The cabin we stayed in was very well equipped for a girls weekend. It was clean and the bed were comfy. The staff at reception are lovely and being so close to the shops is really convenient. Only issue we came across was that the paths to the cabins weren't lit very well to drive at night, even the lights that were around weren't working. Otherwise it was a perfect weekend and I'll be looking at staying again.

Terrific accommodation.Clean, comfortable, spacious and off the road Kitchen was well eqipped with a frupan and microwave bowl. Outside, each unit had their own bbq and verandah Nearby was a pool, tennis court and rec room. Grounds were well kept with plenty of room for children to play and native animals to spot!

Definitely recommend this place. Staff were great, accommodation was nice and comfortable. The only thing that I could complain was the pool could have been cleaner. Place was centrally located to all the wineries.

2 Nights, for discover the Wineries around, perfect located, with General Store, Coffeeshop, Bottlesshop, Bike Rental, Restaurants directly on side. So somehow the Center of Pokolbin. Loved the space i.e. bedroom + separate livingroom, little private veranda. And Overall ot was very quiet. Pool in front of the door, clean and big enough to swim a little round. And at sundown lots of Kangooroos behindert the house.

Accommodation is getting a bit dated, however the room was clean and a good size. There wasn’t any power points on either side of the bed so it made it very inconvenient especially for those that require them for items like a sleep apnea machine. We booked the accommodation as there was a tennis court, however there were no balls at the court to play with.

Not a great start to our weekend away. We we were given the handicaped King Suite after booking months ago when there were standard rooms available, No vanity in the bathroom with the bathroom sink tap too long and water spilling on the floor when washing your hands and cleaning your teeth . The toilet had a intermittent flushing problem with my wife having to flush the the toilet at 5am with the water kettle.The beds and lounge were comfortable but that is about it. For $270 per night for a 70's motel style room, with no daily cleaning service and without a toaster is extremely over priced. We won't be back.

Great location and neat cottage that we stayed in. Very roomy Full size kitchen and large fridge Very neat and tidy clean and fresh looking. Excellent balcony to relax and unwind. We were lucky to see plenty of kangaroos roaming in the evenings. Stayed 2 nights at a reasonable rate and would stay here again

The location is great and convenient. We went to Hunter Valley for hot air balloon and it was near to the balloon location. There are some restaurants and wineries nearby. The room was spacious and cozy. Some kangaroos were just outside the door!! Great experience to wild animals.

And at sundown lots of Kangooroos behindert the house.

The location is great and convenient. We went to Hunter Valley for hot air balloon and it was near to the balloon location. There are some restaurants and wineries nearby. The room was spacious and cozy. Some kangaroos were just outside the door!! Great experience to wild animals.

Good value stay in the middle of the Hunter. Place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very conveniently located - walking distance to winery and pub next door with a cafe and shops on site.

A very convenient, comfortable and surprisingly quiet spot. We loved the pool and being able to walk over to the cafe in the morning. We also liked the big lounge room within our suite and the good sized shower. The only negative was that the paths around the property are getting a bit uneven so can cause trip hazards.

We have stayed here 3 times now when coming to the hunter. Love the space of the cabin and the open areas surrounding perfect for kids to run around playing. The convenience of the cafe, shop, bottle shop and chocolate shops is amazing never have to travel far for necessities. Another convenience is Cessnock being 10min drive away! We love Pokolbin village and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Everything we needed for our stay and loved the kangaroos so close to the bedroom window! Clean and comfortable throughout. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The nearby shops were very interesting and useful and within walking distance of really good cafes/restaurants. Would have liked to have had a second bin for recyclables.

Staff were extremely helpful on check-in and check out. The position was excellent with great access to the Blaxland Inn, with great meals and other Pokolbin Village facilities. Great for pickups for wine tours. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Our only issue was mosquitoes in the room, in abundance.

We really enjoyed our stay, spacious clean and comfy room, great location in the heart of Pokolbin and a great price, very walkable to many winieries. My only criticism, we stayed for 3 nights, no one told us rooms were only seviced on request, this should be communicated at checkin or a note in the room.

Great aircon, stunning bathroom with powerful shower, coffee shop in the complex was amazing. We used the stay for visiting friends in the area and absolutely would stay again. Slept very well with blackout curtains. We used the good sized fridge provided for snacks, loved the shower and location. We left something behind and the staff sent in on to us pretty quick! Just the pool looked a bit sad so didn’t use it like we intended.
