Nice location but parking costs 15 euro. However , even so, next day my car was covered in 3mm thick dust from the hotel construction work, I just asked if this is normal and the guy at the reception said kind of yes… I should check with the lady next day which I didn’t want anymore. The toilet button didn’t work properly… but actually the hotel is beautiful and stylish ,staff was nice and breakfast buffet very good.

The staff was friendly & helpful. I could see the Castle from my balcony & the bed was comfortable. I loved the brunch. The chef served fresh eggs & pancakes daily. The pool was fantastic & there was live entertaining every night. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Lloret de Mar.

Some health and safety issues are lacking in the property. The wood pieces in the pool area is moving and hurt my feet. We warned them but they did not care. There are rusty nails in the open. No precautions have been taken. A tall person can easily hit his forehead or face. Unfortunately, there is no professional approach. While the guests are on vacation, the workers are making dowels. It is not clear whether you are on vacation or listening to dowels.

Mycket fint klassiskt hotell i gammal stil. Bra läge nära strand. Bra egen inhägnad parkering för 140 €/dygn. Fin pool, fin bar och uteplats med vidunderlig utsikt. Stort rum i äldre stil men fräscht.

Très bel hôtel, nourriture très bonne, chambre faite chaque jour par contre chambre 523 sinistre car face a un mur, la propreté piscine laisse franchement a désirer, elle n'est pas nettoyée régulièrement,j'ai pris des photos de zones jaunes dans l'eau que j'ai montré à la réception . Il est aussi à bien comprendre que nous sommes 8 étages au dessus de la mer accessible via un long escalier très raide vers centre ville ou par un plus petit escalier qui mène a un parking se trouvant au 6 ème étage d un autre hôtel que vous devrez traverser comme un labyrinthe de chambre pour prendre ascenseur et aller a sa réception au 0 pour vous retrouver en ville. Parking très cher 14 euros par jour toujours complet donc vous devez vous garer en bas de la colonne a monter a chaque fois. Étant seul alors que j'ai payé sur base chambre double obligatoirement j'avais la demi pension j'ai demandé si je pouvais du coup aussi déjeuner vu que je payais deux repas pour un ça m'a été refusé

The hotel common facilities are really beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Be aware that 95% of the room pictures they use are from their special rooms (not standard room). Cleaning was disappointing - dust in the AC and the balcony was so dirty that was impossible to use.

Mir wurde ein Zimmer angeboten was verschimmelt war. Und, wie man 28 Jahre lang ohne Renovierungsmaßnahmen durchhalten kann, ist schon bemerkenswert. Aber der Zimmertausch war ganz einfach - das Schimmel Thema war bekannt. Der Empfang machte Probleme beim Parken.

Super hôtel avec petit déjeuner et dîner inclus, propreté rien à dire, et la vue sur mer est magnifique, et aussi le personnel accueillant que se soit à la réception ou au restaurant 👍 Point négatif : nous n’avons pas eu le lit bébé dans la chambre.

AC in the room we were assigned to was not working. The front desk attendant tried 5 rooms before he found a room with a working AC. There was only 1 employee in the entire hotel that night. The carpet outside our room was dirty and smelled of mould. The sea facing room from the first floor was very average. Staff members (few of them) were very good.. Breakfast spread was good

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille. L’hôtel est très propre, que ce soit dans la chambre ou les parties communes. Le personnel est impeccable et toujours aimable. Le buffet est bon et varié, renouvelé tous les soirs. Animations sympathiques chaque soir, et une magnifique vue sur Lloret. La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnelle, avec une clim efficace et une literie très confortable. En revanche, pas du tout insonorisée : on entend les voisins et les bruits du couloir. La salle de bain manque de rangements (à 3, pas d’espace pour poser les affaires de toilette). Les rideaux sont occultants mais laissent passer la lumière au lever du soleil. Le Wi-Fi est capricieux, mieux vaut prévoir la 4G. Parking pratique. Accès à la ville soit par un escalier (très raide à remonter), soit via l’hôtel voisin Alba Seleqtta en utilisant leur ascenseur (astuce bien utile !). Un bon séjour globalement, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, malgré quelques défauts à connaître.

Was surprised by the high reviews on this property so I decided to give it a chance. It is cheap, but you get what you pay for, and nothing more. I booked a two bed room months in advance and when we arrived they said they were sold out of that room. The room they put us in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wore my shoes in the room because my feet would get so dirty if I didn’t. It was also moldy and musty in our bathroom. They charge you for use of safe in your room. The housekeeping also entered our room multiple times without announcing themselves and would often do it so early, it would wake us up. Staff was extremely unfriendly and quick to rush you out as well. The landscaping is beautiful and that would be my only positive comment.

Det luktar avlopp i hela rummet konstant! Det luktar mögel i korridorerna, puts ramlar av. Slitna möbler på rummet, fuktskadat golv. Ovårdad uteplats med skräp från tidigare gäster. Dåligt städat! Hotellet har inget gott kaffe! All dryck till middag kostar extra trots halv pantion! Positivt med utsikten, parkeringen och närhet till allt. Kommer inte tillbaka! Tyvärr!

