima anche se personalmente ci sono alcune caratteristiche che non mi hanno fatto impazzire. Il bagno della junior suite è suddiviso in due sezioni che dividono: doccia/vasca, da water e bidet ... inutile a mio avviso. Nel bagno non ci sono finestre e o ventole e nella camera matrimoniale poca illuminazione. Ampio balconcino ma poco riparato, attenzione perciò ad eventuali bambini piccoli. Il condizionatore se usato per lunghe ore durante il giorno inizia a gocciolare in modo importante e non sembra precoccupare lo staff. Il Wifi è pessimo e questa è una grossa pecca. A livello estetico è tutto molto soggettivo, per il mio gusto lo giudico in una scala da 1 a 10 con voto 8. Altra grande pecca a mio avviso, la sala da pranzo/cena ricorda sinistramente la mensa di una grande azienda. Di aiuta un clima di relax. Il buffet è vario ma non ben fornito ed il cibo non è straordinario. Non vorrei essere troppo rigido, ma forse penso che le 4 stelle siano un filo eccessive. Soggiorno positivo e consiglierei questo hotel per la vicinanza all'aeroporto o per provarlo in occasioni di ottime offerte o vicinanza a luoghi di particola interesse. This is our third visit and each time stayed in a Seaview Suite - huge terrace/balcony overlooking the bay, very impressed. In all apartments stayed in - the bathroom sinks, the plugs do not hold the water - a bit annoying. We stayed B&B and each occasion selection of food excellent, if a little tepid at times.

A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May. Dining room offered a large selection in breakfast options including freshly made omelettes. If you left hungry it would be your fault not the hotels. Overall would recommend and stay again.

We stayed here for 10 days and generally had a nice time with very good weather . The property lacks greenery and landscaping and it needs maintenance on the walkways with broken floor tiles and very uneven surfaces that is a definite trip hazard . The food provided uses cheap cuts of meat and was well presented to look at but was NEVER hot no mater when you arrived to eat . Food off the grill was hot but the food on the Center serving buffet was always Luke warm . Which is a concern when pork and chicken are being served . Breakfast was the best meal of the day but still served Luke warm ,the porridge and cooked items I had I put in the microwave to heat them up .The variety of food is excellent but served at the wrong time for us from Britain, cheese , ham and salami and tuna at Breakfast not lunch or dinner . Cheese served once on an evening out of the 10 days . Puddings are the same every night sponge cakes with different coloured synthetic cream on plus whole fruit and three types of ice cream . The waiting staff work very hard and are always smiling . Housekeeping staff also excellent and the rooms kept very clean and are spacious ours was a sea view suite on the 3rd floor with An excellent view . The bed was very hard but enormous and the sofa was also very uncomfortable. Good sized tv with English channels. Pools very cold salt water but very loud music played in the afternoons which spoiled it for us .

A lot of the communal areas are tired, shabby and in need of refurbishment. The rooms are reasonably modern but unfortunately because of a heavy rain shower the ceiling leaked and most of the communal areas in the hotel resembled a cruise ship in heavy seas with water cascading down from all over the place. Just not a 4*

Bella e grande struttura. La camera era grandissima, dotata di cucina , salotto e bagno grande. Il terrazzo fronte mare con due lettini, tavolino e sedie era comodissimo. Il soggiorno per una settimana all inclusive per tre persone ci ha doddisfatto . Accesso diretto alla spiaggia , comodo e veloce! Consigliatissimo!

Sea view suite was excellent and was the primary reason for booking this hotel. Food was fine and alwsys managed to find something to eat. Food not roasting but no issues unless you pile your plate high. Staff are perpetual motion. Downsides to hotel is a real lack of a social area with any atmosphere or ambience. Outside terrace just ful of people smoking and vaping so not for us, unfortunately this was where the entertainment was. Bar inside has seats all facing the bar in rows and again lacked any atmosphere although staff very friendly. For our stay have to say a very quiet and laid back holiday. Linited Brits on the @#*& and latest noise was around 12. My view is a great suite in an ok hotel. I think if they refined the offering for social areas and ambience this would be a really great place to stay. Location exceptional just needs the hotel chain to put some thought and care into polishing up this hotel. Taxi from airport 15 euros each way so wouldn't shell out for transfer etc as you can ne at hotel really quickly yo avoid check in queue.

Stuff was very helpful. On our request, they gave us an apartment with great position (close to the pool and restaurant), with a great view. They fixed the fridge in minutes after our reaction. Very spaceous, clean... Great value for the price.

Had a recent stay here. Rooms are clean and massive. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The entertainments lady was fab too, with poolside and evening activities. Food is pretty samey, as is with most hotels, but plenty of choice. Right on the beach, and quite central. Would deffo return. Thank you!

This is our 3rd visit to Eurostars Las Salinas in December and we just love it. Plenty of space. Never feels too busy. Staff are great. Hotel is great. Lots of lounger options. Great breakfast options. Lots of different areas to sit, inside and out.

