Our room was large with laminate flooring. Bathroom was clean & the bed comfy. I assume the flooring was due to dogs being allowed so easy cleaning. The same company has next door Secrets does not allow dogs and is more "couples orientated", whatever that means! Would stay again.

Nice hotel, not a lot of parking. A lot of stuff was worn out in the room. I.E. one of the lamps was unplugged due to a broken electrical cord, broken security latch on the door, paint chipped off walls.

Stayed only 1 night at this property. Very small room, loud, uncomfortable bed. No wine glasses, no complimentary morning coffee, rude office staff. Nearby beach charges $30 to use it. Surprise charge of $70 for my 2 small dogs to stay. No I would not stay again. Should have went with the other choices I looked at.

This is a great budget friendly hotel that is walking distance to both Heavenly Village and the lake. My room was clean and nice sized. Small complex with easy parking. Pet fee seemed excessive, otherwise very happy with this stay for the price point!

Great little place very nicely located. The lake is only a few blocks walk, the village is the same, and the casinos are a short drive away. We didnt like that it was advertised as pet friendly and then a 50$ per night charge was added after the non refundable stay was booked. The TV also didnt have apps and only some sketchy cable. Great cute place tho to stay for cheap!

The “kitchenette” has everything you need to cook stir fry…except a stovetop or hot plate. As a couple with severe allergies we try to book places that we can cook our own food so this was very disappointing, as most places with a kitchenettes have these. Bathroom toilet had a leak that left water all over the floor, and there was a used soap bar in the shower. Otherwise was very clean and bed was comfortable. Was ok for us as we were only here two nights.

Next time, I will invest more in a good hotel and at least be comfortable on my vacation.

This hotel has a great location close to Heavenly, the lake, and Stateline. The check in process was very easy and the inn is small so it was very easy to find my room and since the room I was in was essentially in the parking lot, it was a very short trip to carry stuff from my car. However, when I went to shower after a long day of traveling, I found that the shower was completely out of order. I called the front desk and they didn’t answer, so I went in and the woman working told me that they might be able to get someone to come out the next day to look at it, but that was the only option I was given. I was only there, with my dog, for two nights and one day, so I didn’t want to have my day revolving around a repair when I had such limited time already. Luckily the jacuzzi tub was working, so at least I had that. The floor by the door was lifting a lot and the room was less clean than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. I read a lot of reviews that mentioned the rooms weren’t given a very in-depth cleaning, and I’m definitely glad I brought my own top sheet, blanket, and pillow case. Overall, this inn served the purpose that I booked it for and has a great location, however, for the price and quality, I think there are probably better places.

I specifically chose this place for what appeared to be a nice, clean jacuzzi in-room. The tub jets were rusted and corroded so bad that Brien water leaked from them. I had to clean the tub myself and couldn’t stand the hair and gunk buildup stuck in the tub jets, and all surrounding hardware. Could use it after all. Holes all over room and very old tile with grout missing. I asked staff to switch rooms to find out no more were available. I asked staff why the photos don’t match what I got and he could not answer. The bed wasn’t clean. Dog hair when I pulled back sheets. Would never stay here again.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the bathroom shower has mold in several areas. Heater has an old smell when it went on. I requested a refund for one night as we cut our stay short and when I checked out I was told yes my refund got approved, called the hotel 2 times and emailed them 3 times to inquire about the refund never heard back. Bad customer service.

Very basic accommodations, but OK for a place to sleep and leave your stuff. The room was basically a bed (a comfy one), a small table and two steel chairs, and some storage shelves. So, not much in the way of creature comforts for lounging around or entertaining fellow guests. Room was very clean, everything was functional. The heater is quite noisy, so not the best for light sleepers. And, the walls/ceiling are also rather thin so every footstep and conversation nearby is easily heard. Be aware that desk staff hours are quite limited, so you'll need to plan ahead for picking up your key..

We stayed her 1 night as a family with our dog. Great location with walking distance to Heavenly Village. Room was clean, spacious and the kitchenette was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Worst inn I’ve ever stayed at. This is an old building—floors were very uneven and steeped to one side. Construction & paint job were horrible. Furniture and appliances all very old; mattress was old. Shower water never got hot & turned cold halfway through my shower. Smell of room was strange; opened window for fresh air, but odd smell coming in (may have been pot); had to leave A/C on all night to keep it away. Will never stay there again- not worth the money.

The worst hotel Ive ever stayed in! And I’ve stayed in some doozies…. Upstairs neighbors rolled in around 1am according to security cameras (quiet hours are from 10-8!) at which point they clomped up the stairs High, then continued their party in room slamming doors being as loud as you please. It all finally ended after 4 am despite my call to the office number they give you on your check in paper at 2:40am, which according to the insanely rude guy working the desk isn’t even the right number your supposed to know there’s one posted downstairs along with a bell to ring! Nowhere does it say that on your paperwork nor do they inform you! If your looking for sleep don’t stay here they couldn’t give a care about the supposed quiet times and less about enforcing them!!! Rude staff said he would call me back and did he NOPE! No resolution horrible service horrible hotel do not recommended.

