Property is not elite like some of the franchises you see in the sense that it’s dated. However, from the moment you arrive til when you leave they make you feel very welcome and attentive to your needs. Pool and tiki bar staff are especially helpful and friendly. Shout out to Lisa!

The Hotel was nice, however the AC unit in the room was very loud and old. we had trouble sleeping at night, even watching TV, it was so loud, we turned off to watch movies or shows. service at the restaurant and pool was very slow and the waiters were bad. the spa was excellent, both in terms of staff and masseurs. the pool staff were excellent.

I’ve stayed at better on the island. Pool is small with so many little kids that parents are not paying attention to was not relaxing around the pool at all. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach are an additional fee and should be included in the resort fee. Spent two days getting my billing straight as I paid in full with Expedia yet my credit card was charged in full by the resort

I have stayed at this property since it was an Embassy Suite Hotel. Way back in the 90s. We were one of the first owns to purchase there, and we used to stay there three or four times a year before officially moving to Singer Island. We absolutely loved this place. We were always treated well. They always took care of the loyal customers. Jache is still the best. He is a life long friend, you pull up and he is always smiling ready to greet you and welcome you in. This has been our third two week stay in the last year and a half and I was a bit upset that they never seem to give us a decent view. Otherwise it's a great place to stay. Great Tiki bar, Good restaurant, nightly entertainment. Comfortable rooms, All the convenience of home and the best beach around.

Food was excellent delicious.The service was excellent. everyone was very friendly. We definitely will be coming back to suggestions. The chairs on the beach are very very expensive. That should be changed when you’re going on vacation. You don’t expect to have all these additional cost. That was very disappointing. And also the bed was very hard the mattress was so hard. We were in 519 but we love the resort and we definitely will come back and also the servers and the waitresses in the dining room are very pleasant and accommodating. also on Wednesday nights, Motown was so entertaining and the music was great. We really enjoyed having entertainment during dinner.

Loved our stay overall!! Very spacious suite (though I wish I had had the option to choose ocean view online) with everything we needed. Parking is a breeze and is cheap (same cost whether you self-park or use valet!). The restaurant was great and the tiki bar was nice. Pool could be bigger but was nice and the bartenders ran around taking orders so that was convenient. My only complaint about the pool is that there isn't much shade, if you want it. They don't allow personal chair umbrellas so you're just stuck in the sun all day if you don't get the right spot. The beach access was great and you could bring your own stuff or rent. A beach walk is not for someone with trouble walking there because its a slant! I'm very pregnant and it was difficult and exhausting. The spa offers lots of services and I took advantage of a prenatal massage but was disappointed that they didn't have the appropriate pillow with holes so that I could lie face down (what you really look forward too besides the actual massage!). I don't think they should offer this service until they get one. The location was excellent! Close to stores, restaurants, a park with grills so we walked often! So convenient!

When I checked in the lobby was noisy and the music was loud making it hard to hear the check-in clerk. When I entered the room there was a very strong chemical odor. I also noticed there was no shower curtain or rod in the bathroom, the door to the room would not self close/lock, and the thermostat was not working. After attempting to correct the issues and 4-5 discussions with the staff, they assigned us to another room. That room was very nice. I also checked in at check-in time on Thursday but had to come back on Saturday after 12 noon to obtain weekly parking pass. What we found out is this is a way for the vacation club staff to try to get you to consider hearing their sales pitch. Likes- cleanliness, friendliness, resort fee only if you use the beach chairs/umbrellas/etc., no charge just for using pool chairs and towels. Hotel restaurant was good and there were plenty of beach bars/restaurants in very close walking distance. Beach was clean, just a few steps from the resort and approximately 1.25 miles long end to end. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and kitchen had just about everything you would need. Good value for the location. Dislikes- Beach sand was very soft and not conducive to long walks (but was a good workout). Tiki bar could use more than 1 server at pool. Room A/C units are very loud causing the need to adjust tv volume. $10 per day parking fee. Even with the issue with check-in issues, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our stay.

