Excellent location,easy parking. Spacious very comfortable room. Bonus having a kettle & tea & coffee. Quiet room. Large very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Good cafe/restaurant with good choice of dishes reasonably priced. Friendly efficient staff. Only negative was spurious splash mark stains on door surrounds in male toilets by reception…. floor was regularly washed and bleached but door surrounds missed…

Location is EXCELLENT, in the heart of the city with phenomenal dining options all around, walking to the Mercado La Esperanza, Centro Botin, all the jobs on Calle Lealtad, etc. Hotel is overpriced for the comfort and amenities offered. TV channels are only in Spanish, not even 1 single English channel so it's like they use an antenna to pick up local channels only and not pay for cable or satellite like most hotels in their price range offer. Paper cups for coffee that disintegrate within mins so you have to be quick to drink whatever you put it and not get a 3rd degree burn. Hotel advertises parking but it's incredibly limited, costs 22 EUR if/when available. There's a public parking at the Mercado La Esperanza which is literally 2-3mins walk and it cost 19 EUR.

Polvo en muchos sitios de la habitación, manía con dejar solo una toalla de ducha siendo 2 personas,la nevera del mini bar no funcionaba, ventana pequeña con vistas a un patio interior, desayuno buffet corto en opciones para el precio que tiene, aunque de buena calidad y con personal atento y amable. The hotel is in the middle of town on a very busy road, so is very noisy even with the double glazing. I wouldn't pay the extra for a city view as all you can see is the apartment blocks opposite. The rooms are ridiculously hot as like most Spanish hotels this time of year they turn off their air conditioning ,so it's irrelevant if it's 20 plus degrees outside you just roast. The restaurant staff in particular breakfast were rude and for some stange reason decided to clean one of the two coffee machines in the middle of service, ridiculous. Finally I've never been to a hotel who charged to top up the coffee and tea supplies in the room.

Cracking hotel in ideal location.. 5 minute walk from bush and train station and only minutes from a great selection of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again only negative was there seemed to be no soundproofing in rooms and could hear people walking about above and below..

The hotel is in the middle of town on a very busy road, so is very noisy even with the double glazing. I wouldn't pay the extra for a city view as all you can see is the apartment blocks opposite. The rooms are ridiculously hot as like most Spanish hotels this time of year they turn off their air conditioning ,so it's irrelevant if it's 20 plus degrees outside you just roast. The restaurant staff in particular breakfast were rude and for some stange reason decided to clean one of the two coffee machines in the middle of service, ridiculous. Finally I've never been to a hotel who charged to top up the coffee and tea supplies in the room.

Great toom nice and clean very good breakfast choice with helpful staff. Reception staff also very helpful with knowledge of local area and gave out local maps. Only thing was paper cups on room! I like a hot drink in room in a mug or cup xx

No enough towels, coffee, we were 3 people in the room, the refrigerator did not work well we have to throw the food. we reserved Parking, First night they did not reserved it , they were full, they did not have anyone to help with the suitcases

Hotel is in a great location . All the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in several hours before 3 pm which was a big bonus for us . We would definitely use this hotel on our next visit