Hotel charged for us to check in early. The room we were given was an ADA room and I was told it was because we had a dog. The room had a restaurant kitchen mat as the entry floor mat. The desk and wardrobe was made of cheap pressed wood, the two chairs available were metal patio furniture. The bed had no electrical outlets next to it so charging phones, computers etc had to be done on the other side of the room. The “kitchenette” was awful as you can see by the photos. The Lobby was locked and if you needed service you had to call the motel, use the phone tree to get through then they would walk over from “Secrets” the hotel next door. Reception was unfriendly and cold. Even though we paid for the early check in, I felt I was annoying him by asking to check in early, also I could only pay in cash, yet every other transaction was with a card. The bed was passable but not comfortable. We checked out at 4:50am due to the overall condition of the room and bed.

There was a misunderstanding initially where we thought the room we booked gad Stove but it did not. Mitch at the Reception was very helpful and he gave excellent service and helped us by giving room that had kitchen. Overall I was very happy with the service.

Arrived at 1:30 after a long drive. Check in is at 3:00. Room was ready but they charge $35 for early check in. We figured we would park and walk around. Unfortunately they wouldn’t allow us to use a restroom unless we paid the $35 early check in fee. Was really disappointed since we did have a room booked.

Arrived at 1:30 after a long drive. Check in is at 3:00. Room was ready but they charge $35 for early check in. We figured we would park and walk around. Unfortunately they wouldn’t allow us to use a restroom unless we paid the $35 early check in fee. Was really disappointed since we did have a room booked.

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel as the bathroom shower has mold in several areas. Heater has an old smell when it went on. I requested a refund for one night as we cut our stay short and when I checked out I was told yes my refund got approved, called the hotel 2 times and emailed them 3 times to inquire about the refund never heard back. Bad customer service.

Mitch and Bina were really helpful and pleasant. Property is a good value for a budget hotel- the kitchenette was really useful, the heaters worked well, renovation was decent (though they should strongly consider painting the walls cream instead of the depressing gray color they currently have). Most importantly, walkable to the heavenly lift.

Property having lots of construction. When crew left an alarm kept going off. Went to tell desk and she didn’t seem inclined to fix. Finally told her we wouldn’t stay if it continued. She finally handled. We were under mandatory evacuation due to wild fire and her attitude just was awful.

I’ll give it a 10 for a hotel with a rating in the 7s. A 10 for the price also. Wasn’t sure until opened the room and was very happy. Immediately went back to office and booked a 2nd night. It was very clean. No carpet , a big plus and contributed to not having a bad or musty smell. Quiet all night and slept great. Walked to the restaurants and casinos both nights.

This is a great budget friendly hotel that is walking distance to both Heavenly Village and the lake. My room was clean and nice sized. Small complex with easy parking. Pet fee seemed excessive, otherwise very happy with this stay for the price point!

Good location! The hotel is close to several restaurants and businesses, however the area around the hotel is too dark and feels unsafe. The room has a kitchen and dining table, as well as a large refrigerator, making it ideal for extended stays. I did not enjoy my room's bed since the mattress was too firm and the pillows were too soft and little. They also charge an early check-in fee of $35 per hour, but the receptionist offers me a discount if I pay in cash.

Our room had a strong mildew/mold smell. My gf and I noticed alot of black mold in unit 101 in the cabinets that hold pots/pans and some in the shower as well. Also the I found hair in the shower, and 3 dark hairs in the bed and on pillows. Not changing sheets is absolutely disgusting but the staff was already gone for the night by the time we noticed.

The room was nice staff was cool only problem I had was the TV would not work for those 2 days that me and my wife stayed we went for her surprise birthday trip rooms was clean Jacuzzi tub was nice but the TV wouldn't work at all the staff member tried numerous of times to try to get the TV to cutt on but it wouldn't work so relaxation time failed just cause we couldn't sit back and watch a little TV while enjoying time together I'm waiting for a discounted rate from the hotel like the staffed promises or a free night comp like the staff member said but we shall see

I had a very disappointing experience at this inn. The staff and manager were extremely difficult to get ahold of when we needed assistance. Parking was also horrible. The room itself had several problems. Both the toilet and bathroom sink were broken, the beds were squeaky and very uncomfortable, and there was no blind or covering on the bathroom window, which created a serious privacy issue. On top of that, the room looked nothing like the photos shown on the listing. The pictures really need to be updated so guests have an accurate idea of what they are booking. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of responsive customer service made for a horrible stay. I would not recommend this inn based on my experience.