Nice located hotel with nice view dont get me wrong. On the cleanliness side it was more then terrible. We change room 15 minutes after we check in because our room smell terrible. It was smelling like mold. (See attached pictures if possible) The hallway to go at your room if very unclean. Its unfortunate because the pool and view from dining area is amazing. If you are sensitive to clean places DO NOT GO THERE!

l hôtel est très bien implanté et de plus splendide. Cela dit les chambres sont vieillissantes et le confort de ces dernières spartiate. La nourriture et le ptit déjeuner sont excellents.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the staff is amazing, very attentive, they all speak English. The property was clean but all the furniture needs updating, some chairs were broken, the one in our room was dangerous to sit on. The view from the pool and patio were amazing, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastisk beliggenhet. Hotellet er fint men rommen lever ikke op til 4 stjerner. Litt slitt og uten noe ekstra som vannkoker eller vann. Betaling for safe på et 4 stjerners hotel er lit drøyt. Spisesalen svær og upersonlig men med god variert frokost. Fine uteområder. Litt charterstuk over hotellet men beliggenhet er som sagt topp.

Booked a comfort triple room with partial sea view. There was no aspect of comfort to the tired old room with three single beds crammed so tight you could barely get between. No space in bathroom to put any toiletries. Shower looked so awful I couldn’t bring myself to use it. A partial view means walking outside to the overgrown ‘terrace’ turning 45 degrees and glimpsing the ocean. When I questioned the unfriendly front of house staff if we were in right room she said yes it was a ‘lateral’ view of the sea. Speaking of staff the woman at the front was rude and patronising, not just to me but aggressive to another group and yelled at a young exhausted guest to move her car - even though there is NO parking available, despite being charged €13. Felt like an old people’s home filled with scary mismatched decor. There is far better in Lloret.

The property is located in an amazing setting! Beautiful views, great outdoor and indoor common spaces! Pool is great as well and all other restaurant and bar facilities! However- the rooms are a completely different story! Small, dark and full of moisture! It’s a shame that a really nice property like this doesn’t have matching rooms to the overall feel!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille. L’hôtel est très propre, que ce soit dans la chambre ou les parties communes. Le personnel est impeccable et toujours aimable. Le buffet est bon et varié, renouvelé tous les soirs. Animations sympathiques chaque soir, et une magnifique vue sur Lloret. La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnelle, avec une clim efficace et une literie très confortable. En revanche, pas du tout insonorisée : on entend les voisins et les bruits du couloir. La salle de bain manque de rangements (à 3, pas d’espace pour poser les affaires de toilette). Les rideaux sont occultants mais laissent passer la lumière au lever du soleil. Le Wi-Fi est capricieux, mieux vaut prévoir la 4G. Parking pratique. Accès à la ville soit par un escalier (très raide à remonter), soit via l’hôtel voisin Alba Seleqtta en utilisant leur ascenseur (astuce bien utile !). Un bon séjour globalement, avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, malgré quelques défauts à connaître.

The suite overlooking the Mediterranean was fantastic, the breakfast was top-notch, and the staff was friendly. If I could improve one thing it would be the front desk's ability to help one customer at a time. The gal at the front desk working the late shift kept going back and forth between myself and an undecisive group of people that kept asking questions while I waited for my room key. I know it's Europe, and patience is a virtue, but a 20-minute check-in near midnight when all you want to do is sleep does test your patience. I didn't complain since the receptionist really was doing her best, was absolutely professional and warm, but just didn't prioritize customers properly. I hesitate in even bringing it up. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

Booked a comfort triple room with partial sea view. There was no aspect of comfort to the tired old room with three single beds crammed so tight you could barely get between. No space in bathroom to put any toiletries. Shower looked so awful I couldn’t bring myself to use it. A partial view means walking outside to the overgrown ‘terrace’ turning 45 degrees and glimpsing the ocean. When I questioned the unfriendly front of house staff if we were in right room she said yes it was a ‘lateral’ view of the sea. Speaking of staff the woman at the front was rude and patronising, not just to me but aggressive to another group and yelled at a young exhausted guest to move her car - even though there is NO parking available, despite being charged €13. Felt like an old people’s home filled with scary mismatched decor. There is far better in Lloret.

The staff was friendly & helpful. I could see the Castle from my balcony & the bed was comfortable. I loved the brunch. The chef served fresh eggs & pancakes daily. The pool was fantastic & there was live entertaining every night. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Lloret de Mar.

La situation est très bonne : dans la ville mais au calme (sur les hauteurs) Le staff est très sympa, agréable et souriant 👍 Le buffet du restaurant très bon La seule contrainte ce sont les les escaliers pour aller et revenir dans la ville (a pieds), mais cela permet d’éliminer le petit-déjeuner très copieux 😉

Spisesalen svær og upersonlig men med god variert frokost. Fine uteområder. Litt charterstuk over hotellet men beliggenhet er som sagt topp.

We are so glad we booked here for a 1 night stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The hotel and grounds are lovely and the views are outstanding. The breakfast was nice an enough choice for all. We will definitely be back and booking a longer trip with a sea view!

Dans l’ensemble bon séjour, nous sommes restés 3nuits. Le point négatif est la restauration. Autant le matin au pdj cela était correcte, mais le soir en demi pension le self n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. Dommage le reste des prestations est très bien.

Sejour agreable. Petit bemole sur une cuisine un peu trop salé sachant que la bouteille d eau est facturé 3 euros Un chambre pour 4 personnes avec uniquement 2 chaises sur la terrasse, pas possible d en avoir 2 de plus meme apres demande. Tarif des boissons un peu excessif je trouve.

We had the breakfast lunch and dinner option which was great as well as free evening entertainment (such as flamenco etc) which was great. Great pool & bar area with most amazing view. Easy access to beach & town via sister Hotel Alba's lift. Parking onsite was 16€ and probably best option.