Great food and live music. Rooms need better cleaning, i ended up washing down cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. Food and toothpaste/cosmetics. Also calling room daily to give "gifts" pick up shampoo and body wash which should have already been in room while they try to sell timeshares. Ended up umplugging phone and putting do not disturb sign up as they also vome knock on door with slips of paper for "gifts" downstairs. Good kitchen supplies for making meals if you choose to stay in. Nice patios.

The room was very dated and worn down but clean. The beach was close and had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. The restaurant in the resort was delicious. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our only real complaint was at check-in. Maybe it was my fault for not noticing the resort was a "time share" but before one could get a parking pass you had to listen to a salesperson pitch; trying to sell timeshares, dinner coupons, etc... and asking for all your personal information. No doubt to call at another time to sell something again.

We stayed for 10 nights. We're 60 and pretty much the youngest guests. There's nothing wrong with that, if that's what you're looking for. The building itself has little to offer in the way of views of any water. The sliding doors in the rooms take two people to open. There's nowhere near enough lighting in the bathroom. The living area of the room has nothing comfortable to sit on if you want to put your feet up at the end of the day. Take out the uncomfortable couch and coffee table and put in a small sectional with recliners at each end. The beach area is owned by someone else so unless you pay $30 to sit in the beach chairs, you need to buy your own and take them with you where you will then be escorted either north or south of the beach property at the building. Excellent housekeeping staff. Hotel staff is very nice. Restaurant and tiki bar are filthy as is the glass doors and windows in the restaurant. The glassware hanging above you in the bar area literally have chocolate and residue on them. A $10 shower caddy to hang on the showerhead would have been really nice so there's at least some place to put soap/shampoo.

Rooms are dated but very large. Largest concern is there is no HEAT in the rooms! We were freezing during our stay since the rooms do not have heat. We happened to arrive in Nov during a cold spell and things were cold.

Very pleasant people! Only negative is that we were not told upon making reservation that the facility was a timeshare and you, apparently, expected us to "be subjected to timeshare subjects and interviews"! Probably would not have rented time there in the first place!

Its a senior citizen hotel. Not sure why except they have Bingo for them I guess that's a plus for the seniors. Very poor communication. Slow with requests and cleaning takes forever. I had to wait until 4PM to check in and that is not acceptable.

We arrived at 12am to get to room 518 with sleeping people in it, glad we didn't get shot. Then waited til 130am for another room. That room had the toilet in the room above us leaking onto our toilet and floor. The mattress was hard and everything was original to the 1980s or 90s. It's in desperate need of updating. I would stay at the Marriott next door it's modern, clean and you won't have issues. The maintenance man lied and said the people above us wouldn't let him in lol. The ceiling is rotted around the light so this isn't a new problem that's just his standard answer. It's a health and safety hazard and just disgusting to have toilet water dripping down into your room.

Great food and live music. Rooms need better cleaning, i ended up washing down cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. Food and toothpaste/cosmetics. Also calling room daily to give "gifts" pick up shampoo and body wash which should have already been in room while they try to sell timeshares. Ended up umplugging phone and putting do not disturb sign up as they also vome knock on door with slips of paper for "gifts" downstairs. Good kitchen supplies for making meals if you choose to stay in. Nice patios.

We were so surprised when we showed up at 10:30 a.m., acknowledged to front desk staff that we were aware of 4:00 p.m. check-in, but asked if they would mind us walking around the hotel to check out the property, since we had not been there before. Staff asked our names, checked our reservation and informed us the room was clean and ready for check-in if we wanted to go ahead and do that…6 1/2 hrs early! We were stunned and wondered if we would be charged for another day (we weren’t). That early check-in allowed my daughter and me to drop our luggage, settle into the beautiful suite, get into our suits and enjoy the pool and tiki bar. When my picky daughter asked the tiki bar waiter if she could get a quesadilla, an item not on the menu, he replied, “I’m sure we can make that for you. Why not?” The gentlemen at the lobby doors, wait staff, front desk staff, and the beach chair rental employee were friendly and patient with all of our questions and requests. Your customer service standards are the highest I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you, all, for a pleasant stay in a comfortable suite with a roomy bathroom and well-appointed kitchen, not to mention that king sized bed. The fellow guests were so friendly during our stay; we had memorable conversations that enhanced our short vacation. Thank you, again. We will be back to visit Palm Beach Sores!

