Very thoughtful service. Location is opposite Furano train station and there is a supermarket nearby so it is very convenient to stay at. The room and furniture is slightly old. There are chargeable washing machines and dryers available at the lobby.

Excellent hotel with very nice staff. Always helpful, serviceminded and the onsen after skiing the whole day is just amazing. If any suggestion when it comes to improvement would be to have a breakfast with bufé. Anyhow - we will be back next year

Hotel is very near the JR station so it’s good for those who use public transport. Free parking is available onsite as well for those who drive. There’s also a supermarket behind the hotel and plenty of dining options surrounding the hotel. All in all, it’s very convenient. However, the hotel room we stayed in don’t have a blacked out night curtain! After sunrise at 4AM, we pretty much couldn’t fall asleep again as the room was fully lit up by bright sun light. Aircon in our room was constantly on start-stop so it’s quite annoying as well.

This place was such a lovely clean and relaxing spot. It was right in the middle of furano city centre, loads of great places to eat walking distance, the check-in was all automated so very easy, and we even hired bikes from just round the corner to ride down to other sites and flower fields. An extremely lovely stay and would defo recommend for anyone going to Furano

Cafe in hotel is not in operation theoretically! 3 days advance booking for dinner is required. Location is good. Reception service is friendly. Nearby convenient stores. Next door sushi restaurant is pricey. Tourism Information is nearby but poor info.
