They didn’t give me the room i booked and paid for at the check in. So it was a hassle.. they talknog a courtesy buffet which is comprised of soft apples and fabricated sugar loaded muffin. They should get rid of it entirely or just say there are complimentary apples. Hotel is in a train station where bus services also operate. When we stayed there was no train services in the region, butbif it were sound isolation is not enough. Uou either wake up by a train or by an inter-city bus

The bus stop was right outside the hotel. Would have been even more convenient if the train was running too.

Breakfast was excellent, with many options. The room was big, but had an odd layout. There was a sofa in the entry room and a wardrobe. Buy in the bedroom, not a single chair...only 2 small night stands. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Another oddity is spa use. It's available by reservation for 30 minutes and you need to pick up the key at the front desk. I went down at my time and she told me the guy had not returned the key. So, we went up together and she gave me the key and told me to return in a few minutes when the guy left. So by the time I entered it was 15 minutes into my 30. So, I literally soaked for 12, which gave me time to dry off and return the key to the desk for the next reservation. It's a stupid protocol.
