Nuestra estancia en Villa Paulita ha sido feliz. Habitación perfecta, a pesar de ser estandart, ya que mi madre no podía subir escaleras y estaba a pie de jardin. Comer, tomar algo en el jardin y admirar la belleza del edificio es fantástico. Cerca del centro, a pie de lago para pasear, tomar fotos con diferentes luces, en el atardecer, con sus cisnes y patitos. Delicioso. Quizás la habitación tenía poca luz artificial para leer, pero esto es fácil de solucionar. La comida del restaurante perfecta. La chica que da masajes fantástica ya que me aconsejó muy bién para adelgazar. Hay calma, paz. Se paga el parking pero vale la pena por la comodidad. Y por último, el personal nos trajo las maletas a la habitación ya que nosotras no podíamos por la espalda. Volveremos sin duda!!!! Gracias por todo!

Dès mon arrivée on m’a signalé que l’accès piscine est facturé 15€ l’heure par personne ce qui n’est pas noté sur le liste hôtel.com Le réceptionniste m’a expliqué quand réservant par eux l’accès est gratuit mais pas par hôtel. Com Je n’ai pas trouvé ça sympa alors que n’avions prévu nos maillots de bain pour y accéder

Emplacement idéal au bord du lac. Il ne manque qu un balcon pour les chambres de l annexe et une piscine extérieure pour les beaux jours. Très bel espace spa : piscine couverte, hammam, jacuzzi.

A beautiful place to relax and unwind in the mountains. Situated in the charming old part of town with good restaurant and bar choices. The hotel grounds are lovely with lots of space to relax under the trees for meals or drinks.

A beautiful property situated on the shore of a pond in the center of town. The villa is beautifully restored, and the adjacent restaurant has terrific views. The rooms are located in a nearby building. The rooms are modern and snazzy, perhaps a bit too much. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large, but it was difficult, nearly impossible, to close and open the sliding door to the bathroom. By no means a show-stopper, but a bit more thought should have been put into designing the bathroom for use by humans. All in all, highly recommended. After all, no place is perfect.

Très bel hôtel ! Le lieu est vraiment charmant, les chambres, la literie est confortable. Le spa est petit mais il faut réserver à l’arrivée pour éviter d’être trop nombreux (ce qui n’est pas plus mal). Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix. Nous avions une chambre sous les toits dans le bâtiment principal et le point négatif c’est la température !! L’hôtel est surchauffé, il faisait une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre. Impossible de gérer depuis la chambre, nous avons du laissé la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit pour respirer, et malgré les 5 degrés de l’extérieur la chambre n’a pas refroidie…dommage !

Restés 2 nuits dans le cadre d’une halte dans les Pyrénées catalanes, cette hôtel est un petit havre de paix. Collé au jardin et au lac municipaux, le réveil se fait aux chants des oiseaux et des oies. Le personnel est aux petits soins et le cadre est calme. El personal muy amable y atento. El emplazamiento expectacular, al lado del lago y con unos jardines muy bonitos. La apariencia externa del hotel inmejorable, pero las habitaciones no son de un 5 estrellas, y el precio es excesivo para lo que es. Habitación simple, pequeña con entrada directa desde el jardín. Productos de aseo gratuitos, incluidas zapatillas y albornoz, cepillo de dientes y secador. El baño muy grande con doble seno, bañera y ducha pero las puertas del aseo y el baño no cierran, por lo que 0 intimidad. Luces alogenas que a parte de no ser sostenible dan mucho calor, por suerte el aire acondicionado funciona. Agujeros en el techo de la habitación y mobiliario simple y de materiales low cost. Puertas sin tiradores ni guías. Cama de matrimonio que son 2 independientes juntas. Desayuno (18)y spa (15) no incluidos, tampoco hay hervidor ni cafetera, sólo minibar de pago, hasta el agua. La señora de la limpieza entró cuando salimos a desayunar y tuvimos que esperar fuera cuando volvimos, hasta que acabó, nunca nos había pasado esto en ningún otro hotel. Por otro lado, el restaurante del hotel muy bueno, tanto el servicio como la comida y con vistas al lago. Lo recomiendo por la ubicación, el personal y porque el conjunto es muy bonito pero en mi opinión, no vale lo que cuesta.

El Hotel es una maravilla, su personal muy atento y la limpieza muy bien. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue el precio de la estancia y el servicio de comida en el restaurante al medio día (tuvieron un error y tardaron casi 1 hora en servirnos aunque tuvieron la amabilidad de no cobrarnos el vino)
El Hotel es una maravilla, su personal muy atento y la limpieza muy bien. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue el precio de la estancia y el servicio de comida en el restaurante al medio día (tuvieron un error y tardaron casi 1 hora en servirnos aunque tuvieron la amabilidad de no cobrarnos el vino)

It's a nice hotel with great staff but the drains in my room's bathroom (Rm. 14) smelled really bad. They could not be resolved during my 3-night stay. Quite an expensive stay overall. Very close to town so 10 minutes walking found some open restaurants.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building across from a lovely lake & park. The room was adequate, but the bathroom is odd. There is a full window from the room with full views of the shower and toilet which didn’t leave any privacy. The shower also sprayed all over the bathroom when we tried to use it.

