We are very lucky to have spent 19 days in this hotel in July 2023. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and unusually for us we will definitely go back. The presentation of the hotel entrance is pretty impressive and looks more than its 4 stars. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a lovely premium room overlooking the sea with fabulous views of Fuerteventura. Unusually we had an empty fridge provided for us to keep drinks cool, which was a nice touch. The pool area is huge and the large space around the two large pools meant that you didnt feel on top of other people. There are loads of sunbeds and the hotel has a policy of not allowing people to reserve sunbeds, although a few people still seemed to think they had the right to do that which is annoying. This is a bug bear of ours and always iritates us in other hotels we have stayed in. Here though it was not necessary as there are so many there was never an issue with finding a couple for us to use. The food choice every day was incredible and while it didnt change much because of the large choice you could always find something you fancied each day. The seafood night was our favourite! The bar and entertainment were equally great, both staff, entertainment each night and the work of the hotel animator (Zelinda) was amazing. My wife loved the pilates most mornings. I loved using the gym by the pool. We cant wait to go back!

Very nice hotel with roomy and comfortable rooms. All the staff were extremely friendly and eager to please. Location is excellent, right in front of the sea and direct access to the waterfront walk along Playa Blanca. The food was in general very good/excellent, but the deserts could be better. Apart from two very nice swimming pools (one is salt water) there is also a jacuzzi, miniature golf, tennis, a nice bar with evening entertainment. The adult only atmosphere was very nice and peaceful.

Bella struttura, ospitale e, nel complesso, pulita. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. L’esterno è ben tenuto, e le piscine sono curate. Cibo abbondante e di buona qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Devo dire che i divani all’esterno dedicati ai fumatori sono scomodi e andrebbero sostituiti. Inoltre, ho avvertito la mancanza di una spiaggia sabbiosa nelle immediate vicinanze; tuttavia, a pochi chilometri ci sono spiagge sabbiose bellissime.

Excellent stay once again. The staff ensure you are veey well looked after. The only disappointment was the entertainment. Live shows are no longer every night so other than chill out music in lobby bar, the atmosphere goes flat. Please bring back nightly shows.

Escolha certa! Hotel muito limpo, organizado, durante o checkin fomos recepcionados com taças de espumantes e pessoas gentis que nos esclareceram sobre o funcionamento do local! Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos! As piscinas são grandes e ambiente muito bonito! Altamente recomendado!

Great place to relax and get away from it all. Really good service and friendly staff. Hotel including pool areas kept exceptionally clean at all times. Food was really good too with plenty of choice at breakfast and at dinner. Would highly recommend

It was only a one night stop over but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very gelpful and hotel was clean our only thing we noticed was the area around the pool was very slippy. Normally a hard brush is used for cleaning the alghi build up but wven to touch you could feel it slimmy.

La struttura è molto bella, ben tenuta e ottima la pulizia. Piscine con acqua di mare stupende. Abbiamo soggiornato 11 notti ad agosto, nel complesso molto bene, dal ricevimento nonostante arrivati la notte dopo le 23 ci hanno preparato qualcosa da mangiare, a tutto quello di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno in questi giorni bellissimi. Votazioni: reception 9 (Eva 10 ), colazione e cena a buffet 6( purtroppo è pensato soprattutto per clienti inglesi e tedeschi) staff 8 (Zuleica 2, mai un sorriso o un saluto 👎)Bar piscina 8 staff 9, Ristorante a la carta 10 sicuramente il posto dove abbiamo mangiato meglio a Lanzarote, da provare assolutamente. Grazie a tutto lo staff che lavora con impegno e dedizione per aiutare gli ospiti a STARE BENE.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and valued. The hotel was very good indeed, great staff, room was excellent, half board food was amazing, and we normally don’t book it, so we’re really surprised how good it was. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout too. Really impressed overall and will be back. The only downside we experienced was the air conditioning which while it didn’t work properly our first 24 hours and the room was so hot in the night I couldn’t sleep for three hours, it was promptly fixed the next day and worked sufficiently for the remainder of our stay. The terrace for food was also incredibly good, and when full was always worth the five minute wait for a table.

Here though it was not necessary as there are so many there was never an issue with finding a couple for us to use. The food choice every day was incredible and while it didnt change much because of the large choice you could always find something you fancied each day. The seafood night was our favourite! The bar and entertainment were equally great, both staff, entertainment each night and the work of the hotel animator (Zelinda) was amazing. My wife loved the pilates most mornings. I loved using the gym by the pool. We cant wait to go back!

Apart from two very nice swimming pools (one is salt water) there is also a jacuzzi, miniature golf, tennis, a nice bar with evening entertainment. Second time visiting for a short stay and brought a friend who was also in need of some rest and recuperation We had a slight issue with our room (unpleasant smell/insects) but this was dealt with promptly by the manager and our room was changed and we were even given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for the inconvenience. The food was exceptional and all staff very pleasant. A great restful stay in a beautiful location.

The hotel was very good indeed, great staff, room was excellent, half board food was amazing, and we normally don’t book it, so we’re really surprised how good it was. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout too. Really impressed overall and will be back. The only downside we experienced was the air conditioning which while it didn’t work properly our first 24 hours and the room was so hot in the night I couldn’t sleep for three hours, it was promptly fixed the next day and worked sufficiently for the remainder of our stay. The terrace for food was also incredibly good, and when full was always worth the five minute wait for a table.

