Bath room hadn't been cleaned, old used bar of soap still in bahtub. Handicapped room had the lower peephole in the door, but nothing in it, someone could have looked right in. Room overall wasn't very clean. Indoor pool wasn't clean and not heated.

Elevator broken; really odd smells throughout the property. The first floor smelled like cats or kitty litter. The dining area had an odd odor (which might have been the dirty mom bucket sitting in the dining area throughout the entire time we were there which was gross). The rooms could stand for a deep clean. The beds were fine, but the floors and bathrooms not great. The doors slam loudly and do not have a catching mechanism so if you have a neighbor that is not actively closing the door slowly, it will slam every time they go in and out, which woke me up quite a few times. The breakfast was lackluster- eggs/sausage not hot; danishes incredibly stale; and the coffee was basically water that they maybe used a half teaspoon of coffee grounds for. The dining area was overall clean with an attendant present; however, the mop bucket in the area was gross. I thought this stay was incredibly disappointing, and with all the issues, should have been half the price it was.

The elevator was broken & we were on the 3rd floor. Got into the room & the shower was disgusting!! The place was so bad I checked for bed bugs! Seems like they were more of a homeless hotel. We left after 30 minutes & drove through the night to get home. They refused a refund!

The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was well laid out for all six of us to be comfortable in the same space. Each staff member we interacted with was both friendly and professional. The breakfast included quite a few different options (all of the ones we tried were tasty). The breakfast staff was especially kind. The pool was small but well maintained and open! (We used it more than once.) Would recommend.

The property was on the older side. The person who checked me in was NOT friendly at all. The room was very spacious, but again, needed updating. The pool was excellent; clean, nice size and the water was a decent temperature. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The price was good. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The only thing good about this property was the front desk staff. The room was filthy. Carpet so stained it's a different color. The bed had hair on it, suggesting sheets weren't changed. The bathroom had hair on the floor with a dirty hand towel that was hung up for use. The fridge wreaked of rotten food. Truly the worst sleep inn and suites we have stayed in.

High employee, elevator felt like a death trap, toilet had old urine at the bottom, sink ripped up, black mold in the room by sprinkler. GM and Choice has been emailed with NO RESPONSE. This property does not care about cleanliness or their guest safety. Last time i give a Choice hotel a chance.

The room had a musty, damp smell. The carpet was dirty and there were what looked like blood stains on the floor. The area around was 'ok' maybe, but we didn't feel particularly safe or clean there, especially having my family with me.

Our room was very spacious and clean. It looked recently renovated. The only thing we didn’t like was the pocket door to the shower/toilet; it didn’t provide full privacy as it didn’t close all the way. The breakfast was sufficient. We traveled across the country and stayed in 7 different hotels and this was the most spacious and provided plenty of room for our family with two teens. We would stay here again!

This was an overnight stop on a longer trip - the beds were comfortable, the shower hot, and the breakfast had great options for my daughter and I. The hotel is on the older side, but was clean and well- maintained and easy to find. I didn't see a lot of dining options nearby, but I didn't look very hard, either.

So we picked this last minute. Super outdated we got the suite and the pocket door to toilet and tiny shower didn't close all the way not cool for our family. Lighting was in multiple shades of light which was hard to not think looked terrible and outdated. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was to be expected.

The breakfast was excellent. We appreciated having the Weather Channel on because we had outdoor plans every day. The only complaint we have is the sliding pocket door to the very small toilet and shower area. It offers no privacy at all and essentially no sound damping. Everything else was wonderful.

When I was checking in, the associate at the desk was not friendly at all. Her attitude was cold and unkind. I felt like a bother to her. I tried to joke around with her to lighten the atmosphere a bit bit she continued on with negative attitude. Although this part was not so enjoyable, the fabulous young lady serving breakfast was awesome. She was friendly and kind. This is how people should be treated. I thanked her and I appreciated her. When checking out, the young lady at the desk was more than helpful. She had an upscale attitude and it was definitely different from the associate that checked me in. I worked hard and I just wanted to show my children a great time. To have to my day to begin with a bad attitude was terrible. However, the other two young ladies were more than wonderful. I hope that associate changes her attitude because greeting paying customers, who just want a friendly encounter, is very unfortunate and unkind. Have a beautiful and blessed day, evening and night.

If I could give a "no star" rating I definitely would, and I have never done this before but this motel and staff is not worth even a 1 star. We were in between homes after selling ours and wanted to stay close to our new home so we booked a room for 2 nights. Little did we know if you live within 30 miles of this motel they refuse to rent you a room, therefore we were refused a room AND the manager refused to refund our money. She said this ridiculous policy is on their website, yes I found it, buried at the bottom of one of their pages, should be in BOLD letters at the very TOP of the page. Beware of this motel😩

They wouldn’t let me stay because I lived within 30 miles of the hotel. The front desk clerk said her manager won’t allow it even though I told her we were moving out of state the next morning. But because my drivers license had a local address I wasn’t allowed to stay. I will never patron this hotel and or recommend it.

This hotel has a hidden policy that you cannot book with them if you live within 30 miles of the hotel, which I do. I was unaware of this ridiculous policy when i booked 2 rooms for 1 night. I called about a week before the booking to ensure they saw my request for adjoining rooms. Samantha said yes, they saw the request, but couldn't guarantee adjoining rooms. She then told me (without being prompted to), that if i called back that the manager would tell me the same thing. Thus should have been a red flag for me to cancel the rooms. On the day of the booking, I arrived to check in and was then refused. Samantha was again rude and unhelpful. Manager Dory refused to give refund and cited the policy. Hotels.com reached out to manager of hotel who again refused. Spoke with corporate office of Choice Hotels that owns this sleep inn and manager Dory again refused to refund to them. Poor customer service for a hidden and nonsensical policy. The hotel canceled my reservation but kept my money due to my address. Refused to credit me the $250 to use at a later date with a hotel outside of the 30 mile radius, which would have been a fair compromise. Unsatisfied with my treatment for at least a partial refund or ability to use the funds I already paid for a later date. According to Google reviews for this hotel, this policy has been an ongoing issue. Hotels.com didn't care either. This hotel shouldn't have even been an option to book on the app since i don't meet the hotel's rules.

Affordable, safe & clean which is what I was looking for. Not much going on at this exit but lots of restaurants only a few miles away. The breakfast was nothing exciting but they had lots of options and it was all clean & well stocked. We would definitely stop here again if we were in the area!

The area has very diverse and aged businesses. I have stayed in a couple of the other properties close by, but have chosen to use the Sleep Inn property for my travel needs for the last several years. Although the hotel is getting aged, it is clean, quiet, and the staff is always friendly.

The room was clean but the bathroom was small and there was no room cleaning when you stay multiple nights. The breakfast was fair but it was not kept up once items where put out. Coffee ran out and there was no bread products for toast, bagels, or sweets
