Works around hotel make the stay just unbearable. Staff at check in counter were not helpful at all. Rude at times. And, this is not a 5 star hotel by any means, 4 at best.

The reception staff are great, friendly and efficient. The communal spaces are tired and need decorating or at least a deep clean. Our room was lovely and big and relatively newly renovated, again attention to detail on repairs/deep cleaning is needed. Great location.

Vert friendly staff, helt with differens things and breakfast was very nice. Will stay there next time I am in Santander again.
