Great location by the beach, wonderful views. Restaurant was really good and breakfast was so varied and really tasty. Would definitely stay again.

Good points...the staff on the desk were helpful. Negative things..parking was disappointing and stressful. No spaces...queues to try to park...awful experience. I was very disappointed in the infinity pool. Most of it is about 10-15 cm deep so it looks pretty on a photo but is hardly a swimming pool! The deeper part where one can swim, only has width for 1-2 people. The arrangement for picking up fresh pool towels and having to wait at reception, where clients are checking in or out, is frustrating and time-wasting. Needs changing, in my opinion. The food is ok but more variety needed...especially for the breakfast buffet.

The room was great. The pool requires reservations for the lounge chairs. And the hotel restaurant closed in the middle of the day- leaving us scrambling for a meal when we.arrived. We ended up getting groceries.

The check in was fine. Front desk staff or helpful, friend and efficient. The hotel itself is comfortable and well decorated. But....WiFi signal in the room was weak with a slow and unstable connection. My mobile phone provided much better service. There is no room service. You have to order from the bar and then go down and pickup the food yourself. So I made 3 trips up and down with 3 trays, plus the trip downstairs to order. And in the end, the bar tender didn't right down the room number correctly so of course, we didn't get our phone call. Funny, considering not just an hour or two earlier the same bar tender served us drinks that went on our room bill. The food was cold and I had to ask them to reheat it. You would have thought the bar tender would make sure of that without being prompted The lights in the public bathrooms are on timers, the sensors are slow to react and I believe the main bathroom light needs to be on in order for the toilet light to function. A person can wind up sitting on the toilet in the pitch black. The breakfast was great but the coffee from the machines was lousy. The pre-filtered coffee was a dark, strong blend. But, all in, well located hotel with friendly staff and a management that probably undervalues the importance of detail and the customer experience. The hotel's excuse is - we are 3 stars. Fine, but we paid 4 star prices or at least could have expected more than a 3 star service.

Had a great stay. Great view of the bay. Good breakfast. Great pool ( no changing room). Clean and everything worked. Room not luxurious but pleasant.
