Very nice looking property in a lovely setting very convenient to the hyway, but even though the pool was very nice looking it was not cleaned, full of leaves and algae on the bottom so I could not use it. But I would stay here again

Only one electrical outlet near the bed. The fridge made noise the whole time I was there. The deadbolt would not engage at all. To stopper for the tub had to be removed in order to take apart shower. No ice machine

This is just a typical hotel which offers a clean room. It is not intended to be a 5 star location but catering to the freeway travelers who need a good nights rest. The hotel advertises many things which are not offered. They do not serve breakfast of any kind, the ice machine is not installed, the pool and exercise room are both closed. They really should keep up their amenities.

The property is really run down. The outside doors do not lock or shut all the way and you’re right off the freeway so anyone can come in at any time. The elevator has an expired inspection report from 2019. There’s about 7 cars in the parking lot, they claim they’re sold out and put you at the end of the hall on the third floor. The water heater squeals when you shower and they had shoved stuff under the shower rod so it didn’t fall off the wall. I asked to change rooms because my AC didn’t work & the front desk person was annoyed by it because i didn’t tell him sooner and now the room had to be cleaned… The whole place was a mess, if you want somewhere you can relax, this isn’t it.

It was a nice place in Dixon. Doesn't have a laundry room! Microwave tad bit out dated. Has a miny fridge. Very clean! Staff is very polite! I would definetly stay again. Near a Chevron and a taqueria.

Was given a room adjacent to the freeway despite the low- medium occupancy level. Lobby was closed before 10 pm when I arrived to check in. I had to walk outside and around the building to get to my room after checking in through a window.

Super dirty!!!!! You know, old is okay, but dirty is too much. Hair were everywhere. Toilet had poop on. Water from the top was dripping all the time. The heater didn\'t work so we called the manager/receptionist. He hit it a few times, did a magic and it started to work....for a few minutes.We kept \'fixing\' it, but it kept failing. Shampoo was only half filled (left after someone use). So our idea, we were given this room after someone\'s stay without a cleaning. Gym didn\'t work, because "someone spilled bottle of water on the floor, and they have to replace the carpet, so it is under construction". Never visited such dirty hotel!

The broken safety lock on the door was sketchy. It looked like it had been kicked in and they never repaired it properly. There was a bag over the smoke detector on the ceiling, in the room, smells like cigarette smoke. The room had a giant crack going all the way up the wall and ceiling. It looks like the building was not safe. Everything in the room is banged up the refrigerator, the microwave, the walls, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hairs from the previous guests

This stay had to be the worst stay of my life. To ANYONE THAT THINKS ABOUT STAYING DONT. Let’s talk about it, my car window got smashed and a couple cars got stolen and broke into, the floor was so dirty it’s like they barely cleaned, them pillows and sheets was not even cleaned, the bathroom was so old and and the place smelled like old cardboard. The pictures are complete lies and i didn’t take any because i was so disgusted but trust me don’t ever stay here and I WISH I CLULD GET MY MONEY BACK AND TIME AND NIGHT!!!

Gross there was no USB port to charge my electrics. The walls were cracked, the towels were like sand paper and tattered. The hallway leading to my room had an old worn out rug. I’am surprised this is a Wyndham property. Needs to be torn down or completely gutted.

Bed very uncomfortable. The floor was slanted at the bathroom door which made it too easy to stumble. People in next room very noisy early in the morning. Was instructed on check in that building was accessible through a side entrance that was never locked (which didn't seem very safe).

Really pleased with my short stay at the hotel. The front desk staff person was extremely nice and helpful. Some of the rooms are remodeled and are nice and bright and clean. I had a comfortable sleep, although you can hear the highway sounds since some of the rooms face the highway. There was a fridge for my perishables which I appreciated and a luggage cart to help cart your luggage up the elevator if you are on a higher floor. Had a nice stay. The only bad thing is that the police don't respect that your car is in a private parking lot and they literally gave me a ticket (registration) when I specifically look to keep my car off the street due to the fact that I'm literally just moving it from a garage to my mechanic to get fixed and it will go right back in the garage.

The room is spacious and clean. The only issue I had is there was someone up stairs walking very hard on the floor and ip and down the stairs at 11PM. This went on for close to an hour.

I stayed there for 3 nights visiting my daughter for family weekend at college. First thing was the security lock was broken and the latch was loose. Each night I stuck a chair under the handle of the door. There was no drain cover in the sink. The toiletries they provided could fall through. Exposed wires around the a/c wall control and did not work. The unit at the window barely helped the room stay cool and it was noisy on high. There was no screen in the window so I didn’t want to leave it open for bugs to enter. The handle on the inside bathroom door was loose and wouldn’t stay locked. Tiles cracked and broken on the floor in front of the sink. The towels were so small, thin and rough on my skin. The comforter on the bed had burn damage on it. On my last night the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on. It seemed like a one man job running the hotel when I checked in. Security is poor during the later hours. The only doors locked were going to the front entry or lobby. Anyone had access to the other doors from outside. That was terrible. I don’t know why there’s a key slot to access those doors that are inoperable. The hotel needs some serious upkeep and updates from wear and tear, outlets and other damage around the room. The only positive thing about the place was a comfy bed and nice, hot shower. I will never stay there again. Wish I was able to post pics.

You get what you pay for. There was nobody working the front desk, you have to ring a bell. There were some minor things broken in the room like a light bulb. There was also a hair on the sheets so I wonder if they were changed. There was lots of road noise. On the positive side, the room had a fridge and a microwave. The small coffee maker was clean and I made my own tea. I tried the coffee they provided, but it was undrinkable. There is also an Arco right there to fill up for the drive. The Mexican place right behind it is a nice place to get some decent food. I paid $60 for a hotel in 2023, so I am not complaining. I would stay there again if I travel alone. If I bring my wife and/or family I would stay at a better hotel.

There were some cosmetic damages to the room, but it was so comfortable and nice, I really didn't care. It was very clean, quiet, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. It has nice amenities like microwave, mini fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker. Nice, clean tub/shower. Totally satisfied and much cheaper than Vacaville just 8 miles away!

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! I ran into an issue with booking, and the staff helped me work through it and were incredibly kind while doing it. The room itself was good and I was completely comfortable staying in it. I definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in the area.

The place was clean, the owner/staff was very kind (tv connection was fixed immediately, and he recommended places for dinner), and the bed was quite comfortable. My room was near the freeway, so I heard road noise all night). Despite this, I would stay there again for sure.

BUDBUGS!! Stay away from this property. We checked into our room and found a bedbug right on the bed. It was already 9 PM, and they had closed the lobby. Booked a room at another hotel and left this hotel in less than 15 mins. Another issue, they advertise breakfast, but they told me at the time of check-in that they give ONLY a Jiucebox and Granola bar due to Covid! Horrible! Stay away from this property.

Very gracious host. The assigned room was locked from the inside some how and we had to go back to the reception for another room assignment. Highway noise was noticeable at night. Breakfast was deplorable - a stale granola bar and a juice box! We would have chosen a different property had we known in advance. We will not stay here again in the future - too many alternatives nearby.
