La Vista Furano Hills Natural Hot Spring

Great hotel, super nice onsen, loved the private onsens and massage chairs, room was spacious and clean, newer hotel, good views, location was good for what we wanted

The hotel has both public and private onsen and provides probiotic drinks, wafer ice cream and popsicles after guests had done onsen. The highlight of the stay is clearly the wide range of both Western and Japanese foods available at its buffet breakfast. Room is very clean and comfortable. Front desk and service staff are very polite and helpful.

The La Vista Furano is a lovely hotel, with a great location, and a fantastic spa. At the 9th floor public bath, you can choose from indoor or outdoor hot pools, warm pool, cold pool, sauna, and water massage. Also on the same floor are massage chairs with a view of the ski resort and the mountains, and complementary ice cream. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with western, Japanese, and some Chinese options. Rooms are very comfortable. Service is excellent as well. Overall a great place, that I would come back to.

La Vista is part of Dormy Inn chain. Enjoyed the breakfast and onsen. Check in early for parking close to hotel.

Good breakfast buffet. But the onsen has a very strong chlorine smell. Not pleasant. There are not many accommodation choices in Furano.

The parking lot is not attached to hotel building but they provide transportation services, not very convenient however acceptable. Room is nice and comfy. Best feature of this hotel is the public hot spring! Well maintained and spacious, I like it so much thus used 4 times during my 2 nights stay. My family enjoyed the snacks they offered.

除了大浴池外，還有三間免費個人湯屋。湯屋外面的休息室，有免費按摩椅、冰淇淋等，太棒了。

Private onsen did not have information how to line up. I went 2 times and this is 3rd time. 2 pairs Hong Kong people before me only allow me to line up the first room.they also line up the first room. 2nd n 3 rd room are available. Last time I line up which I like. I don’t want to bargain with them

屋上展望風呂が気持ちよい。家族風呂はなかなか空かない。 コインランドリーが男女別。 洗濯無料、乾燥機のみコイン。 パスタディナーはデザートが美味しい。パスタは麺が柔らかい。くっついててほぐしながら食べた。 低層階の展望はいまいち。高層階はきれいだろう。

早餐和溫泉是富良野的頂級，還有酒店提供的免費小食和按摩椅都令人很難忘。某些房型偏小，ski locker數量有限，洗衣房在滑雪高峰期要排隊，但這對有經驗的滑雪旅客來說問題不太大。唯一比較可惜的是酒店停車位不足，有時候自駕要把車停到比較遠的停車場，然後要在大雪中步行回酒店，這對自駕人士來說不太友善。整體而言它的早餐、溫泉、及員工服務都是一流。

家族3人で1泊しました。 どこも清潔でスタッフの方も廊下で会うと気持ちよくあいさつをしてくださり親切でとても丁寧な対応でした。 ホスピタリティ溢れてる印象です。 湯上りのアイスやドリンク、夜鳴きそばなどサービスも充実していて良かったです。 景色も綺麗で本当に快適でした。 お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

利便性が良い 大浴場が広くて清潔で眺望も満足 紹介頂いた夕食のお店に大満足 ありがとうございました

とても良い施設でした。優しいスタッフがおり癒されました。ただスタッフの対応に差があり、そこを改善していただければと思いました。貸切風呂もとても良かったのですが、大勢の人が使う分、掃除が行き届いていないのが残念でした。

ホコリが結構あった。

部屋の掃除がなってなかった。 ホコリだらけ シャワー室の床がピンクカビでした。 残念でした。

トイレが下水臭くて最悪でした。 ご飯は美味しいです。

Helpful staff stored our luggage until checkin. Buffet breakfast had many choices (including very fresh sushi and local Hokkaido specialties). Rooms and onsen were very clean.

娘が見つけた共立リゾートグループのLa VISTA富良野。 2022.09.04(日)～06(火)の2泊3日ツイン朝食付きで予約。 JR富良野駅から徒歩数分のアクセス最高。 初日は、成田空港からLCCピーチで新千歳空港到着。JR快速エアポートで札幌駅へ。札幌駅前から高速バス2時間半で富良野へ。 バス停は、JR富良野駅前。 部屋は広く清潔。シャワールーム、トイレ、洗面所は別々になっており使い勝手がよい。 最上階の天然温泉大浴場、露天風呂は、眺めがよくお気に入り。 無料で使える貸切風呂が3つあり、全てに入浴できた。 朝食は、とても美味しく、品数、量ともに大満足。

客室は狭い感じでしたが清潔で気持ち良く使えた。お風呂もとても気持ち良かったです。

Nice onsen, close to station and the rooms have a nice view. Skibusses rum from the station with rather low frequence to and from the slopes.

Room too small

Hotel was just fine, nothing special. Onsen was a great. There were also three private baths. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was very small.

Onsen facilities were nice. The rooms however were quite small and so I feel the pricing is high especially in a small town like Furano.

Well equipped quadruple room with a separate bedroom which is perfect for families. Restaurants are in close proximity within walkable distance. Nice onsen on top floor

Room was too small

Room is very spacious and hot spring is super, dinner, late night ramen, breakfast and hot spring lounge all great.

