Staff is amazing. Food was fantastic and fresh. Everywhere was clean. I added a 90 min massage and would do again. Onsen was beautiful and peaceful. I will be booking here again.

Super relaxing, had all the amenities we needed, including on site ski rentals which saved our trip after our luggage was lost by the airlines.

There is a very cozy atmosphere at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the views were amazing and the snow sports were legendary. From the equipment rental facility inside the hotel to dining on the slopes mid-mountain, this was a magical resort. I really hope to return to An'nupuri soon. It was great. HIGHLY recommended. A+

Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU and Niseko Hanazono Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Enjoy the area's slopes with downhill skiing and ski runs, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling and snowshoeing.