We are very lucky to have spent 19 days in this hotel in July 2023. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and unusually for us we will definitely go back. The presentation of the hotel entrance is pretty impressive and looks more than its 4 stars. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and couldn't be more helpful. We had a lovely premium room overlooking the sea with fabulous views of Fuerteventura. Unusually we had an empty fridge provided for us to keep drinks cool, which was a nice touch. The pool area is huge and the large space around the two large pools meant that you didnt feel on top of other people. There are loads of sunbeds and the hotel has a policy of not allowing people to reserve sunbeds, although a few people still seemed to think they had the right to do that which is annoying. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday during my stay at the hotel and the staff ensured this was very well celebrated. The pools were lovely and clean and there was a couple of great dining restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Un technicien est entré dans notre chambre à 22h à l'aide d'une carte électronique alors que nous étions au lit. Tout ce que nous avons eu en retour : les excuses les plus plates de la réception. Nous devions avoir un retour de la direction de l'hôtel mais rien. On aurait peut être pu espérer un geste commercial de l'hôtel ? Par exemple nous offrir les bières que nous avons bues au bar ? Par ailleurs 8h pour l'ouverture du petit déjeuner c'est un peu tard quand on prévoit un départ à l'aéroport.

30mins from airport. Restaurant staff attentive. Food good. Check in was good. A little rough checking out but restored by gentleman who first attended to me but he stepped away to help two other people when a young lady came up to me offering help but I told her the gentleman was helping me. She said I was rude to her by what I told her. I was alarmed and replied that she should not tell a guest that. I waited for the gentleman and he gave me sparkling wine which I declined but he insisted. Thank you sir.

Habe einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Für mich eindeutig die schönste Unterkunft an der Playa Blanca. Anlage ist üppig bepflanzt und damit sehr grün. Kann man gut gebrauchen als Kontrast zur restlichen Insel. Man kommt vom Hotel direkt auf die Promenade und kann los laufen. Flamingo Beach mit Supermarkt ist gut 10 min. zu erreichen. Einen kleinen Abzug mache ich für das Abendessen. Wie leider in vielen Hotels, bloß nicht genug Geschmack ans Essen bringen. Könnte sich ja einer beschweren. Nur ein wenig mit Salz und Pfeffer nach zu helfen hat es nicht rausgerissen. Somit empfand ich das Abendessen schnell als anstrengend. Ist natürlich nur mein persönlicher Geschmack.

Das Hotel ist ruhig direkt am Meer und der Fußgängerpromenade gelegen, die zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Morgens mit dem Blick auf Palmen und das Meer aufzuwachen, dazu lediglich das Meeresrauschen und kein weiterer Lärm, trugen definitiv zur Erholung bei. Das Buffet war vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Das Abendprogramm in der Lobby war unterhaltsam und das Personal stets sehr freundlich.

We really enjoyed our stay it was relaxed and quiet which is what we wanted. The staff were all helpful and courteous, and we found the variety of food to be good at the buffet. The hotel was further out of the centre of Playa Blanca than we realised but we did walk back from the main port in Playa Blanca one day. I think it would be helpful to hire a car.

Hotel alejado de la zona de tiendas o restaurantes pero al lado de un paseo marítimo y del mar para pasar una estancia tranquila y agradable. Habitación espaciosa y muy cómoda con vistas al océano. Piscina no muy grande pero amplias zonas de hamacas. Buen bar de piscina para tomarse algo. Desayuno excelente con gran variedad y calidad. Personal del buffet solícito. Mejoraría algún detalle en el check in (agilidad, número de recepcionistas y disponibilidad de la habitación a la hora que se fija 14:00)

Alt var veldig bra ! Hadde bestil 3-mannsrom, men fikk 2-mannsrom. Bortsett fra det var alt bra. Meget fine rom, bassengområde, resepsjonmv. Frokostbuffeen var spesielt bra !

Loved the service and setting of the hotel. Only real drawback was a relatively limited food range in the restaurant as my partner is vegetarian. However great restaurants within walking / short driving distance so not a major issue.

The hotel was very good indeed, great staff, room was excellent, half board food was amazing, and we normally don’t book it, so we’re really surprised how good it was. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout too. Really impressed overall and will be back. The only downside we experienced was the air conditioning which while it didn’t work properly our first 24 hours and the room was so hot in the night I couldn’t sleep for three hours, it was promptly fixed the next day and worked sufficiently for the remainder of our stay. The terrace for food was also incredibly good, and when full was always worth the five minute wait for a table.

Lovely staff, all very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Hotel spotless and well maintained. Beautiful views from our balcony, looking over the sea and Fueterventura in the distance. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and constantly restocked. Eggs and omelete made to order. Only 15 minutes walk along the seafront to Flamingo beach for a wider choice of restaurants or nearby Argentinian restaurant fantastic for a steak meal. Would love to go back after the upcoming refurbishment.

Excellent adult only hotel. Very quiet but with a great location by the sea which is ideal for lovely walks along a pedestrian path. The breakfast and evening meals were very good too with an excellent variety for both. The rooms are clean and spacious with nice balconies and sea views. All the hotel staff were effiicent and always amenable

Good breakfast, very friendly staff all round. Restaurants of a good standard reasonably close, and near the lighthouse if you fancied a longer walk. Nice saltwater heated pool. Get a room with at least a partial sea view.

The general facilities were good, but there were fewer staff than previous visits, and there was evidence of preparations for the forthcoming ‘refurbishment’ programme. The entertainment was limited and not terribly good. Food was still a good standard and the improved sunbeds were welcome.