房間寬敞但枕頭不夠挺身，雖然取多一個，但都是不舒適。酒店早餐非常豐富，有日式及西式，非常美味。浸溫泉也很舒適。

Love the onsen. Everything about this hotel is great. Just that the bed and pillow is alittle too hard for my body xD woke up with a body ache every night. Overall is great!

While it is an old hotel, it is relatively well kept. I particularly enjoyed the onsen; it has both common & private facilities. Useful if the staff at check in could converse in English

Our family of 4 arrived at Furano La Vista hotel and stayed for 2 nights. We were welcomed by a staff in the front desk and checked in. We had also indicated that we would like a room on a higher floor but she insisted that there were only 5 floors available (in fact there were 8 floors in total). Moreover, we asked the front desk staff to help us call a local farm to help us book a Furano melon buffet. Disappointingly, she refused and didn’t even bother to help us translate, leaving us feeling frustrated due to language barrier. At dinner time, we told the staff politely that we would like to sit by the window. However, the staff said guests can only “reserve” to sit by the window side but we saw later that the restaurant staff didn’t even ask for other guests’ name (local Japanese) and guided them to the window seats. Therefore, we felt discriminated and disappointed. Later that night, when we left the room for hot spring, we switched off the air conditioner. When we came back, we found that the air conditioner can’t be turned on and the room was very stuffy. We called the staff and we were arranged to another room on the 8th floor (as before mentioned the front desk staff insisted that there were only 5 floors). Therefore, we felt disappointed because of the unfriendly staff to non-Japanese guests and we would not recommend this hotel.

The family loved the laundry, onsen, yummy complementary ramen for supper as well as the wonderful breakfast selections. We drive and loved the location and connectivity to all nearby places of interests. Many thanks also to the hotel staff for forwarding a pouch we left behind all the way to our Niseko hotel.

お出迎えからチェックインまで対応がすごく良かった。ホテルの前の枯葉も綺麗に掃除されていました、違うホテルの前を通りましたがそちらは枯葉だらけでした。意識の高さを感じました。

我係住宿期間在外不小心弄傷了腳，酒店職員見我要被朋友扶進酒店，不能行動，立即借出輪椅給我！非常貼心！而且酒店每晚也有免費拉麵消夜，非常出色。 另外，由於入住時間下大雪，租的車擋風玻璃及門都結了冰，職員見我們處理不了也立立即拿出除雪劑幫忙！

Great hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff from the gentleman who greeted us at the door, reception staff, kitchen staff etc. Best service we had during our trip. Nice big rooms and very clean. We came with a car and parking was easy.

駐車場がバラバラで遠い。 電話をした時のスタッフの対応が残念でした。

酒店應該是位於JR 站附近，可能因疫情和在19:30才 check in ，很多食肆都關閉，但不只在富良野，其實我這次北海道行程去過的地方有一半的食肆或shopping area都未ready 好，酒店就不錯，都整潔方便，23:00 前還有免費宵夜拉麵

Nice location in town, short drive to the ski area, easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Good, quiet and comfortable hotel, near the station. Maybe a bit far for walking to restaurants and shops, but OK as we had a car. Parking provided nearby.

Definitely the best hotel I have stayed for my trip in Hokkaido. Excellent amenities including free late night noodles. Onsen included private ones, which is awesome. Amazing breakfast choice! Right by JR station yet very quiet location. 5 min walk to the restaurants in town.

It’s near a railway track and the vicinity is surrounded by rather dumpy looking homes.

Highly recommend this hotel with hot spring facilities! Hotel is near JR station, airport bus drops at a nearby hotel with 5 min walking distance in the heavy snow. There are a lot of eatery options in 5 mins walking distance and a drugstore at JR Sapporo station! We enjoyed ourselves during the stay. For trips out, just inform front desk to call a taxi for you and they’ll gladly help!

There are not a lot around the area but find enough to cover basics.

施設はスキー場も近く最高です!露天風呂とサウナも良かったですし、部屋から富良野スキー場も見えて最高です!周りにお店やコンビニは無いので買ってから現地向かったほうが良いです。

The breakfast was fantastic

非常推薦的飯店，我們在Lavista住了四晚，預定的是含早晚餐，早餐真的是厲害，晚餐是義式套餐，有前菜、湯、主餐（義大利麵/pizza/...)、甜點、飲料。除了飲料每天選單一樣，其他整套每天都有不同創意而且很好吃。免費宵夜拉麵比雪場付費的還好吃。

Excellent hotel. Really fantastic breakfast and a great onsen

房間整潔、酒店設施良好、泊車方便、職員服務良好、浴池不錯，更有免費的私人浴池使用，值得讃！唯一是晚餐只有意大利粉，沒有其他選擇，而且份量太少，對男仕是不夠的，希望可以多些選擇。

This hotel does “NOT” offer dinner. The option- 1 stay 2 meal is wrong

部屋は広く、全体的にとてもおしゃれな造りでした。特筆すべきは朝食の種類の多さです。今までで最高クラスです。北海道らしいものもたくさんあり、味付けもとてもよかったです。夜鳴きそばのサービスなどもあり、楽しめました。ただ、夕食のレストランが洋食一択のみだったのが残念です。
