The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location, especially if you want to stay close to the Sardinero area. You can find free parking around the hotel, but you’ll need to be patient and keep looking. The housekeeping staff and luggage attendants were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not friendly at all and provided very little assistance when we had questions. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but the customer service at the front desk could definitely be improved.

Loved the location of this hotel. Beach is within a couple minutes walk, also there are some great restaurants and coffee nearby. It’s also really close to the tunnel to walk into the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful as well.

Reception staff excellent. Check in quick and we loved the room upgrade to water view - stunning. Recommend other travellers pay the extra to get a water view room on a high floor. Room well equipped and very comfortable. Relax lounges (two) were lovely to meet others or read. Would definitely return.
