Priced better than other hotels around it. It was nice to have a PERKINS adjacent to it. It was nice. There were other options like Qdoba, culvers, Arby’s within walking distance, as well as some other shopping like Maurices and TJ Maxx. The air filter in the room was dirty, but I’m used to that. I just wash it out in the tub whenever I arrive. In general, the property is rundown, the carpets are old. The hallways are darker, the rooms are clean, but definitely beat up, and the appliances were dusty. The towels and linens were clean and fresh. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful when we realized the bed in the room was not a queen size bed, and she upgraded us The checkout person was very helpful and accommodating. The staff is wonderful.

The room had a deep whirlpool tub, it made the stay exceptional. Dining options next door and a restaurant diner connected to this hotel. Light breakfast included every morning, hot coffee was available 24 hours during my stay. Quiet, with a business station and printer.

Ideal for long term stays or one night. Nice breakfast nook and my room had a bathtub with jets. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I Recommend seeing Austin, Minnesota!

The outside of the building. Definitely needs a facelift. I'm not as worried about the outside appearance compared to how the employees and staff treat their guest. Definitely not impressed by the pop machine and vending machine. My son got a kit Kat that was melted right out of the machine. Or was so old it's just was there for forever. I don't like being a Debbie downer for the most part the room is very clean my kids were happy hopefully the other guest didn't mind my one-year-old screaming periodically. I like the way the room is set up. Out of everything it was my first interaction with a wonderful upbeat employee that checked me in she's very kindto my younger son. Made us feel very welcomed. I will make sure any time to come back to Austin. I will be staying with you. Thank you!!!

When i went to turn thr the bed, it was obvious thr maid service just made up a dirty bed from the previous guests. Lots of hair and debris. The front desk gentlemen was very nice and offered to change sheets or rooms and i was fine with chsnging sheets. When i went to shower the next day, there was hair and dirt all over the shower. It was clear the maid service just didnt clean the room and only cleaned it up to appear cleaned on the outside. I cant fault the front desk as he was very nice but the maid just didnt care at all and its disgusting to take such lack in pride in your work.

My room smelled terribly of some powerful perfume substance. It was not leftover from the previous occupant they were trying to cover up with some smell. TV did not work in the room. Nobody knew how to fix it. I was not offered another room. The hotel itself was very dirty. I significantly overpay for what was provided.

Hotel room 110 smells like dirty socks/mold. Hits you so bad but arriving at midnight we really all just fell into bed instead of trying to switch rooms but leaving room for breakfast and coming back in was like hitting us with a Bag of bricks. Said something to desk and they shrugged it off like it wasn’t a shock or a surprise. Also there was barely anything for breakfast. No fresh fruit, it was oatmeal, bread, mini muffins, coffee and limited juice. There was also yogurt. No protein options. Housekeeping was slamming doors at 730 in the morning too, bringing loads of towels out of a room. Very terrible stay and we were there less then 8 hours. I do not recommend!

My room was fine. The bathroom needs a deep clean. There was long hair on the toilet seat, the hairdryer my son noticed first it looked like someone died their hair and left the color on the handle. The baseboards we dusty, hair in bathtub, toilet roll holder needed a good wipe down. Staff was great.

Even though they are under renovation, the hotel is clean and new. Rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfast was more than enough. They even had gluten free bagels. Would definitely recommend.

Paper thin walls were the worst. Guy next door carried on a phone conversation on speaker all night. Poor check-in when the desk clerk stopped work to take a phonecall. Though it was business, there was no attempt to resolve it quickly while another guest was trying to check in.

The property in all was just a decent. The free breakfast consist of cereal, bread, rolls and other processed foods. No proteins just carbs. It appears that the property owners don't wanna take responsibility for much. As in vending machines are not their property so if you have a problem you need to get ahold of the vending machine owner. Sign on a door stating that they do not I do believe the words were have stay over services which means they will not Service your room every day. If you need anything gold down to the front desk. They are still blaming shortage of staff on the covid pandemic.

This hotel was kind of disappointing considering what it cost per night, even with an Expedia discount. The room for our son's family was ready, but the one we were assigned had an unmade bed. We were given a different room and a discount. The hotel was generally clean, but we had to ask for more toilet paper. Breakfast is just cold stuff, very basic. There weren't coffee cups our first morning there--a staff member had to run out to get some. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hall way smelled stale. People were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was all high sugar low protein. All the yogurt was 26g of sugar or more. The oatmeal was all flavored and sugar laden. The breakfast needs to be listed as not suitable for diabetic guests.

It was a decent stay for the price. The breakfast was decent for continental. They had biscuits and gravy which was good and waffles in the fridge you could toast. Hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Orange juice didn't work but they had apple juice too.