We had a fantastic time. I don’t think I could have picked a better place to stay in this area. Downtown West Palm was minutes away for nightlife and dining. And there were numerous bar and grills with entertainment and dining right next to the hotel. Relaxing beach, access was very convenient, the food at the hotel was very good. Housekeeping was great. The entertainment on site was great, as well as within walking distance. Overall, very relaxing when we wanted to chill, as well as exciting when we wanted to go out. Will definitely come back to Singer Island. If your coming here, 4 things……rent the chairs and umbrella it’s worth it, rent a car so you can explore A1A, Juno beach, Jupiter, and downtown WPB, have dinner at Bimini Twist and have drinks outside at night at Bradley’s. I read a lot of the . reviews before I booked here and numerous ones mentioned it needing to be updated. Don’t let that sway you, the place is nice. The rooms were super clean and overall the whole property is upkept very nicely. Always someone at the front doors to open them for you and always a nice greeting by all staff members. It’s not a young crowd. If your looking for 20-30 yr olds, they’re not here. We seen maybe 3 families with young (but very very well behaved) children. The rest of the crowd was 40’s, mostly 50’s and of coarse, it’s Florida, some retirees that own units here. If your like us (mid 50’s) and want the relaxing vaca, but also want to go live it up. They both are here.

**A Wonderful Stay** We were pleasantly surprised by our 3-night stay in the suite. Despite some initial reservations based on reviews, the room was beautifully updated, exceptionally clean, and had a lovely beach aesthetic. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient, and we were within easy walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and a grocery store was only a 5 minute drive. We'd happily stay here again.

The Hotel was nice, however the AC unit in the room was very loud and old. we had trouble sleeping at night, even watching TV, it was so loud, we turned off to watch movies or shows. service at the restaurant and pool was very slow and the waiters were bad. the spa was excellent, both in terms of staff and masseurs. the pool staff were excellent.

I enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and a lot to do there. This was the first time going to this property. The only negative that I could say is that it needs to be updated. Everything seemed very old. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Food was excellent delicious.The service was excellent. everyone was very friendly. We definitely will be coming back to suggestions. The chairs on the beach are very very expensive. That should be changed when you’re going on vacation. You don’t expect to have all these additional cost. That was very disappointing. And also the bed was very hard the mattress was so hard. We were in 519 but we love the resort and we definitely will come back and also the servers and the waitresses in the dining room are very pleasant and accommodating. also on Wednesday nights, Motown was so entertaining and the music was great. We really enjoyed having entertainment during dinner.

The room was very dated and worn down but clean. The beach was close and had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. The restaurant in the resort was delicious. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our only real complaint was at check-in. Maybe it was my fault for not noticing the resort was a "time share" but before one could get a parking pass you had to listen to a salesperson pitch; trying to sell timeshares, dinner coupons, etc... and asking for all your personal information. No doubt to call at another time to sell something again.

Loved our stay overall!! Very spacious suite (though I wish I had had the option to choose ocean view online) with everything we needed. Parking is a breeze and is cheap (same cost whether you self-park or use valet!). The restaurant was great and the tiki bar was nice. Pool could be bigger but was nice and the bartenders ran around taking orders so that was convenient. My only complaint about the pool is that there isn't much shade, if you want it. They don't allow personal chair umbrellas so you're just stuck in the sun all day if you don't get the right spot. The beach access was great and you could bring your own stuff or rent. A beach walk is not for someone with trouble walking there because its a slant! I'm very pregnant and it was difficult and exhausting. The spa offers lots of services and I took advantage of a prenatal massage but was disappointed that they didn't have the appropriate pillow with holes so that I could lie face down (what you really look forward too besides the actual massage!). I don't think they should offer this service until they get one. The location was excellent! Close to stores, restaurants, a park with grills so we walked often! So convenient!