Dans l'ensemble cet hôtel est plutôt un 3 étoiles si l'on excepte les spa qui est très agréable. Localisation parfaite. Literie dure et chambre petite. J'ai très mal dormi. Pour un 4 étoiles, je m'attendais à un petit déjeuner un peu plus qualitatif

Cela fait plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement merveilleusement situé au bord du lac. C'est dire que nous l'apprecions mais... Le charme n'est pas le même au niveau de l'annexe, il y faisait une chaleur insupportable au point que nous avons dû ouvrir la porte fenêtre d'entrée, le reglage de la clim etant inopérant. C'est moyennement sûr en rez-de chaussée. Lorsque nous l'avons signalé à notre départ, cela n'a vraiment pas semblé intéresser l'hôtesse de l'accueil. Enfin et pour la première fois, le petit déjeuné était moins que médiocre: choix restreint, quantités limités avec un renouvellement parcimonieux, impossibilité d'avoir ne serait-ce qu'un œuf au plat. C'était décevant.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Restaurant could have been more welcoming for the evening so we decided to eat in town nearby on foot where there is a lot of choice. Rooms were very comfortable but sound insulation not brilliant.

This is a very nice hotel next to a beautiful park with a small lake. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. There is a very good restaurant onsite and parking is conveniently onsite.

La.habitacion es normal, lo bueno que tiene es que esta cerca del Estany de Puigcerda. El personal de limpieza correctisimo El.personal de recepcion muy poco profesional. Nuestra estancia en Villa Paulita ha sido feliz. Habitación perfecta, a pesar de ser estandart, ya que mi madre no podía subir escaleras y estaba a pie de jardin. Comer, tomar algo en el jardin y admirar la belleza del edificio es fantástico. Cerca del centro, a pie de lago para pasear, tomar fotos con diferentes luces, en el atardecer, con sus cisnes y patitos. Delicioso. Quizás la habitación tenía poca luz artificial para leer, pero esto es fácil de solucionar. La comida del restaurante perfecta. La chica que da masajes fantástica ya que me aconsejó muy bién para adelgazar. Hay calma, paz. Se paga el parking pero vale la pena por la comodidad. Y por último, el personal nos trajo las maletas a la habitación ya que nosotras no podíamos por la espalda. Volveremos sin duda!!!! Gracias por todo!

El Hotel es una maravilla, su personal muy atento y la limpieza muy bien. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue el precio de la estancia y el servicio de comida en el restaurante al medio día (tuvieron un error y tardaron casi 1 hora en servirnos aunque tuvieron la amabilidad de no cobrarnos el vino)

Cela fait plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement merveilleusement situé au bord du lac. C'est dire que nous l'apprecions mais... Le charme n'est pas le même au niveau de l'annexe, il y faisait une chaleur insupportable au point que nous avons dû ouvrir la porte fenêtre d'entrée, le reglage de la clim etant inopérant. C'est moyennement sûr en rez-de chaussée. Lorsque nous l'avons signalé à notre départ, cela n'a vraiment pas semblé intéresser l'hôtesse de l'accueil. Enfin et pour la première fois, le petit déjeuné était moins que médiocre: choix restreint, quantités limités avec un renouvellement parcimonieux, impossibilité d'avoir ne serait-ce qu'un œuf au plat. C'était décevant.

There is a full window from the room with full views of the shower and toilet which didn’t leave any privacy. The shower also sprayed all over the bathroom when we tried to use it.

La habitación daba a una calle ruidosa el aire acondicionado no funcionaba el restaurante estaba cerrado no daban cena ni comidas y por último, a la hora de desayunar nos recordamos que no hacían desayunos. Solo nos podía dar un poco de jamón dulce y un huevo frito. Aparte el precio no refleja la realidad de los servicios un desastre una estafa no volveré nunca más, aconsejo que nadie vaya.

A beautiful property situated on the shore of a pond in the center of town. The villa is beautifully restored, and the adjacent restaurant has terrific views. The rooms are located in a nearby building. The rooms are modern and snazzy, perhaps a bit too much. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large, but it was difficult, nearly impossible, to close and open the sliding door to the bathroom. By no means a show-stopper, but a bit more thought should have been put into designing the bathroom for use by humans. All in all, highly recommended. After all, no place is perfect.

Le spa est petit mais il faut réserver à l’arrivée pour éviter d’être trop nombreux (ce qui n’est pas plus mal). Excellent petit déjeuner avec du choix. Nous avions une chambre sous les toits dans le bâtiment principal et le point négatif c’est la température !! L’hôtel est surchauffé, il faisait une chaleur insupportable dans la chambre. The hotel and location was excellent, my only concern was the price of the breakfast was expensive in comparison to what you can get a 5-10 walk to the square. The cost to use the spa i thought was also excessive 15 euro an hour per person and each time i checked it was empty.

Staying at Villa Paulita was a superb experience. My only small criticisms were the lack of tissues in the room and no drinking water supplied on each day. For a hotel of the standard and price these should be supplied gratis.