Rooms and public areas are superb, the work being done around the pool that we saw in December had been completed this trip. Breakfast was superb with some lovely staff working in the restaurant. Reception staff were in general lovely but towards the end of our holiday when trying to find out whether or not we could extend our check out time (which was advertised as something you could ask about - not specifying when) we were treated quite dismissively. I appreciate that it’s not always possible but even suggesting ‘your requested time is not possible but would X help any?’ would go some way. We just felt like we were being a nuisance which, on our last morning put a bit of a dampener on it.

Hotel was unhelpful after someone had been in our room and changed combination. We arrived late on first food was average at best( don't go all inclusive) we asked for a refund for the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay after the safe was tampered with we didn't feel safe and secure leaving anything in the room. This meant carrying everything all over with us as the hotel was very unhelpful with our situation We ate out most meals as the food wasn't good. Tried to resolve the issue online with hotels.com and hotel to no avail.

A perfectly location right on the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. The check in was straight forward and reception staff very help polite and helpful. The junior suite was very spacious and clean and included a in room safe. Pool area lovely and always plenty of beds. Pool a little cold in early May. Dining room offered a large selection in breakfast options including freshly made omelettes. If you left hungry it would be your fault not the hotels. Overall would recommend and stay again.

This was our 3rd time in this hotel, and we couldn’t ask for better! Good size bedroom with a fantastic balcony and even a kitchenette, spacious bathroom. Breakfast and dinner options were good considering the price range of this hotel. Location very convenient, 10mins from the airport and well connected to both north and south of the island. We can’t wait to go back next year!

This is our 3rd visit to Eurostars Las Salinas in December and we just love it. Plenty of space. Never feels too busy. Staff are great. Hotel is great. Lots of lounger options. Great breakfast options. Lots of different areas to sit, inside and out.

We liked that the hotel never felt too packed. There was always plenty of space in the dining area and around the pool even though there were a lot of people staying there. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. Right on the beach, close to town and only about 10 minutes transfer time from the airport.

First time at Eurostars, location is A1 right on the beach and 2 min walk into town… cleanish a few grubby bits but overall ok, food good but very little choice and very repetitive, rooms excellent, staff ok could do with a few more and with a smile…probably go again but not all inclusive because of food being so repetitive….

Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder besuchen. Positiv: - genügend Platz an den mehreren Pools - saubere und geräumige Zimmer - sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - Rezeption immer besetzt - unweit der "Stadt" - direkt am Strand Negativ: - Speisesaal: -- Tische im Speisesaal wurden oft ewig nicht abgeräumt, was die Platzsuche erschwerte --> dadurch wurden Essensreste im Außenbereich oft von Tauben angeknabbert und über den Tisch verteilt -- ziemlich kleine Gläser, sodass die Leute auf die Bierkrüge zurückfielen, welche nach ein paar Minuten nach Öffnung alle weg waren. -- Speiseauswahl ziemlich eingängig --> wir haben aber jeden Tag etwas gefunden -- oft sind Speisen nicht beschrieben --> z.B. steht an den Pommes ein Schild dran und an anderen Gerichten, welche man nicht direkt einordnen kann, nicht. - teilweise sind die Gänge nicht, oder erst spät ausgeschildert --> den Weg zum Pool mussten wir erst einmal suchen - ab ungefähr 22 Uhr gibt es keine Abendunterhaltung mehr (man kann aber noch in die Bar gehen, oder was spielen) - ab 23.30 Uhr war die Bar komplett geschlossen - manche Unterhaltungsangebote der Animation kann man nur wahrnehmen, wenn man pünktlich auf die eine Animateurin zugeht. Vergisst man es, wird man teilweise nicht daran erinnert, wie man es aus anderen Hotels kennt (jemand geht herum und fragt, ob man mitmachen möchte) Viele Punkte scheinen für manche Kleinigkeiten zu sein, sind uns aber negativ aufgefallen.

Sadly the hotel is located directly under the approach flight path to the airport and the noise of flights taking off and landing from 7am until10pm so instead of hearing the ocean you have the noise of aircraft. apart from the special Christmas dinner the food and drink available on the all inclusive deal was very poor The kind of cheap ham and processed cheese slices you find in the budget supermarket and chips with everything

We really enjoyed our short break here. Hotel is literally on the beach and the weather was fantastic! It was €10.50 for two beds and an umbrella on the beach if you don’t fancy the pool. All inclusive was fine lots of options, food was always available essentially snacks etc too - my only criticism was sometimes the labelling was missing on food and as someone with an allergy I had to be careful. I also had a massage whilst I was there and it was fantastic. I felt beyond relaxed afterwards. Staff were all super friendly and helpful if we had any queries/ issues. Overall it was a great hotel/holiday was a great location to just chill out and switch off.
